w4lru5 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 My biggest tip is to scour South America, Mexico and Canada for promising prospects (and Asia for people too big for KDMFC), then use the "Talk" function to ask them to move to the British Isles. They're likely to do it because they don't have a company they can work for in their home region. Also ask Li-Kong Ho, then offer him double whatever he's making for KDM and he'll join you. Finally, ask guys at High Level Regional or higher (Ho will do this when he comes; Carter Potter will also do it for sure) to found teams. Many won't, but some will.
