recording games with xsplit help required

I need some help with streaming/recording games with Xsplit. I have fire pro wrestling world, I need someone to help walk me through this because trying to watch a youtube video is like a whole different language because they expect everyone to know exactly what they are talking about or the videos are old.

I have recorded TEW and things on the internet with it and this is the first issue I have had. I understand TEW is less work and moving objects, but I've recorded Skype calls and had no issues.

I can play the game with zero lag or issues at all. When using Xsplit I only have the option of recording with CPU, which my processor is a Intel® 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00 GHZ, I have 4 G of RAM, 3.9 of which is usable. I have Windows 10 Pro. Can someone help me and like add me on facebook or PM me someway to actually call me? Kinda hard not having someone to explain this stuff
