Finishing 1998 by next week and will do a mega post about how the first 10 years went <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Some huge upsets over the course of the game like Aki Hida beating Hassan Fezzik, Nianzu Mar destroying Mike Watson and some side stories that I am building with some guys like putting a totally roided up render to Tate Henderson and building him like a Mariusz Pudzianowski-like famous Strongman, generating big hype on him and putting him against some of the worst guys in the game so he can get easy wins while building to a matchup against 45-year old Manol Sirakov who is on a record-breaking 3 fight win streak haha, the big matchup is supposed to happen in mid-1998.

What am I doing wrong? I cant get pictures to work and when I start a new game there are no active companies. I extracted the thing straight into the WMMA5 folder, then moved the "data" folder to the databases folder.

There are no companies at the start of the game. All promotions have a random start date and this will vary from game to game. As far as the pictures go, I assume when you go on to the database info you have it linked to the default pack and not the Global-Verse pack?

And one that seems nigh on impossible to achieve. But hey, I enjoy it, there is no pressure and I do them when I fancy it. I am glad that those who aren't using the mod (Which I would whole-heatedly recommend) they can still get use out of the renders themselves.

What I did is download some older mods such as the Expanded C Verse from WMMA 3 (best mod ever haha) and use their unused renders to fill the guys that were working in my promotion + all top 25 guys that were without pictures after each month. Right now I have around 5000 renders, 3000 being used and almost 2000 waiting to be used.

That's the thing. People are free to use any renders they like in their personal games for the characters that are without and as and when I create a render for that specific character they have the option to use mine or stick with whatever they had there before.

 

As long as people like the renders I create that is all I can really ask for as I would be using this mod even if I hadn't released it for public use.
