Basically my old laptop the hard drive got corrupted and i lost everything meaning i could not unlicence the program on that device and now i would like to licence my new laptop but obviously would not be valid anymore due to it being licenced elsewhere TLDR: who do i contact to sort this out? You should include the e-mail address you used to purchase the game and the last four digits of the card if possible. If it's for one of my games, please note that there's an ELicense FAQ pinned to the top of every Technical Support forum that includes these sort of answers so that should be your first port of call.
