Dansk Pro Wrestling - Come Get To Know Us!

Recommended Posts

This diary will revolve around the Danish independent promotion Dansk Pro Wrestling. It will be starting off from June 2018, and I will be giving both an introduction of each wrestler and a backstory of what has happened since the beginning of 2018 and up until the start date. Bare in mind that the descriptions in the introductions of the wrestlers only accounts for up until the end of 2017, as the backstory will pick up from there.

I will also be giving updates on if any of the DPW wrestlers gets booked outside of DPW.

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Abdullah Khalil</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 25</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> The Arabian Gold</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Palestine</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Arabian Bombing (Sitout Powerbomb), Camel Clutch</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Since turning heel in September 2016, Khalil has been on a rampage in DPW. He has only lost once in the past eighteen matches, when he was beaten by Carlos Zamora via count-out on October 20, 2017 at DPW Halloween: Evil Returns, when Zamora cuffed Khalil to an iron bar while fighting amongst the crowd. In October 2017 Khalil won a special one-night Halloween Lockdown Tournament, earning himself a DPW Heavyweight title shot at some point in 2018. In 2017 he required the services of DPW legend Mr. PPV as his manager and sometimes interpreter, but in 2018 he has been on his own. Khalil started his career in 2013, and has since then wrestled for four promotions in two different countries. Although he haven’t held a title in DPW yet, the Palestinian powerhouse is the current AWO Heavyweight Champion for the Israeli promotion All Wrestling Organization. A title he won at a show in Morocco.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Big D</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 31</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> The Antihero, Denmark’s Strongest Wrestler, Mr. Dedication</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Randers, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Shocker (Fireman’s Carry Spineout Stunner)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> In January 2017 he co-founded the stable Elite along with his new tag team partner Masterpiece Marsellus, and his former enemy Chaos. In fact, on the very night they came together at Vild Vinter XIV, all three of them left with newly won gold, as Chaos became DPW Heavyweight Champion and Big D and Masterpiece Marsellus won a Battle Royal for the vacated DPW Tag Team titles. During the entire year of 2017, Elite feuded with Very Mysterious, and Elite actually lost the Tag titles to Nitro Green and Ravn in a Steel Cage Titles vs Career match in September at DPW Respekt 3 – Last Chance, but only for Elite to win the titles back two and a half months later at DPW The Best vs The Best. Big D started his career in 2007, and has since wrestled for teen promotions in countries like Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany. He is a 3x DPW Tag Team Champion, and has faced well-known wrestlers such as Kid Fite, Billy Gunn, Doink, “Screwface” AJ Anderson, Zack Gibson, and even the Danish 2016 Olympic silver medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling 75 kg Mark O. Madsen.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Carlos Zamora</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 30</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> King of Copenhagen</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Copenhagen, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Sleeper Hold, Running Knee (to the face of an opponent in a sitting position)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> During his barely two year short career, Zamora has shown a big potential beating guys in DPW like Big D, the Swedish former DPW Heavyweight Champion Steinbolt, Abdullah Khalil, and a count-out victory over Chaos who at the time held the Heavyweight title, all of it within his first year. In December 2017 he turned his back to his supporting fans and turned heel, and later co-founded the stable Copenhagen’s Finest with his fellow Copenhageners Pete Phoenix and Saim Ashfaq. Zamora started his career in 2016, and has already wrestled in six promotions in countries like Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany. He’s yet to hold a title in his career, but holds victories over three current or former DPW Heavyweight Champions.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Chaos</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 45</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> Denmark’s Toughest Wrestler</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Stevnstrup, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> DDT</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Chaos is the real life owner of Dansk Pro Wrestling, and without a doubt the most accomplished Danish wrestler ever. He is by many considered as Danish wrestling’s godfather. After a long run as fan favorite, he turned his back to all of it in January 2017 at Vild Vinter XIV when he seemingly went out to save Heavyweight Champion FVN from an attack by the newly formed tag team and new Tag Team Champions Big D and Masterpiece Marsellus, but instead attacked FVN and cashed in his Money In The Bank contract to become the new Heavyweight Champion and join Big D and Marsellus to form Elite. He has held on to the tile since then by any means necessary, beating wrestlers like the German powerhouse Apu Singh, the American Joe Ettell, the Danish 2016 Olympic silver medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling 75 kg Mark O. Madsen, and his arch nemesis in 2017 Judgment Knight. Chaos started his career back in 1994, and has wrestled in 28 promotions in countries like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, England, Scotland, Turkey, Russia, Israel, Romania, Qatar and Morocco. He has held 14 titles, counting the DPW Heavyweight title four times, the DPW Tag Team titles, the European Heavyweight title twice, the Athletik Club Wrestling Challenge title, the All Star Wrestling British Mid-Heavyweight title, the Nordish Fight Club World Heavyweight title, the Pro Wrestling Fighters North-European title twice, the Pro Wrestling Fighters North-European Tag Team titles and the Svensk Wrestling Syd Swedish Heavyweight title, and has faced well-known wrestlers such as Doug Williams, Mason Ryan, The Alpha Female, Kid Fite, Paige, Wolfgang, “Screwface” AJ Anderson, Tatanka, El Generico/Saim Zayn, Fabian Aichner, Doink, Chris Masters, Brian Kendrick, Paul London, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Drew Galloway/Drew McIntyre, Killian Dain, Eric Young and Zack Gibson.</p></div><p></p><p></p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Copenhagen Hangman</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 25</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> The Executioner</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Copenhagen, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Hangman’s Noose (Two-Handed Falling Chokebomb)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Hangman is the real life owner of another Danish promotion called Copenhagen Championship Wrestling, but wrestled for DPW before founding CCW in 2016. He’s a protégé of Chaos, and he re-joined DPW when DPW and CCW made a working agreement of a sort. As a character Copenhagen Hangman is a “Shoot first ask questions later”-straight up guy, and he lives to please his fans, especially the young generation as he sees them as the future. Hangman started his career in 2013, and has wrestled in four promotions in Denmark and Sweden. As of January 2018 he has never held a title in his career, and his main goal to achieve is to face his mentor and idol Chaos one-on-one. The biggest name Hangman has faced yet in his career, is the British wrestler Lou King Sharp.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Demolition Davies</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 35</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Parts Unknown</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Running Senton (or sometimes from standing on his opponent’s chest)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> The 370 pound mask wearing monster Demolition Davies has been wrestling on and off in DPW for a handful of years now, and has won both Heavyweight and Tag Team gold here. After a nearly 18 month hiatus from the company he’s now back to wreak havoc, along with his valet the fire breathing chick Amber Rox, who has also had her fair share of matches in a ring, and also in DPW. Davies started his career in 2009, and has wrestled in countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and England. He held the DPW Heavyweight title for 496 days before having it taken away from him by management, and it was speculated that Chaos had something to do with it seeing as Davies was only 21 days short of beating Chaos’ record of 517 days as champ. Davies was also Tag Team Champion with Ravn for 245 days.</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="V57zHPk.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/V57zHPk.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Dennis</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 28</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> The Tax Office</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Inverted DDT</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Dennis was originally a referee, and still referees sometimes, but turned wrestler. He refereed for three and a half years before he had his first match as a wrestler, but three months before that he actually had his debut match as a fighting referee against a Swedish referee, as part of a show called Denmark vs Sweden. After officially debuting as a wrestler in a rookie Battle Royal, Dennis found his place as one of two interns for Kristian Holm, who portrays a tax office worker. Since then he has teamed with his fellow intern, the only Danish female wrestler in DPW, Elena. Dennis started his career as referee in 2013, and as wrester in 2016, and has only wrestled for DPW. Even though Praktikanterne (meaning The Interns) holds more losses than wins they are huge fan favorites, and they have managed a win against Ilusión, and also a Handicap win against Rayo Blanco from Mexico.</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="gZBg9jd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/gZBg9jd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Elena</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 20</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> The Tax Office</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Spear</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Elena is the only Danish female wrestler in DPW, and is one of two interns for Kristian Holm along with her tag team partner Dennis. Despite being only 5’4” and 106 lbs, she has a huge fan base behind her who loves when this short, feisty, neon shining shoes-wearing, asthma medicine inhaling, Belarus born girl does her very best to bring everyone in her way down. And she has indeed managed to Spear down guys two, three and four times bigger than herself on more than one occasion. Elena started her career in 2016, and has only wrestled in DPW. Even though Praktikanterne (meaning The Interns) holds more losses than wins they are huge fan favorites, and they have managed a win against Ilusión, and also a Handicap win against Rayo Blanco from Mexico. And Elena also managed to finish in third place in the first ever Inzaneniack Memorial Battle Royal at Halloween: Evil Returns in October 2017.</p></div><p></p><p></p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">FVN</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 23</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> Prettyboy</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Randers, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Superkick</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Many would say that FVN is the definition of talent, and he’s got the looks and the charisma to back it up. Since winning the very first edition of the annual Fake or Break camp, he just kept improving. He has turned into one of the biggest fan favorites in the history of DPW, even at the times where he’s not supposed to be. After Chaos took the DPW Heavyweight title from him, FVN went on a hiatus and wasn’t seen or heard from in eight months, until he suddenly returned at Respekt 3 – Last Chance after Chaos retained the Heavyweight title in a Steel Cage Triple Threat match, and Superkicked Chaos and left. FVN haven’t been seen since. FVN started his career in 2010, and has wrestled in seven promotions in countries like Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. He’s a 2x DPW Light Heavyweight Champion and a 2x DPW Heavyweight Champion, and has faced well-known wrestlers such as Marty Scurll, Chris Masters, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Fabian Aichner and Zack Gibson.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Hannibal Caiman</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 23</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> The Psych Ward</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Koji Clutch</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> After being a part of the 2015 Fake or Break camp, Caiman took part in the newly inserted Junior Division. Over the next six months the Junior Division participants faced on Pre-Shows at DPW shows, competing in a point system where Top 4 would face off in semi-finals and a the final, with the winner getting a spot on the main roster. Caiman was knocked out in the semi-finals by the future runner up, but eventually made his way up to the main roster where he has only had a handful of matches so far. Caimen started his career in 2015, and has only wrestled in DPW.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Hector Ironheart</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 19</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> The Nordic Viking</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Midgard</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Full Nelson Slam</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Ironheart is a graduate from the 2017 Fake or Break camp. He started his immediately after Fake or Break, and the big youngster has already gotten a bunch of matches under his belt. Ironheart started his career in 2017, and has wrestled in three promotions in Denmark and Germany. He’s yet to face any well-known wrestlers, but he can say that he has wrestled Santa Claus.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 33</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> - </p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Club Flamingo</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Figure Four Leg Lock</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> The flamboyant resident playboy of DPW, Johnny Casanova, is oh so popular with the fans. He’s a very charismatic character six years ago. Since then he has held the DPW Light Heavyweight title twice, and had his fair share of ups and downs. Casanova debuted in 2012, and he has wrestled in four promotions in Denmark and Sweden. The biggest name Casanova has faced so far is Kid Fite.</p></div><p></p><p></p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Judgment Knight</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> 42</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Aarhus, Denmark</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> Jugdment Piledriver (Tombstone Piledriver)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Judgment Knight started his career back in 1994 alongside Chaos, but eventually had a very serious arm-injury which seemingly ended his career. But in June 2017, over a decade later, he suddenly returned out of nowhere, when he, as a fan, answered Chaos’ open challenge for the DPW Heavyweight title. A match Judgment Knight won by DQ. He kept on going for the rest of 2017, mostly feuding with Chaos but also winning the very first Inzaneniack Memorial Battle Royal at Halloween: Evil Returns on his home turf in Aarhus. <strong>Finisher:</strong> Skattesmæk/Konkursbegæring (A combination of a Running Knee to the stomach, followed up with a Neckbreaker. It roughly means “Punitive Tax/Backruptcy”)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Holm has been around since the beginning of DPW, and has worked a bunch of different gimmicks during his time there. He’s definitely one of the veterans in DPW, and is loved by the fan base. He’s a former 2x DPW Light Heavyweight Champion, and has also held the DPW Tag Team titles once as part of the team D-Kool back in the days when he was known as Kool Krede, teaming with Big D. Holm was also the guy to end Mr. PPVs in-ring career at Hardcore X-Mas – Burn ************ Burn in December 2016, in a Career vs Career match. Holm started his career in 2005, and has wrestled in eight promotions in countries like Denmark, Sweden, Germany and England. Since then he mostly feuded with Very Mysterious, as part of Elite. He is now a 2x DPW Tag Team Champion, and has also held multiple titles in Germany. Marsellus started his career in 2002, and has wrestled for fifteen promotions in countries like Germany, Denmark, Holland and Scotland, He has faced well-known wrestlers such as Drake Wuertz, Axeman/Alexander Wolfe, Marty Jannetty, Tommy Dreamer, Doug Williams, “Screwface” AJ Anderson, Zack Gibson, and the Danish 2016 Olympic silver medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling 75 kg Mark O. <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Miráge & Miráge II</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Age:</strong> Unknown</p><p>

<strong>Nickname:</strong> -</p><p>

<strong>Billed From:</strong> Dimensión de las Ilusiones</p><p>

<strong>Finisher:</strong> A Tráves de Dimensiones (Double Foot Stomp, means “Through Dimensions”), Cortador de la Muerte (Cutter, means “Cutter of Death”)</p><p>

<strong>Info:</strong> Not much is known about these two mysterious characters. Miráge came to DPW as a solo act in May 2016, and it took him about five months to win the DPW Light Heavyweight title, when he beat Kristian Holm inside a Steel Cage at Respekt 2, after interferences from Holm’s nemesis Mr. PPV and a creepy woman who turned out to be Miráge’s new valet called Nelia. Some months later, Nelia was gone and suddenly a second Miráge began turning up at ringside when the referee wasn’t looking, making interferences, distractions and even switches possible for the two identical creatures. The other Miráge was quickly dubbed Miráge II, and eventually he started wrestling as well, as the two Miráges became a tag team act called Ilusión. They are very creepy, very agile, and very quick. It is not known when Miráge debuted in the world of professional wrestling, but as far as we know he/they have wrestled for two promotions in Denmark. He/they have faced well-known wrestlers such as “Screwface” AJ Anderson and Zack Gibson.</p></div><p></p><p></p>

<p>Here's the detailed backstory from the start of 2018, and until the starting point of the diary:</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Backstory</span></strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Vild Vinter XV</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

- The first show of 2018 was also the season finale in DPW, the biggest show on DPW’s calendar. During the pre-show we saw Ragnar The Viking beat Dennis.</p><p>

- We then saw the arrival of the new co-owner of DPW, Pete Phoenix from DPW’s new partners CCW, and with him he had his bodyguard Saim Ashfaq, and the resident DPW wrestlers Shawn St. Patrick and Carlos Zamora. They announced themselves as Copenhagen’s Finest, and after Phoenix let everyone know that there isn’t room for weak people in Copenhagen’s Finest, Phoenix, Ashfaq and Zamora beat down St. Patrick and threw him out of the ring and the group. This was because St. Patrick at the last show, Hardcore X-Mas 2017, lost the last match in his Best of 3 Series feud with DPW Light Heavyweight Champion Johnny Casanova for the title. The last match of the series was a Christmas Carnage Container match, and the match ended with Casanova closing the lid of the container with St. Patrick inside of it. After the beatdown Carlos Zamora, who was actually turning heel in this segment, made an open challenge to anyone in the back. Hector Ironheart accepted the challenge, and after a decent match Zamora put Ironheart to sleep with his new Sleeper Hold finisher.</p><p>

- After the match Big D and Masterpiece Marsellus from Elite came out and attacked the already beaten Ironheart. They then defended their DPW Tag Team titles successfully against Ilusión.</p><p>

- In a match of pure power, Abdullah Khalil and Apu Singh went at it to a Double Count Out finish.</p><p>

- Johnny Casanova and Ravn was scheduled to compete for Casanova’s Light Heavyweight title, but out came Pete Phoenix who inserted his newly bought power as co-owner for the first time. He made it a tag team match, putting himself and his bodyguard up against the team of Casanova and Ravn, with the stipulation that whoever got the pinfall or submission would leave as Light Heavyweight Champion. With the help of his huge and powerful bodyguard who did basically all the work, Phoenix was dragged motionless by his bodyguard on top of Casanova, who had just been the victim of the OG Splash from Ashfaq, and won the match to become the new Light Heavyweight Champion.</p><p>

- Kristian Holm, with his two interns Dennis and Elena at ringside defeated the German Michael Schenkenberg in a good match based on pure wrestling.</p><p>

- And in the main event it was time to end a feud that had become very personal, between the reigning DPW Heavyweight Champion Chaos and Nitro Green. Chaos had agreed to put his title on the line in a Ladder match, if Nitro Green put his mask, and thereby his honor and entire identity, on the line. A great and very hard hitting match, which also first had Chaos’ stable brothers Big D and Masterpiece Marsellus attack Nitro Green, then had Ravn come in to chase off Elite, and later had FVN surprisingly return for only the second time since Chaos turned on FVN a year ago at Vild Vinter XIV and took his title. FVN first Superkicked Chaos, and then helped Nitro into the ring and to the ladder just to Superkick Nitro as well and then leave. But when all was said and done, Nitro Green pushed Chaos off the ladder and through a table, and claimed the DPW Heavyweight title for the first time ever.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">CCW/DPW No Rest For The Wicked</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

- Only two weeks after Vild Vinter XV, it was time for a combined CCW and DPW show on CCW turf, as part of the new agreement between the two promotions.</p><p>

- The pre-show match was between two CCW wrestlers, as Don Dynamo fought one half of the tag team Good Times, Michael Loose to a draw. Michael Loose is a soccer fan, and he proposed to Don Dynamo (both faces) that their match would be a Friendly match, like in soccer.</p><p>

- In the first match on the main show, Elite were scheduled to defend their DPW Tag Team titles against Hector Ironheart and a secret partner. The partner turned out to be CCW founder, and former DPW wrestler, Copenhagen Hangman, and together Ironheart and Hangman shook Elite to the core and defeated them to become the new DPW Tag Team Champions.</p><p>

- Sebastian Day, formerly known as Shawn St. Patrick, was attacked in the ring by all three members of Elite. The new DPW Heavyweight Champion Nitro Green made the save, and an impromptu 3-on-2 Handicap match was made. Nitro and Day won, as Day pinned Big D.</p><p>

- The CCW team of Michael Loose and Sorte Kurt known as Good Times, faced CCW’s irritating interviewer/part time wrestler Jean D’Freak and his very unwilling and dissatisfied partner Abdullah Khalil. Khalil made short work of Loose and Kurt, but after a huge Spinebuster on Loose from Khalil, D’Freak tagged himself in and pinned Kurt. After the match D’Freak felt the wrath of Khalil as Khalil hit D’Freak with his Arabian Bombing finisher.</p><p>

- Next up “King of Copenhagen” Carlos Zamora beat the Scottish wrestler “Future Shock” Tom Fulton with his Sleeper Hold.</p><p>

- In the main event Chaos got his mandatory rematch against Nitro Green for the DPW Heavyweight title, but fell victim to a couple of Swamp Flips as Nitro retained.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Jailbreak</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

- This March show was held in the closed down state prison in Horsens called Fængslet, which is a place DPW regularly visits. In the pre-show match Ragnar The Viking beat one of DPW’s youth wrestlers, Hype Boy.</p><p>

- In the first match on the main show Ravn got a shot at the new DPW Light Heavyweight Champion Pete Phoenix’ title, and Phoenix as usual had his bodyguard Saim Ashfaq at ringside. At the end of the match Carlos Zamora came out to the ring and distracted Ravn, and Phoenix then picked up the win to retain his title.</p><p>

- After what happened at No Rest For The Wicked, Big D wanted Sebastian Day one-on-one, which he got. Big D even had Elite leader Chaos at ringside. Big D had Day under control, but out of nowhere Day picked up the win with a quick Roll Up. As Day celebrated, Big D seemed to not understand why Chaos didn’t get involved.</p><p>

- Chaos stayed in the ring as Big D left, because Chaos had a match with former Light Heavyweight Champion Johnny Casanova. Just like in the previous match, Chaos had things under control until Big D came to ringside and seeming undeliberately ended up distracting Chaos just enough for Casanova to get a Roll Up win.</p><p>

- Hector Ironheart and Copenhagen Hangman, now officially known as The Rising, made their first title defense, as they faced Ilusión. And it was a successful defense as they won the match with a new tag team finisher, a combination of a Full Nelson into a Falling Powerbomb.</p><p>

- The last match before the main event was a 2-on-1 Handicap match between Praktikanterne, Dennis and Elena, going up against the seemingly unbeatable Abdullah Khalil. Khalil made short work of Dennis and Elena, and pinned Dennis for the win.</p><p>

- In the main event Nitro Green defeated Carlos Zamora, who had Saim Ashfaq at ringside, to retain the DPW Heavyweight title.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Venner Eller Fjender</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

- Venner Eller Fjender means Friends or Enemies, which fitted perfectly for this show, held at DPW’s home in the arena called Remisen in the home city Randers. At the pre-show, Ilusión defeated Praktikanterne in tag team action, as Miráge pinned Dennis.</p><p>

- On the main show Pete Phoenix, with Saim Ashfaq at ringside, made his first clean title defense, as he defeated former champion Johnny Casanova to retain the DPW Light Heavyweight title.</p><p>

- Next up Chaos faced well-traveled American “Prince of Pro” Alexander James. Chaos came out victorious after his DDT finisher.</p><p>

- The Rising was set to defend the Tag Team titles in Elite’s mandatory rematch. But after what took place between Chaos and Big D at Jailbreak, Big D let the rest of Elite know that he wouldn’t be at Venner Eller Fjender because he needed to cool off. Masterpiece Marsellus then needed a new partner if he didn’t want to face The Rising alone, and he found a partner in Ragnar The Viking. But the two big guys never really found each other, and in the end it was a Full Nelson/Falling Powerbomb combo that put down Ragnar as The Rising retained.</p><p>

- After a couple of month’s build-up, it was time for Carlos Zamora and Ravn to go one-on-one. But as Ravn got some momentum going, Zamora got himself intentionally disqualified, and after the match he beat Ravn down with his gold chain around his fist, and eventually put him to sleep. Ravn got carried out.</p><p>

- Next up Abdullah Khalil went up against another international wrestler, as he faced Kay Jutler from Swindon, England. A tough match, but Khalil eventually put down Jutler with Arabian Bombing and made him tap out in the Camel Clutch.</p><p>

- Sebastian Day had to try to keep his momentum going after two big wins, but he was up against possible the best technical wrestler in DPW, Michael Schenkenberg. Schenkenberg was in control during most of the match, but once again Day found a way to win as he connected with two consecutive Discus Big Boots and pinned the German.</p><p>

- And now to the “Friend or Enemies” concept, as Nitro Green was set to face off against the man who returned at Vild Vinter XV and Superkicked him in the face, someone who he had called a friend or a long time, as FVN returned for his first match since January 2017. A great match between these two, and in the end Nitro retained the DPW Heavyweight title.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Suplex</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

- The name DPW Suplex was a clear mocking of DPW’s nearest competition on the Danish wrestling market, the promotion Bodyslam! Pro-Wrestling, who actually had a show in the same city on the same day.</p><p>

- Pete Phoenix came to Aarhus without Saim Ashfaq by his side, and was set to face one of Kristian Holm’s interns, Dennis, one-on-one in a non-title match. Phoenix seemingly wasn’t impressed by Dennis and made fun of him, but in the end Sebastian Day caused a distraction as he caught the attention of Phoenix, and Dennis rolled him up for the win to give Phoenix his first loss in DPW.</p><p>

- Next up the Scottish Lou King Sharp came out and made an open challenge to anyone… Anyone in the crowd, that is. A fan took the challenge, and LKS made short work of him to win.</p><p>

- Up next it was a battle of big guys, as Abdullah Khalil defeated Ragnar The Viking to keep his undefeated streak going.</p><p>

- Carlos Zamora came out and bragged about what he did to Ravn at Venner Eller Fjender, and knowing that Ravn wasn’t there he called him out to so Ravn could get his revenge. But of course Ravn didn’t come out, but Johnny Casanova did. Casanova challenged Zamora for to a match and Zamora accepted, and in the end Casanova tapped in the Sleeper Hold.</p><p>

- In the next match it was Chaos taking on the former European Cruiserweight Champion, Kid Fite. Towards the end of the match, with the referee down, Big D suddenly came out and came face to face with Chaos in the ring. But suddenly Big D grabbed Kid Fite and hit his Shocker finisher on him. Big D grabbed the referee and dragged him into the middle of the ring, and as Chaos covered Kid Fite, Big D went to the outside of the ring and looked on as the referee slowly counted the win. Big D then entered the ring and raised Chaos’ hand.</p><p>
