In 1994 Jim Crockett's non-compete agreement with Ted Turner was up and he decided to start promoting with the NWA again. So Crockett went to Todd Gordon who was promoting NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling and ask him to hold a tournament for the NWA Heavyweight title. NWA President Dennis Coralluzzo thought that Crockett and Gordon were going to try to monopolize the title(much like Crockett did in the 80's) and told them they didn't have the NWA board's approval so he took control over the tournament. Gordon was upset at Corzalluzzo for his power plays so Gordon and Shane Douglas(who was decided to win the title) planned to have Douglas throw the title down after he won it and break ECW from the NWA. The plan worked and Gordon broke away from the NWA and changed his promotion's name to Extreme Championship Wrestling. The incident gave ECW huge promotion and cost NWA a lot of credibility.

<strong>Your Hosts:</strong> Joey Styles & Cyrus 'The Virus</p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p><p> </p><p>

We kick things off with the opening video montage which shows highlights of the Guilty as Charged pay per view event which took place last month. This is the first ECW event since the PPV broadcast due to the contract negotiations between Extreme Championship Wrestling Executive Producer Paul E. Heyman and America One. The words "The beginning of a new era" overrides with the footage. Then, it stops as we cut to the ECW arena, Viking Hall. "This is Extreeeeme" fills the arena as we pan around for several moments. Then, we reach our set destination; ringside.</p><p> </p><p>

<em>Joey Styles</em> sits at ringside on his lonesome. He says that it looks as though we're going to be kicking things off with his announce partner <em>Cyrus</em> in the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

We lick to the ring to where see Cyrus standing with the usual big smirk spread across his devious face. In the corner of the ring stands a very stern and frustrated <em>Jerry Lynn</em>. Cyrus, with a microphone in hand, walks around the ring for a few moments eagerly absorbing the fans' jeers.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> I guess this is the beginning of a new era then, huh? New era, same old troglodytes.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus simply smirks as the fans retaliate to the insult with chants of "**** you Cyrus."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong> <em>Don't you morons know how to show great men appreciation? Open your eyes and think about it. Look who stands in your unworthy presence? Not only the greatest announcer in the sport today</em> (Cyrus flashes a grin) <em>myself, and the greatest athlete to ever set foot into an ECW ring, the man they rightly call the 'New F'n Show'</em> (Cyrus points to Lynn who stands back in the corner) <em>Jerry.. Lynn!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Lynn nods his head as Cyrus continues.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Last night at Guilty as Charged we saw a rarity, we saw Rob Van Dam</em> (crowd pop) <em>catch Jerry Lynn off guard and, dare me say it, beat Jerry Lynn again! But, but, things are gonna' change around here. Jerry Lynn, the greatest athlete in this company, will no longer be every man's "fall guy", he will no longer be mere "enhancement talent", he will no longer be ECW's answer to the "J.O.B squad".</em></p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus shakes his head.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Oh no, I've got news for 'ya. In fact, Jerry Lynn will be forever known as the "New F'n Show!" Forget your beloved Rob Van Dam, forget him and just set your eyes on Jerry Lynn, a tremendous athlete! An athlete who his capable of doing anything he sets his mind to. He is the backbone, and forever will be of Extreme Championship Wrestling. All we ask is for you to appreciate him. Appreciate him for what he's worth. Appreciate him for being the New F'n Show! Wait, wait right there. I almost forgot. You people haven't got an ounce of appreciation in your retched bodies and that is why myself and Jerry will make you appreciate him. In fact, we're gonna' carry out our actions. We're not gonna' do what they do down south or up north and forget about what they said the previous weeks. We have logic. We're gonna' live up to what we said, and that is that Jerry Lynn will </em><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;">not</span></em><em> wrestle outside of an ECW main event again!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Paul Heyman, if you decide to book Jerry Lynn as a curtain jerker, as a mid-carder, ah! It's your loss because Jerry Lynn will not wrestle in those positions. Jerry Lynn will not be one of your mere "enhancement talent's". Jerry Lynn will not be a curtain jerker. Jerry Lynn will be the Whole F'n Show, and I can guarantee that!</p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus nods his head as the fans boo. You can tell that the ECW faithful are growing tired of Cyrus' little rant. Lynn steps out of the corner and takes the microphone off his manager. Lynn raises the microphone to his mouth and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Rob Van Dam, I've gotta' point ta' prove! I've gotta' prove that I am better than you! You've stole my spotlight for long enough RVD and I ain't havin' anymore of it! You see Rob, I've always been second best to you! Living Dangerously 1999, you beat me. Hardcore Heaven 1999, you beat me. </em>(Lynn begins to grow angrier by the moment) <em>On August the 28th 1999 you beat me! At Guilty as Charged last month you did the same again, YOU BEAT ME! What's that, huh Rob? You hold </em>(Lynn holds four fingers up) <em>FOUR victories over me in singles competition! FOUR VICTORIES! I've beaten you once, ONCE!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Lynn shakes his head in disbelief.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Rob Van Dam, I need to prove a point to myself. I need to prove to myself that I can beat you! Rob, how about me 'n you collide one more time? How about me 'n you lock up one more time? How about I step the hell outta' your damn shadow and go one on one with you one more time at Cyberslam this month?</em></p><p> </p><p>

The fans pop loudly. They want to see RVD and Jerry Lynn collide one more time at Cyberslam, and so does Joey Styles who lets out a "Oh my god!" at ringside.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Rob, at Guilty as Charged you got lucky and you still have the audacity to prance around ECW 'n call yourself the Whole ****in' Show? Well I've got news for ya', pal; I'm the NEW ****in' Show!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Lynn throws the microphone down to the mat and heads towards the ropes as Cyrus smirks. Lynn leaves as Cyrus picks the microphone up. Before he can start the fans chant "don't you ****in' dare" at the arrogant ECW colour commentator.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> What d'you say, Rob? Have you got the balls to take on Jerry Lynn? I can assure you one thing Rob; if you've got the testicular fortitude and do decide to take on Jerry Lynn one more time, things will be different. In fact, Jerry Lynn will prove all of you troglodytes who doubt him wrong! He'll prove to you that he is indeed far superior to all of you people and to ever "superstar", yes I use the term superstar loosely, that he his the GREATEST athlete in this business! He'll do what he's done all of his life and prove the doubters wrong, well, that's if </em>(Does the thumb taunts mockingly) <em>R-V-D accepts, what d'ya say, Rob? Are you in, or a pussy?</em></p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus lets out a cackle before politely handing the ring-announcer the microphone and heading towards the commentators’ booth to where him and Styles begin to squabble per usual. They both, however, question whether Rob Van Dam will accept the challenge and confirm tonight's main event; The New Impact Players and CW Anderson versus Tommy Dreamer, Kid Kash and Rob Van Dam himself.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Segment Rating:</strong> 82%</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Hamrick & Julio Dinero (w/ Elektra & EZ Money) vs. Nova & Spike Dudley</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Things start off as your regular tag team match with Julio starting in the ring with Spike. Remember, this match came about because of the happening's at last month's Guilty as Charged event where we saw both Nova and Spike Dudley get involved in Hot Commodity's business, with Nova defeating Hamrick in a singles match. Anyway, Julio comes off the ropes and scores with a quick leg lariat which gets the two count. Spike fights back and throws Julio over his shoulders with a back body drop. He then runs towards the corner and knocks Hamrick off the apron with a forearm smash. Julio his up and gets a standing dropkick from Spike. Spike makes the quick tag to Nova. Nova runs towards the corner and hits a big splash on Julio. Julio staggers forward, right into a drop toe hold from Nova. Julio's face bounces off the mat as Hamrick re-enters the ring. Spike kicks Hamrick in the gut and grabs him via the neck. He then runs up the turnbuckle, looking for the Acid Drop but Hamrick drops him over the top rope! Spike connects with the ring apron on his way out and a sick sounding thud can be heard. Meanwhile, Nova his left all alone in the ring with Hamrick and Julio. The Hot Commodity members use the numbers to their advantage and take Nova down with a double clothesline. Hamrick into the cover, Nova kicks out on two. <strong>Hamrick pulls Nova up and plants him with the Confederate Crunch. Then, Julio goes up top as EZ Money and Elektra take care of Spike on the outside. Julio flies with a Sky Twister Press and connects with the lifeless body of Nova.</strong> Julio, the legal man (not that it matters), hooks the leg; ...1...2...3. The pinfall was academic.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Hamrick & Dinero</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 54%</p><p> </p><p>

Hot Commodity head to the back as none other than <em>Da Blue Boy</em> makes his way out from the back.</p><p> </p><p>

The superstar formally known as Blue Meanie walks down to the ring with a solemn expression on his face. Joey comments on how Blue Boy his usually all about fun, and then, per usual, Cyrus submits his point; asking Joey whether he'd be happy if his girlfriend, assuming he ever had one, got her ass handed to her by Rhino. Anyway, Blue Boy takes a microphone looking rather upset. He walks into the centre of the ring and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Blue Boy:</strong><em> ****, ****, ****! Rhino, last night you stuck your nose in my business and took it too far. You didn't just beat the livin' hell outta' me, you beat the hell out of my girl' Jasmine too! You took her out and now she's layin' at home suffering. Rhino, she can hardly move! Where's your compassion, you sonuva bitch?! You don't treat a lady like that. How the **** would you feel if someone bigger and badder than you took you out? In fact, **** it. If she's hurt, I might as well get hurt.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus chuckles at ringside, saying that Blue Boy must have been smoking some seriously messed up stuff.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Blue Boy:</strong><em> Rhino, GET THE **** OUT HERE NOW!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>ECW TV & World Title Match: Rhino © vs. Blue Boy</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Rhino obliges and races down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and evades a Blue Boy clothesline attempt as the bell rings. Rhino comes back off the ropes and.. <em>SMACK!</em> <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> Rhino just broke Blue Boy in half! Joey says that Rhino doesn't care about the titles, he just wants to hurt people. Cyrus agrees. Rhino picks Blue Boy up and sends him shooting into the ropes with another Irish Whip, and on the return Blue Boy tastes ANOTHER <strong>Gore!</strong> Blue Boy rolls around on the mat in agony, before rolling to the outside. Rhino mouths <em>"What were you sayin', huh?! **** you Blue Boy! **** YOU!"</em> Rhino snaps. He lifts Blue Boy up and throws him over the top rope and to the outside. He follows and goes under the ring. He pulls out a table and sets it up. A fan holds a chair up into the air, Rhino walks up to him and snatches it off him as Blue Boy slowly climbs to his feet. <em>SMACK!</em> What a chair shot to the skull from Rhino! Blue falls back into the apron. Rhino climbs up onto the apron and pulls Blue Boy up with him. Rhino sets him up and leaps off the apron with Blue Boy's head between his legs. <strong>HOLY SHIT! PILEDRIVER OFF THE APRON AND THROUGH THE TABLE! RHINO'S JUST KILLED BLUE BOY!</strong> Rhino aggressively lifts Blue Boy up and nonchalantly rolls him back into the ring. Rhino covers; ...1...2...3. Rhino has successfully defended his titles, and successfully destroyed Da Blue Boy!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Rhino</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 65</p><p> </p><p>

Rhino looks down at the broken Blue Boy and shakes his head with a look of insanity and disgust on his face. Rhino then proceeds to pick Blue Boy up and drag him towards the corner. He lifts him up. Oh no! Rhino looks as though he's going to set Blue Boy up for a Piledriver from the top! <em>"Ahh!"</em> What the.. It's <strong>THE SANDMAN</strong>! The Sandman just stuck Rhino in the back with his Singapore Cane! SMACK! Another cane shot to the back of the Man-Beast! Rhino drops Blue Boy, who falls to the mat in a disgruntled heap. Sandman climbs into the ring as Rhino sits on the top. Rhino shakes his head, shrugging off the blows. Rhino looks as though he's going to jump off the top.. <em>SMACK!</em> Cane shot to the skull of the Man-Beast! That stopped him in his tracks! Sandman discards the broken cane as Rhino slowly climbs to his feet. Rhino his in no man's land. Sandman kicks him in the gut and then delivers an inch-perfect DDT to the Champion! Sandman has just laid out our double-champion! Oh my god!</p><p> </p><p>

With Rhino down, Sandman calls for a can and celebrates as we go elsewhere.</p><p> </p><p>

Elsewhere happens to be the locker room of <em>The New Impact Players</em>. We see <em>Steve Corino</em> sitting alongside <em>Francine</em>, trying to get her to make out with him as <em>Justin Credible</em> sits across the room with <em>Missy Hyatt</em> on his lap. <em>Jack Victory</em> stands in the centre of the room looking bored. He just walks up and down without no real direction. We switch over to Corino and Francine.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> (Whining) <em>Why? C'mon Francine, you used to do it with Douglas all the time! I'm much better lookin' than Shane Douglas!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Francine:</strong> <em>Gold.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Wha'?</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Francine:</strong> <em>Steve, he had gold and ya' know what? Gold REALLY turns me on.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino lets out a "ugh" and turns to Justin who his now making out with Hyatt.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Hey! That ain't fair! How the hell did you get her to do that? You ain't got no gold!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Justin smirks.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Credible:</strong> <em>Five bucks an hour..</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino shudders and turns back to Francine.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Soooo, if I get some gold, will ya'?</em></p><p> </p><p>

Francine appears to have had enough of Corino's pestering. She gets up and walks out of the locker room, letting out a "ugh". Corino turns to Victory and begins to speak, still whining.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Damn man, while Justin's got the human vacuum cleaner over there, I've got nothin'!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong><em> Get yourself some gold?</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino looks shocked.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>What?! Are you crazy?! Did you see what Rhino just did to Blue Boy? He KILLED him! I'm not takin' that risk!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino pauses for a few moments.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Any other ideas?</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong> <em>Uhhh..</em></p><p> </p><p>

Victory shakes his head.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Damn it, DAMN IT! I know, wait. I've got an AWESOME idea, Jack! I'll go out there and impress Francine! Oh that's right, what an idea! I'm SUCH a genius!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong><em> You 'da man, Steve!</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Damn right I'm the man!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino gets up with a huge smirk on his face, he heads towards the locker room door, but is suddenly cut off via Victory.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong> <em>Oh Steve..</em></p><p> </p><p>

Corino turns to Victory.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Huh?</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong> <em>HIGH SPOT!</em></p><p> </p><p>

And with that, we go to ringside.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Segment Rating:</strong> <em>76%</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>CW Anderson & The New Impact Players vs. Kid Kash, Rob Van Dam (w/ Bill Alfonso) & Tommy Dreamer</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We start things off with CW in the ring with Kid Kash. CW uses his size to dominate. He lifts Kash up and sends him into the ropes with a quick irish whip. CW almost beheads Kash with a huge clothesline. He then mockingly walks over to the faces corner and calls in Dreamer, saying <em>"Come on you sonuva bitch!"</em> Dreamer looks as though he's about to climb into the ring but Rob stops him, telling him to calm down. CW turns and receives a huge dropkick from Kash. CW goes flying back into the faces corner as the fans cheer loudly. Kash then quickly tags in Dreamer to a huge pop from the fans. Dreamer climbs into the ring and begins to unload on CW. Dreamer then scoops Anderson up onto his shoulders, going for the Spicolli Driver but.. <em>WHAM!</em> SuperKick to the jaw from Credible! Dreamer falls down onto the mat in a heap as the fans jeer boo loudly. Credible then picks Dreamer up and throws him over the top rope and out of the ring, disposing of him. Van Dam goes up top and leaps off with a Martial Arts kick and connects with the jaw of Justin! All hell breaks loose. Steve Corino enters the ring and goes at Van Dam with a clothesline, but Van Dam ducks it and hits Steve with a Crescent Kick to the jaw! Corino goes flying through the middle rope and to the outside. Rob Van Dam his on fire. Kash enters the ring and goes up top. He sees Corino climbing to his feet on the outside. Kash leaps off the top with a cross body, but Corino moves out of the way and Kash connects with the guardrail! The fans begin to shout "holy shit" as Kash hit the rail throat first! Oh my. He falls back to the floor clutching his throat. Meanwhile, in the ring CW brawls with Van Dam. CW misses with a clothesline and receives a spinning kick to the face! Fonzie retrieves a chair and slides it to Van Dam in the ring. CW climbs to his feet, catches the chair.. <strong>VAN DAMINATOR!</strong> CW falls to the outside and dramatically sells. Dreamer pulls CW out of the ring and begins to hammer away on him as <strong>Jerry Lynn</strong> appears. Lynn slowly walks down to the ring, pointing at Van Dam. Van Dam doesn't take his eyes off him and ends up getting span around by Credible. Credible scoops Van Dam up.. <strong>THAT'S INCREDIBLE ONTO THE STEEL CHAIR!</strong> Lynn stands on the ramp chuckling away as Credible crawls over RVD; ...1...2...3! Justin Credible has stolen the victory for his team!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> CW Anderson & The New Impact Players</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 70</p><p> </p><p>

The fans begin to boo in dismay, chanting "**** you Jerry" loudly as Credible poses in the ring. Styles says that Jerry Lynn just screwed Rob Van Dam. Cyrus applauds his client, calling him a genius and calling Joey an half-witted troglodyte in the process as the show fades to a close up on the broken Rob Van Dam.</p><p> </p><p>

9th February 2001</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> ECW returned last week on America One with Hardcore TV and made a huge impact! Not only did we see several great matches, we saw several huge challenges. We opened off the show with Jerry Lynn and Cyrus 'The Virus' making a challenge to the 'Whole F'n Show' Rob Van Dam. Lynn, still bitter over losing to Van Dam at Guilty as Charged, challenged Van Dam to a match at the Cyberslam event. Later on the evening, in the main event (Tommy Dreamer, Kid Kash & RVD vs. The New Impact Players & CW Anderson), Jerry Lynn made his presence felt. Van Dam was left alone with Justin Credible in the ring, and it looked as though he had the match won until Lynn made his way out from the back and distracted Van Dam long enough for Credible to re-awaken and plant the former Television champion with the "That's Incredible" spinning Tombstone Piledriver. Both Lynn and Van Dam are set to be on Hardcore TV next Friday, will Van Dam accept Lynn's challenge for the Cyberslam ECW arena event?</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> At Guilty as Charged our new ECW World and TV Champion Rhino destroyed Jasmine St. Claire among many other superstars. On last week's Hardcore TV, St. Claire's boyfriend Blue Boy came out and challenged Rhino. However, Blue Boy was the one at the end of the beating and left worse for where, but luckily enough for him, former ECW Champion The Sandman came out from the back and took Rhino out. What will happen this week between the champion and former champion? Check it out and you'll find out!</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> One match as already been confirmed for next Friday's Hardcore TV:</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> The match up is set to be huge, with both teams wanting to make a statement. Will the FBI grasp their big opportunity and take the Tag Team titles? Or will the current champions be too much for the challengers?</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

"This is Extreeeeeeme" echoes throughout the arena after emerging from the PA system. The fans roar with delight as the music plays over a video montage which shows last weeks happening's on Hardcore TV for all of you unfortunate enough to miss it. We see Rhino destroying the Blue Boy, hitting him with two consecutive 'Gores' and then Piledriving him off the apron and through a table. We then see highlights of the main event, with Justin Credible hitting the "That's Incredible" Spinning Tombstone Piledriver on Rob Van Dam, with Jerry Lynn smiling on the ramp. Then, the footage ends and we go to ringside to where <em>Joey Styles</em>, ECW's long-serving Play-by-Play man sits down besides the arrogant <em>Cyrus 'The Virus'</em>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The two men welcome us to the show, with Joey being the more positive and informative of the two. Cyrus basically continually hypes up Jerry Lynn until the music of the <em>Full Blooded Italians</em> hits as we look set for our first match up of the evening.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>ECW Tag Team Title Match: Doring & Roadkill © vs. The FBI (w/ Big Sal)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Roadkill starts things off in the ring with Mamaluke, slamming him down hard with a Scoop Slam. Roadkill then goes against the ropes and drops a big leg on the throat of Mamaluke, and gets the two count on the resulting cover. Roadkill lifts Mamaluke up and sends him into the ropes with a swift Irish Whip. Mamaluke fires back with a big forearm smash to Roadkill. Roadkill absorbs it. Maritato rushes into the ring. He and Mamaluke link arms and go for a double clothesline on Roadkill, but the Amish Warrior evades, going under his opponents' arms. The FBI then turn around and receive a double clothesline from Roadkill. Roadkill then rushes towards the corner and tags in Doring. Doring runs in and cleans house. He knocks Maritato over the top and out of the ring. Mamaluke comes out of nowhere and plants Doring with the Mamaluker. To his misfortune Roadkill his right behind him. Mamaluke turns unaware of the big man's presence and wonders straight into a quick Powerslam from Roadkill. Roadkill backs off into the ropes but gets tripped by Maritato. <strong>Maritato climbs onto the apron and comes flying over with the Sicillian Slice!</strong> We could have new Tag Team champions, right here! Maritato gets up and begins to do the "Italian Blowing Kisses" taunt, the fans respond with "Got Pizza?" chants. Maritato makes the cover with Sal holding his legs down, there's no way Roadkill can kick out! The referee counts; ...1...2.., broken up by Doring! Maritato rolls to safety as Mamaluke goes after Doring. Mamaluke swings errantly and misses. Doring responds with the Wham Jam! Mamaluke rolls to the outside as Maritato climbs to his feet. Roadkill scoops Maritato up as Doring goes up top; <strong>BUGGY BANG!</strong> Roadkill picks up the pieces and covers Maritato; ...1...2...3! Mamaluke his too late for the save. Sal holds his head on the outside in disbelief. He's upset. The FBI have practically wasted their big chance of becoming Tag Team Champions in ECW.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Doring & Roadkill</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 66%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Straight after the match up, before the announcers have time to comment <em>Walk by Pantera</em> hits. The fans respond with unanimous cheers and <em>"RVD"</em> chants as "The Whole ****ing Show" himself makes his way out from the back along with <em>Bill Alfonso</em>. Alfonso enters the ring and frantically blows his whistle as Cyrus dubs both the “Manager of Champions” and Van Dam as "neandarthals" and "idiots". Alfonso takes a microphone as Van Dam does his trademark spin kick.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong><em> Everybod-ay put yer' hands together 'n welcome the (Thumbs) WHOLE - ****IN' - SHOW.. Mr Pay Per View.. Rob - Van - Dam! Put'cha hands together, c'mon.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Alfonso begins to clap, leap around the ring and blow his whistle frantically all at once as the fans chant RVD's name.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong><em> Look at tha' response, bay-bee! A response fit for a king, a response fit for (Thumbs) Rob - Van - Dam!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Van Dam nods with a huge smirk on his face. He's absorbing the cheers and the praise from Alfonso. Cyrus continues to berate the two at ringside.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong><em> Robbie man, you gotta' issue ta' settle with JERRY LYNN! THE MAN WHO'S TRYIN' TA' STEAL YOUR SPOTLIGHT! The man who calls himself the New ****in' Show! He ain't the New ****in' Show, 'cause you're still the WHOLE ****in' Show! Rob - Van - Dam! R - V - D, dadday!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Alfonso, as usual, his hyper. Rob shrugs and audibly says.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD: </strong><em>So what, dude?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Alfonso turns to Rob and answers.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong><em> So what?! He's TRYIN' TA' STEAL YOUR SPOTLIGHT!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Van Dam shrugs once more before taking the microphone.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD:</strong><em> So what, dude? I mean, seriously. It's not as though Jerry Lynn can beat me. I mean, what? How many victories does he have over me? One? Yeah, that's it. One measly victory! I, (thumbs) Rob - Van - Dam, have beat his sorry ass FOUR times in the past. Hell, I beat him last month. Let him claim what he wants 'cause he'll never be as good as me. He'll never be on par with</em> (Thumbs) <em>R - V - D!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rob confidently chuckles and the ECW fans are eating up everything he says. We go to a shot at Cyrus at ringside, he looks disgusted. We return to the ring. The hyper-active Fonzie now holds the microphone.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong> <em>Damn right, daddy-o!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rob takes the microphone. Rob turns his attention to ringside and calls Fonzie over. The two stare at Cyrus at ringside.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD:</strong><em> Hey dude, look at this.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rob and Alfonso share a chuckle.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD:</strong><em> Isn't this the guy who said that if I didn't accept Jerry's challenge for Cyberslam I'd be a pussy?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Alfonso nods.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD:</strong><em> Ha! Cyrus dude, you're kiddin' me right? I mean, why would I waste my time on some loser I've beat like, a million times in the past? Let's face it, Jerry Lynn his all washed up! I've got bigger fish to fry at Cyberslam than someone I've beat up plenty a' times in the past like Jerry Lynn. I guess he' still gotta' cling onta' my fame, after all, he needs to keep the reputation of being "the guy who lost to RVD" up, or else he'd be an absolute nobody, right Fonz?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rob confidently smirks as Alfonso begins to prance around the ring.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alfonso:</strong><em> Damn right dadday! Damn right! Damn right that tha' Whole ****in' Show is too good for Jerry Lynn..</em> (Alfonso gets into the camera) <em>Damn right he's got bigger fish ta' try! He's Extreme Personified.. He's..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rob pushes Alfonso out of the way and gets into the camera.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>RVD:</strong> (Thumbs) <em>Rob - Van - Dam!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Hey! What the hell?! We see Van Dam keel over. He quickly gets up and turns, and we see Cyrus quickly getting out of the ring. Cyrus just hit Van Dam with a cheap shot! Van Dam quickly runs in pursuit of Cyrus. He slides out of the ring as the ECW colour commentator heads for the hills. Cyrus runs around the ring and Van Dam continues to chase. Cyrus gets around the corner.. <em>SMACK! CHAIR SHOT TO THE SKULL OF ROB VAN DAM!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The camera pans around the corner to reveal <strong>JERRY LYNN</strong> standing with a steel chair in hand! Lynn raises the chair into the air and unleashes another vicious chair shot on Van Dam! RVD rives in agony as Lynn mockingly stands over him. Lynn does the thumb taunts.. Wait, what the.. Alfonso just hit Lynn from behind! Lynn shrugs the blow off and turns back to "the manager of champions". Alfonso slowly backs away and bumps into Cyrus! Cyrus shoves Alfonso into Lynn, who scoops him up and plants him with a <strong>CRADLE PILEDRIVER</strong> on the outside! Alfonso's out of it! The fans boo loudly, chanting "**** you Jerry!" at the top of their voices. They don't like Jerry Lynn and his new attitude. Cyrus applauds his man before returning to ringside as Lynn picks a microphone up.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Rob, accept. That's all I want, me 'n you at Cyberslam!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from the commercial to see <em>CW Anderson</em> pacing around the ring with a microphone in hand.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> Dreammmeeerrr! Tommy DREAMER! You embarrassed me at Guilty as Charged, you made ME, CW Anderson, QUIT! Tommy, you got lucky at Guilty as Charged. What happened to me was somethin' that happens ONCE in a lifetime. ONCE in a damn lifetime. It won't happen again! I repeat; IT WILL NOT happen again! That's why I'm callin' out anybody from the back with a pair o' balls to take me on in a I QUIT MATCH!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson waits, then, some generic pop music hits and Christian York races out from the back.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>I Quit Match: Christian York (w/ Joel Gertner) vs. CW Anderson</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We start things off with a brawl. CW uses his size to dominate the smaller Christian York. CW hits York with an elbow to the face. He then drops an elbow on the throat of York. York rolls around the mat in agony. CW lifts York up and sets him up for a suplex. He holds him vertically. However, York drops down behind Anderson, spins him around and hits him with a quick DDT. York goes for the cover, but the referee refuses to count as it's an "I Quit Match". York gets up with his hands on his head, having realised that he must make Anderson quit. York says something to Gertner and the "Quintessential Stud-Muffin" obliges. Gertner walks around to ringside and takes a steel chair. He hands it to York. York turns around with the chair in hand and almost gets decapitated by an Anderson clothesline! Oh my god, he almost took York's head off! York's head bounces off the mat. CW takes the chair and lines York up. York climbs to his feet and gets an hard chair shot to the skull, Anderson then disposes of the foreign object. York climbs to his feet and gets slammed to the mat with a huge Arn Anderson style Spinebuster! York his out of it, his head connected with the steel chair! York clutches the back of his head in agony. <strong>CW then sits down on York's back and pulls his head back. York screams in agony and eventually taps out, mouthing the words "I QUIT" at the top of his voice! CW just made Christian York quit with a Modifed Camel Clutch!</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Winner: CW Anderson</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

CW picks York up and throws him over the top rope and out of the ring, onto Gertner who stands on the outside. CW takes the microphone and begins to speak again.</p><p>

<strong>OR:</strong> 57%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> Look at that, Dreamer! LOOK! Did you see what I jus' did?! DID YA'?! I just made Christian York tap out like a little, pathetic BITCH! Dreamer, if you had any balls you would've stepped up and tried to make me quit AGAIN, but you haven't. You haven't got any balls, so you let me show the kid up in front o' the WHOLE world. You made me ruin him, Dreamer. What's next? Tommy, because you're not man enough to come out and face me, I'll come ta' ya'! I'll get revenge and I'll make you QUIT, even if I hafta' break you in ****in' half!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson throws the microphone down and leaves as Styles informs us that Tommy Dreamer isn't even in the building tonight, so Anderson's claims were pretty much invalid.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We go to ringside for a few moments to where Styles and Cyrus go over what's happened so far on Hardcore TV. Cyrus continually puts over himself and Lynn, saying that they outsmarted Rob Van Dam earlier on in the night. Also, at every chance he gets Cyrus puts the fans, Joey Styles and other ECW superstars down. The commentary stops as <em>"Debonair" by Dope</em> hits.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Out from the back emerges the sadistic, animalistic ECW Champion <em>Rhino</em>. He pounds his chest and shouts obscenities at the fans on his way down to the ring. Rhino enters the ring and snatches the microphone off the ring announcer, who wisely gets out of the ring as Rhino drops the title belts on the floor. Rhino paces around the ring and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rhino:</strong> <em>Sandman! Sand-****ING-Man! Last week I had business to attend to. Last week I had ta' take that piece o' shit Blue Boy out for talkin' shit about me! Then, you decided to stick your ****ing nose into my business once again! You stuck your nose in to try and remind me that you once WERE ECW, but you're nothin' now. You're ****-ALL, Sandman! You mean SHIT to me! And if you get in my way again, I'll rip your ****in' arms and legs off 'cause NOBODY ****s with RHINO! Sandman, I want you.. I want to KILL YOU! I WANNA' MAKE YOU BLEED, YOU SONUVA BITCH! I WANNA MAKE YOU SUF—</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<em>Suddenly, Rhino his cut off via the music of none other than </em><em><em>Steve Corino</em></em><em>. Corino emerges from the back with a huge grin on his face, it looks as though he's still out to impress Francine so he can "get some". Corino pulls a microphone out from behind his back, points at Rhino and begins to speak.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Rhino, in all due respect that title isn't yours.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rhino just stares a hole through Corino as the fans chant "Shut the **** up" at Corino.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong> <em>Oh no it ain't. Ya' see, me 'n you both have beef with The Sandman. The Sandman stole my championship and then you beat his ass one-two-three in the ring. I respect that, man, I really do but that belt ain't yours. It was never The Sandman's in the first place, it was mine. You didn't beat me, so technically, the ECW World Championship still belongs around my waste!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino smirks, he's about to continue but Rhino gets there first.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rhino:</strong><em> Corino, you piece of shit! I ain't in the mood for you OR your games! I'm frustrated! I'm PISSED OFF! In fact, I could do with a human rag doll right now. I could do with makin' someone bleed! I could do with sendin' a message to The Sandman, and you could be that message! You could be my message boy! I'll send you in a broken little heap to Sandman, a bloodied little parcel.. Damn, I like the sound of THAT. Haha.. Steve, just get the **** into the ring.. I'm BEGGIN' ya'! In fact, seen as though your a pussy, I'll come and DRAG YOUR ASS INTO THE RING!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans cheer loudly for this. They want to see Rhino beat the hell out of him! Rhino his about to climb through the ropes as Corino shits a brick, but suddenly, the fearful look turns into a smirk. Suddenly, Rhino goes down into a heap as Styles screams; <em>"HEY! THAT'S JUSTIN CREDIBLE! HE JUST SUPERKICKED RHINO!"</em> It is indeed. <em>Justin Credible</em> poses with his Singapore Cane behind Rhino as Corino applauds. The referee calls for the bell, it looks as though we have ourselves another impromptu match.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>ECW World Title Match: Rhino © vs. Justin Credible</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Rhino his down on all fours. Credible raises the Singapore Cane high into the air and smacks Rhino in the back with it! Rhino roars in agony as Credible continue to hammer away on him unmercifully with the Cane. Credible disposes of the cane and lifts Rhino up, the ambush could have really cost the Man-Beast the match here. Credible lifts Rhino up and connects with the <strong>THAT'S INCREDIBLE spinning Tombstone Piledriver!</strong> The fans begin to boo at the top of their voices as Credible crawls over Rhino; ...1....2..., NO! Rhino somehow threw his shoulder up from off the mat! Nobody, including Joey Styles can believe it! We almost saw the crowning of a new ECW Champion right there! Credible reaches down and lifts Rhino up once more, he sets him up for another That's Incredible but Rhino shoves Credible away and into the ropes. Rhino follows up and kills Credible with a sick looking clothesline! Suddenly, Steve Corino runs down to the ring and enters behind Rhino. Rhino turns and absorbs a kick to the gut. Corino then sets the Champion up for the Old School Expulsion, but Rhino powers out of it. Corino goes against the ropes and on the return he eats a huge <strong>GORE!</strong> Corino falls down to the mat clutching his ribs in agony as Credible slowly begins to climb to his feet. Rhino runs towards Credible and.. <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> Credible rolls around the mat clutching his ribs in agony. Rhino goes to the outside and takes the wooden announce table to pieces as the fans cheer. He then grabs Corino and pulls him through the ropes. Both men are now on the apron. <strong>Rhino sets Credible up for a Piledriver, but somehow Credible counters with a huge back body drop.. HOLY SHIT! NO! RHINO SOMEHOW COUNTERS WITH A SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB! HOLY SHIT, CREDIBLE COULD BE BROKEN IN HALF!</strong> Rhino pulls himself together and rolls Credible back into the ring. He follows and hooks the leg; ...1...2...3! Rhino retains!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Rhino</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 52%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rhino groggily climbs to his feet, he turns around and eats a <strong>Superkick</strong> from Corino. Corino looks down at the gold with a huge smirk on his face. He reaches down and picks the World title up before staring into it. However, it doesn't last long as the King of Old School gets a Singapore Cane wrapped around his throat.. <strong>WHITE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP!</strong> It's <em>Sandman</em>! Sandman just took Corino out with a White Russian Leg Sweep! Sandman climbs to his feet and looks at the mat around him. Rhino, Corino and Credible are all laid out in the ring. Sandman walks around the ring and gives each of the competitors a cane shot for good measure.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Styles goes ballistic at ringside as Cyrus says the attack from Sandman was uncalled for. Hardcore TV fades to a close.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><em>ECW Hardcore TV Preview</em></span></strong> 16th February 2001</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p>Last week on Hardcore TV the Jerry Lynn versus Rob Van Dam situation grew. First of all Van Dam and his manager Bill Alfonso came out and spoke their minds, albeit over confidently. Then, Cyrus climbed from his announce position and attacked Van Dam, only to run around the ring and lead the former ECW Television Champion into an ambush from the "New F'n Show' Jerry Lynn himself. To add insult to injury, Jerry Lynn then delivered a devastating Cradle Piledriver to Van Dam's long time friend and manager Bill Alfonso, laying him out on the hard outside floor and taking measures to the absolute extreme.</p><p> </p><p>

At Guilty as Charged Tommy Dreamer and CW Anderson went at it in an I Quit match which saw the "Innovator of Violence" prevail. However, CW Anderson his still quite bitter over his defeat and last week he called the Innovator of Violence out, insulting him. Dreamer wasn't in the building to answer, and CW "knew it" according to Joey Styles. CW proceeded to make Christian York quit in the ring. He then went on to berate Dreamer even more. Will circumstances be different this week on Hardcore TV as Tommy Dreamer will be in the house! Will he respond to CW Anderson's challenge? Or will the "Innovator of Violence" do what Anderson claimed and duck the challenge because of "not being man enough"?</p><p> </p><p>

Also last week, Steve Corino and Justin Credible; The New Impact Players decided to input themselves into the title seen. Steve Corino came from the back and interrupted an angry, psychotic Rhino. Then, an ambush ensued with Justin Credible taking Rhino out from behind. Rhino went on to destroy Credible in a World Title bout straight after the attack. Steve Corino then attacked the Man-Beast from behind and laid him out in the ring. Then out came The Sandman. Sandman took Corino out and stood tall as the show went off the air. All four of these men want the ECW Championship, as Rhino put it "The ECW World title is the belt people will die for, it's the title he'll KILL for!" What will go down between these men next Friday? There's only one way to find out!</p><p> </p><p>

Several matches have already been confirmed for Hardcore TV as four superstars will be fighting it out in the ring in a number one contenders match for the Tag Team titles. The rules are a little different, however as four individual superstars will be entering the match up, representing their teams. The superstars? <strong>Balls Mahoney</strong> (Balls & Willy), <strong>EZ Money</strong> (Hot Commodity), <strong>Spanish Angel</strong> (Da Baldies) and <strong>Yoshihiro Tajiri</strong> (Unholy Alliance) will all battle out for a Tag Title shot at ECW's official internet fan convention at Cyberslam!</p><p> </p><p>

More matches will be confirmed at the event, so tune in to Hardcore TV to witness a great night of action, action which Extreme Championship Wrestling can provide because they have ' No Minors - No Exceptions! '</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We are welcomed to the show via the usual introduction routine, with the video montage showing clips from last week's Hardcore TV along with the old ECW "This is Extreme" theme. The highlights show Doring and Roadkill retaining the tag titles against the FBI, CW Anderson making Christian York say "I Quit", Jerry Lynn attacking Rob Van Dam and Rhino destroying Credible with the sunset flip powerbomb through a table. The highlights fade to a close up on The Sandman who stood tall last week on Hardcore TV.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Usually we would go to the announcers, but before we can <em>Alice in Chains' "Man in a Box"</em> fills the arena, signalling the entrance of the "Innovator of Violence" <em>Tommy Dreamer</em>. Dreamer makes his way out from the back with a smile on his face. He is greeted by "Dreamer" chants from the ECW fans. Tommy Dreamer his perhaps ECW's most consistent performer, according to Joey Styles. Dreamer enters the ring, takes a microphone and paces around the ring for a few moments to absorb the chants. Dreamer then stops in the dead centre of the ring and raises the microphone up to his mouth.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong> <em>Last week I heard somethin' I never heard before in my life. I heard a kid with his head wedged up his own ass say that I haven't got any balls. Me? I've got balls, and I've gotta' admit CW Anderson, you've got balls too. You said that I got lucky when I made you quit. I got lucky? Anderson, you were screamin' like a little bitch in the middle of the ring mouthing the words "I Quit" at the top of your voice and now you come out and say that you're embarrassed about it? I've made a lotta' guys tap in the back, hell, I've seen a lotta' guys come 'n go here in ECW and you, ah, you're just like the rest. You come here all high and mighty claimin' to be somethin' that you ain't, and when it comes down to it, I prove that you ain't anythin' ta' worry about.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans continue to cheer for the "Innovator of Violence" who pauses for a little before continuing.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong> <em>Now, onto the subject of "quitting". CW, I hate to break it to ya' but I've been through worse than you and I didn't quit. Damn, I've been through hell 'n back and not quit. So what makes you think you can, as you put it; "break me in ****in' half"? You might be able to break me in half, but I still won't quit. I've never quit before in my life and I don't plan to now. Sure, you made a statement last week when you made another prospect here in ECW who goes by the name of Christian York quit. But in all due respect to the kid, he ain't no Tommy Dreamer. He's been here for two minutes where as I've been here since the beginnin'. I admire the kid, though. He comes out and gets the job done, where as you need to run your ****in' mouth to get noticed. You hafta' make claims, you hafta' make challenges. In fact, I'm gonna' make a challenge. How about you put up or shut the **** up at Cyberslam.. Me 'n you CW, in an I QUIT match!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans explode with cheers and Dreamer chants.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> Yeah, you heard me right. Me 'n you in a Guilty as Charged re-match! Whad' d'ya say, Ander—</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Suddenly some music hits. CW Anderson doesn't emerge from the back, instead one <em>Simon Diamond</em> along with <em>Dawn Marie</em> comes out with a huge smirk on his face. Simon slowly walks down to the ring with Dawn following. He climbs onto the apron, through the ropes and into the ring. He takes a microphone and goes face to face with Dreamer.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> And how can I help you, Simon?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Simon smirks.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> Tommy Dreamer, Simon has a problem.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong> <em>That problem is Simon’s evident lack of television time. I mean, all of these people come here to see Simon, ain't that right?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans continue to boo as Diamond smirks.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> Quit wastin' my time 'n spill it!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> Simon says that you're an has-been, Tommy Dreamer. Simon says that you're past it! This is two-thousand-and-one, and you Tommy? Ugh, you're stuck in the nineties. In fact, you're nothin' but a problem and I am the problem solver.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon Diamond vs. Tommy Dreamer</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Diamond hits Dreamer with a big right to the face. Dreamer Irish whips Dreamer into the ropes and takes him down with a knee strike to the gut. Dreamer goes tumbling over Diamond's knee and onto the mat. Diamond then applies a chin lock on Dreamer but it doesn't last for long as the Innovator of Dreamer powers out. Dreamer returns to his feet. Diamond runs at him and gets scooped up into the air. Dreamer waits for a minute before going for the Spicolli Driver, but Simon quickly drops down behind Dreamer and connects with a Reverse DDT! Into the cover; ...1..2..., Dreamer kicks out. The fans aren't really into the match up, instead they direct their attention to Dawn Marie chanting "show us your tits" loudly. Dawn begins to taunt the fans. Simon sees her and gets a little angry. He walks towards the ropes and demands for Dawn to stop and get him a chair. She does what she's told. Simon turns with the chair in hand as Dreamer climbs to his feet. Diamond swings with the chair and connects with Dreamer! Dreamer doesn't go down, instead he stumbles around the ring for a few moments. He begs for more, shouting "come on" at Diamond. Diamond pulls the chair back and unleashes another ferocious chair shot! However, this one does knock Dreamer down to the mat. He could have it, this could be a huge upset! Diamond goes for the cover but Dreamer kicks out on two to the amazement of Diamond, Dawn and Cyrus. Diamond pulls Dreamer up and sets him up for a suplex, but Dreamer drops down behind Simon and spins him around. Dreamer connects with a kick to the mid-section, Simon doubles over, <strong>DREAMER DDT!</strong> Dreamer drapes his arm over Simon; ...1..2..., NO! How the hell did Simon kick out of that one?! Dawn leaps for joy on the outside, and almost trips over. Dreamer reaches down and slowly lifts Simon up, but Simon hits a low blow! Diamond then grabs Dreamer and connects with a <strong>NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX!</strong> This could be all; ...1....2..., NO! Dreamer kicks out! What an opener! Both men return to their feet. Simon misses with a clothesline and finds himself up on Dreamer's shoulders.. <strong>SPICOLLI DRIVER!</strong> Dreamer bundles his body over the lifeless Simon Diamond; ....1.....2.... <strong>BROKEN UP!</strong> What the hell?! It's <strong>CW ANDERSON</strong>! Anderson pulls Dreamer up off Diamond and kicks him in the gut. CW then sends Dreamer into the ropes and on the return he plants him with a huge Spinebuster! Oh my! Dawn reaches into the ring and pulls Simon out to safety. <strong>CW picks Dreamer up once more and drills him with another huge Spinebuster!</strong> Simon and Dawn are now halfway up the ramp and the referee throws the match out, it can't continue like this.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> No Contest</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dreamer slowly crawls to the ropes as the fans chant "CW sucks.. DICK!" CW flips them off before dropping a quick elbow to the back of the "Innovator of Violence". Oh my god, this is uncalled for. CW then climbs onto Dreamer's back.. He then locks in the same <strong>Modified Camel Clutch</strong> as he did to Christian York last week! Dreamer screams in agony as CW shouts out loudly.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> GIVE UP!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dreamer shakes his head, he won't give up; especially not to Anderson.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> Give up ya' sonuva bitch! GIVE UP!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dreamer won't! He won't give up! He slowly begins to slip out of consciousness, the pain is too much! Dreamer still hasn't given up! He won't! He's got too much heart! That's it. Dreamer slips out of consciousness. His eyes are closed, his body is limp. He's out of it. CW looks down at the limp Tommy Dreamer and smirks sadistically. The fans boo. Their hero has been destroyed. CW releases Dreamer and climbs to his feet, taunting Tommy Dreamer to the dismay of the fans and Joey Styles. We cut to a brief Cyberslam commercial.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from the commercial and go to backstage, to the locker room of the <em>New Impact Players</em>. We see <em>Justin Credible</em> laying back on the leather couch which stands in the centre of the room. Credible wears a neck brace, selling the injuries he received last week at the hands of the 'Man Beast' Rhino. <em>Steve Corino</em> sits at the other side of the room on a different couch with the "Head Cheerleader" <em>Francine</em>. Corino is obviously trying to hit on Francine. <em>Jack Victory</em> seems to be irritating Credible, repeatedly prodding him in different areas and asking him to see if it hurts. Corino looks towards Credible and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Justin man, don't worry; I've got ya' some time off to heal, you'll need it especially with that maniac runnin' around.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Credible nods and groans. Jack continues to annoy him.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Credible:</strong><em> For ****s sake Jack, just **** OFF.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Jack looks shocked. He dejectedly walks away from Credible and to the other side of the room.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> So yeah Francine, as I was sayin'. That World Title will be mine in no time. I'm gonna' do it for the team! In fact, I'm gonna do somethin' else for the team tonight when I team up with Jerry Lynn, who is better than Rob Van Dam by the way, to take on the Whole Lame Show and Beach-man.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Francine:</strong><em> Err, it's Sandman.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Whatever, it doesn't matter 'cause tonight I'm gonna' go out there and steal the show. Then I'm gonna go and beat Rhino and take the gold back for the New Impact Player's and..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino grins and throws his arm over Francine's shoulder.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Francine:</strong><em> Ugh..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Head Cheerleader then gets up and proceeds to leave the locker room as Corino slumps down into the couch with a huge grin on his face.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> God damn she really does dig the King of old School..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Victory nods in agreement.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong><em> Yep.. She digs me too.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino shakes his head.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> No she doesn't.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Victory:</strong><em> Ah.. Eh.. Um.. HIGH SPOT!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Angel and DeVito begin to celebrate in the ring like they've won the lottery. We go to ringside as the fans begin to boo Da Baldies relentlessly, chanting "**** You!" at them. They don't like the men who will go on to challenge the Tag Team Champions at Cyberslam.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

At ringside, Styles and Cyrus run down tonight's happenings so far. Cyrus says that tonight we will be seeing his main man the "New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn pin Rob Van Dam one-two-three in the middle of the ring and make him accept Lynn's challenge for Cyberslam.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jerry Lynn & Steve Corino vs. Rob Van Dam & The Sandman</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We start things off with your pretty much usually. The Sandman starts things off in the ring with Jerry Lynn. Lynn out-wrestles Sandman to start things off. He takes Sandman down with a waste-lock to a front slam. Lynn moves around Sandman and puts him in a headlock. Lynn moves towards the corner and tags in Corino, who effectively drops an elbow to the back of The Sandman. Corino lifts Sandman up and sends him into the corner with an hard Irish whip. Corino follows up with a clothesline but gets an elbow to the face. Sandman then leaps out of the corner and takes the King of old School down with an hard lariat! Sandman then tags in Van Dam and all hell breaks loose. Sandman ends up clothesline Corino over the top and to the outside. Sandman follows and the two engage in a brawl. In the ring, Van Dam and Lynn go face to face. Van Dam mouths off at Lynn and does the thumb taunts. Lynn cheap shots Van Dam in the face with a right. He then drives him into the corner with a shoulder thrust. Van Dam gets Lynn to break the hold with a series of blows to the back. However, all Lynn does his step away from the corner and drive Van Dam down hard into the mat with a big Northern Lights Suplex! Into the bridge; ...1...2..., Van Dam kicks out. Both men return to their feet and square off to a loud pop. Van Dam goes for a kick but Lynn catches. Van Dam then spins around and connects with an enziguri! Rob does the thumbs and turns his back on Lynn. Van Dam turns and receives a huge clothesline from Lynn. Both men go tumbling over the top rope. The two begin to brawl up the ramp. Corino and Sandman re-enter the ring. Corino sets Sandman up for a Old School Plex, but Sandman fights out of it and hits Corino with a modified Downward Spiral! Corino hits the mat head first and bounces up awkwardly. Sandman goes to the outside and under the bottom rope and looks under the apron. Sandman retrieves a table and what appears to be a Singapore Cane. Sandman slides the objects into the ring. He pulls the table over to the corner and lifts Corino up onto the top rope. Sandman goes up top holding the cane. He's not?! He's going to White Russian Leg Sweep Corino off the top and through the table! Meanwhile, Van Dam and Lynn are brawling through the crowd. <strong>HOLY SHIT! WHITE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP FROM THE TOP ROPE AND THROUGH THE ****ING TABLE! HE COULD'VE KILLED CORINO! <p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><em>ECW Hardcore TV Preview</em></span></strong> </p><p>

23rd February 2001</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p>Last week on Hardcore TV the Cyberslam main event was announced. During the main event which saw Rob Van Dam and The Sandman take on Jerry Lynn and Steve Corino. Lynn and Van Dam began to brawl through the crowd, leaving Corino and Sandman alone in the ring. Rhino raced down and destroyed both men before announcing that it would be a triple threat match for the World Championship at Cyberslam. It will be The Sandman versus Steve Corino versus Rhino with the title on the line. Is Rhino crazy? The Sandman and Corino are both former ECW Champions, will Rhino regret ever announcing that match up? More details are set to be confirmed on this week's Hardcore TV, the last event before ECW's annual Internet Fan Convention!</p><p> </p><p>

Tonight's main event as been confirmed as Rob Van Dam teams up with his long time friend and manager, Bill Alfonso to take on the team of Jerry Lynn and the devious Cyrus. Who will get the upper-hand before Cyberslam? We know that Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn will go one-on-one in a "Be all, end all" type of match. A match which should end the epic feud these two men share.</p><p> </p><p>

Tommy Dreamer took on Simon Diamond last week. However, when Dreamer looked as though he had the match won, none other than CW Anderson spoilt it. Anderson raced to the ring and took the "Innovator of Violence" out before locking him in the Modified Camel Clutch submission. Dreamer passed out but never said "I Quit". Tommy Dreamer has some choice words for "The Enforcer" on Hardcore TV and further developments should be made on their I Quit match at Cyberslam.</p><p> </p><p>

Also, it as been confirmed that the "Man-Beast" Rhino will be defending his Television championship against The Unholy Alliance's Mikey Whipwreck in what should be a great match up, a match up only Extreme Championship Wrestling can offer.</p><p> </p><p>

Remember; tune into Hardcore TV and join the Hardcore Revolution!</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> <strong>Your Hosts:</strong> Joey Styles & Cyrus 'The Virus'</p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p><p> </p><p>

We don't get any entrance music, video montage or special introduction today; instead we go straight to the ring to where we see the "King of Old School" Steve Corino standing by with a microphone in hand. Corino looks around the bingo hall and at the fans, the majority being ECW faithful which attend every ECW arena show possible. Corino raises the microphone to his mouth and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Everywhere I turn I hear the words "you can't do it Steve, you've been thrown into the lions den." That's all I hear from you people. All I hear is that I'm not good enough to take the World Heavyweight title once again, but I am. I won it once before when I beat both The Sandman and my good buddy Justin Credible in the same night. Then I went onto beat Justin Credible and Jerry Lynn in a triple threat match, and yet you doubt me? How the hell can you doubt me? I'm Steve Corino damn it! I'm responsible for making ECW what is today! Hell, I'm the greatest and fastest rising superstar in this business..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans begin to boo loudly, they don't like Corino's arrogance.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> You boo? Well yeah, it's you moron's that drag ECW down and make it what it is; a hole in the ground.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The jeers rise. Corino simply smirks as the "Shut the **** up" chants ignite.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> You're tellin' me to shut the **** up? Do yourselves a favour and YOU shut your damn holes. I've got somethin' to say and I'm gonna' say it.. Hey, I bet if it was The Sandman out here you wouldn't tell him to 'S-T-F-U' would you? Exactly. And why's that? It's because you actually believe that The Sandman can beat myself and Rhino at Cyberslam, ain't that right? Yeah, I thought so. You don't doubt your little hero The Sandman do ya'? Hell no. You think The Sandman's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Hey moron's, I beat The Sandman at November To Remember four months ago! I beat his ass in the middle of the ring! The Sandman can't beat Steve Corino! The Sandman can't beat Rhino! The Sandman hasn't got a damn prayer at Cyberslam!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino nods while smirking.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Sandman only got lucky at Guilty as Charged 'cause me 'n Justin were too busy beatin' the hell outta' each other to worry about him.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The "Shut the **** up" chants suddenly get louder.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Hey! Show some hospitality, jeez.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans don't listen; they just jeer unmercifully.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> You idiots represent everything that's wrong with this company! You people are the one's that turn off the TV companies when they wanna' broadcast us! You people are the one's that turn other fans and superstars away because you're Neanderthals! Because you're uneducated morons!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The chants suddenly turn into "**** You Corino!" chants.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> But all is not lost because at Cyberslam I will do ECW a favour and take the World Heavyweight Championship! I will do Extreme Championship Wrestling proud and put it back on the map for the world to see. I will make the broadcasters look past you morons and focus on me; I, Steve Corino, will represent Extreme Championship Wrestling for the good because I am the God of Pro Wrestling! The King.. Of Old School!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino throws the microphone down and leaves as we go to ringside for our formal Hardcore TV introduction.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

ECW's regular Play-By-Play man and long serving announcer <em>Joey Styles</em> sits along with the arrogant <em>Cyrus</em>. Styles says that Corino certainly as high expectations of himself. Cyrus responds by telling Styles that Corino his right to think highly of himself and that either Corino or Rhino will be walking out with the gold; "The Sandman hasn't got a prayer." Styles then tells us that over on ECW-Wrestling.com ECW held a poll, a <em>ECW Fans Choice Match poll</em> for Sunday's <em>Cyberslam</em> event. Cyrus says that all of the disgusting, girlfriend-less marks chose <em>Super Crazy versus Little Guido</em> of the FBI. Styles goes on to confirm the match up. He then moves onto to other things.</p><p> </p><p>

Styles tells us that earlier on today <em>Simon Diamond</em> and <em>Johnny Swinger</em> along with <em>Dawn Marie</em> cut a promo backstage. We switch to the footage.</p><p> </p><p>

The footage shows Simon Diamond, Swinger and Dawn sitting on their locker room. Dawn sits on Simon's lap. Diamond stares directly into the camera and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> Simon has somethin' to say.. Last week on Hardcore TV I went out and almost pinned Dreamer's sorry ass in the ring, and I would've too if CW Anderson hadn't got involved. However, all is not lost. At least we got some TV time, well, Simon did, Johnny didn't..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Diamond turns to Swinger who looks rather bitter.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> That's why Simon, Dawn Marie and Johnny Swinger will be at Cyberslam to make an open challenge to ANY tag team in the world who've got the guts to take us on. Yeah, that's right. ANY tag team in the world! From ECW, from the WWF, from WCW, from the independents, it don't matter 'cause Simon 'n Swinger will solve ECW's major problem.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dawn interrupts Simon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dawn:</strong><em> Gee Simon, what's ECW's major problem?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> The lack of the three of us! Simon says the problem will be solved at Cyberslam when we take out the tag team with the guts but no brains. Like we solved our major problem and got rid o' Blue Boy and Jasmine, we didn't need 'em, right Swinger?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Johnny nods.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Swinger:</strong><em> Right!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Simon smirks.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> So yeah, at Cyberslam it'll be yours truly and Swinger along with the beautiful Dawn Marie against any time in the whole wide world, or the world wide web..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

All goes silent, until suddenly Simon snaps his fingers.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Diamond:</strong><em> Problem. Solved.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Simon grins as we go to a commercial break.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from the commercial and greeted via <em>Dope's "Debonaire"</em> which signals the entrance of ECW's World and Television champion, the "Man-Beast" <em>Rhino</em>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>ECW TV Title: Rhino © vs. Mikey Whipwreck (w/ Sinister Minister)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Joey informs us that this match came about because of the fact that Rhino has already been booked for the pay per vew in the World Championship match, so he must defend the gold tonight against a former ECW World Champion in Mikey Whipwreck. Mikey shows no fear and takes it to the monster. Whipwreck takes Rhino down with a chop block to the back of the legs. Whipwreck goes up top as Rhino climbs to his feet. Whipwreck goes for a dropkick but nobodies home. Whipwreck gets up and his met with a kick to the gut. Rhino then lifts him up high into the air and slams him down hard to the mat with a big Powerbomb. Rhino his about to cover, having broken Whipwreck in half but the Sinister Minister climbs onto the apron. Rhino sees him and sprints towards the ropes, knocking the Minister off the apron with a huge Gore! The Unholy Alliances manager goes flying back into the steel guardrail all thanks to the Man-Beast. Rhino turns around and wonders straight into a leg lariat from Whipwreck. Into the cover; ...1...2.., NO! Rhino just jolts the shoulder up from off the mat. Rhino gets up and backs off into the ropes, allowing Whipwreck to clothesline him over the top and out of the ring. Rhino falls back into the guardrail. Whipwreck runs towards the ropes and leaps over with a huge body press, but Rhino moves out of the way and Whipwreck goes crashing into the steel! Whipwreck moans in agony as Rhino stalks up. Whipwreck is unaware of Rhino's presence. He gets up, turns around and gets broken in half; <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> Straight into the steel barricade! Whipwreck is out of it, completely and utter out of it! Rhino takes a chair off a fan and throws it into the ring. He then picks Whipwreck up, slides him into the ring and follows. With the chair in the middle of the ring, Rhino reaches down and picks the former champion up, kicks him in the gut and <strong><em>PILEDRIVES HIM RIGHT ONTO THE STEEL CHAIR!</em></strong> Whipwreck bounces off it awkwardly, he's out cold. Rhino covers him, referee John Finnegan counts; ...1....2...3! Rhino retains the title.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Rhino</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 73%</p><p> </p><p>

Finnegan hands Rhino both of his title belts and raises his arm high into the air. Rhino pulls his arm away from Finnegan's grasp and begins to mouth obscenities at the fans. Rhino then turns to Whipwreck, whom slowly climbs to his feet and kills him with a sick looking clothesline! <em>"That was uncalled for!"</em> proclaims Styles at ringside. Cyrus continually puts Rhino over.</p><p> </p><p>

Suddenly, <strong>The Sandman</strong> strikes Rhino with a stiff cane shot to the skull! Rhino absorbs it and turns around, going face to face with Sandman. Sandman then delivers a kick to the gut of Rhino before setting him up for the White Russian Leg Sweep, but Rhino pushes Sandman away and into the ropes. Sandman runs back at Rhino; <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> The champion just broke one of the challengers in half! Oh my god! The "EC-Dub!" chants begin, but stop suddenly when..</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em>SMACK!</em></strong> What a chair shot to Rhino! Hey, wait a minute! That's the "King of Old School" <strong>Steve Corino</strong>! Corino stands with a chair in hand. Rhino doubles over after a being "stabbed" in the mid-section with the steel. Corino then hits Rhino with the Old School Expulsion down onto the chair! Oh my god! The Sandman and Rhino are both down! Steve Corino is the man standing tall! Corino picks the World Title up off the mat and raises it high into the hair proudly, like he had just won it. The fans boo. Corino his arguably the most disliked man in the World title match! Corino drops the title on Rhino and does the "It's my belt now" gesture before leaving to the back. Speaking of the back, that's where we go next.</p><p> </p><p>

Backstage we see <em>Tommy Dreamer</em> sitting back in his locker room, taping up his wrists in what appears to be a pre-taped vignette. Dreamer looks up and stares into the camera.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> CW Anderson, as I've said before I've NEVER quit in my life. Last week was no exception. You brought ya'self down ta' the ring hoping to make me give up. Hell, you locked me in your little submission and I still didn't gi' up. Sure, I blacked out. Sure, it hurt like a bitch but I still didn't say those two lil' words; those two lil' words you wan' me to say so much.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dreamer pauses for a moment and continues to tape his wrists before looking back up into the camera.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> CW, I thought you were gonna' be a man about all o' this when you shook my hand at Guilty as Charged, but obviously not. Instead you decided to do the cowardly thing 'n attack me from behind. It's the only way guys like you can fight, but at Cyberslam on Sunday; let's jus' say it'll be all different. You ain't got anywhere to run, you can't sneak attack. In fact, it'll be jus' me 'n you one-on-one. It'll be Tommy Dreamer and CW Anderson man-to-man in an "I Quit" match.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> One o' us 'ill quit CW, and I can assure you, it ain't gonna be me. I ain't gonna quit EVER in the ECW arena. It'd be like quitting on ma' family, it'd be like quitting on a friend, it'd be wrong..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Speak of the devil, suddenly the locker room door opens and in steps CW Anderson himself. Anderson stands motionless. Dreamer gets up and the two men go face to face.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> Well what do we have here? Tommy Dreamer cuttin' a cute little promo on me? Spoutin' shit as usual. It's all you do Tommy, talk. <strong>Dreamer:</strong><em> I ain't no quitter, Anderson. You know that, I wasn't the one who quit at Guilty as Charged..</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson begins to tense up, Dreamer's got him there.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> You sonuva' bitch, things 'ill be different.. A damn lot different.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Bill Alfonso & Rob Van Dam vs. Cyrus & Jerry Lynn</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Jerry Lynn makes his entrance next as Cyrus gets up from ringside. We start things off with Van Dam and Cyrus in the ring. Cyrus thinks he's something special as he locks Van Dam in a headlock. Cyrus mouths the words "come on!" mockingly. Van Dam pushes Cyrus away and takes him down with a spinning kick to the face! Cyrus hits the mat hard and rolls back into the corner to tag in Jerry Lynn. Lynn runs at Van Dam and hits him with a lariat. Both men get up and stand off. Van Dam and Lynn lock up. Van Dam takes control and pushes Lynn into the corner. Lynn leaps up but Van Dam sees it coming. Van Dam waits behind Lynn. Lynn drops down and gets a huge German Suplex, into the bridge; ..1...2.., Lynn just kicks out. Both men return to there feet. Van Dam does the thumb taunts but gets taken down from behind by.. <strong>SPANISH ANGEL</strong> of Da Baldies! What the hell is he doing here?! <strong>Tony DeVito</strong> his here too! Da Baldies begin to hammer away on Van Dam to the delight of Cyrus who applauds them at the corner. DeVito lifts Van Dam up into a backbreaker, Angel then drops an elbow onto the throat of Van Dam! What a double-team move! Alfonso rushes into the ring to try to stop things but simply falls the victim of a double clothesline, which instantaneously takes him out of the equation! Alfonso rolls out of the ring, selling the impact. Here come <strong>Danny Doring and Roadkill</strong>, the Tag Team Champions! Doring and Roadkill rush into the ring and take down the advancing Jerry Lynn with a double team Front-Slam! Lynn gets up clutching his back and receives a double clothesline from the Champions! Cyrus looks appalled. Doring and Roadkill back Da Baldies against the ropes before running up and disposing them with a double clothesline! The champions follow them to the outside and a brawl ensues! Hell hell as broken loose once again on Hardcore TV! Back in the ring Rob Van Dam his up and so his Jerry Lynn. Lynn misses with a clothesline and receives a Superkick from Van Dam! Lynn falls to the floor and rolls to the outside. Cyrus enters the ring and receives a quick spinning kick from Van Dam. Van Dam then springs up top and comes off with a <strong>Five Star Frog Splash!</strong> No taunting today from the "Whole F'n Show". Van Dam quickly covers Cyrus as Jerry Lynn tries to slide into the ring, but Alfonso grabs his leg and stops him! The referee counts; ...1...2....3!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Rob Van Dam & Bill Alfonso</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 69%</p><p> </p><p>

Lynn looks pissed off. Alfonso releases his leg so he his able to get into the ring. Lynn opts not to. Instead he just turns around and clocks the "Manager of Champions" in the face with an hard right! Van Dam realises and runs towards the ropes as Lynn leaves. Lynn stops on his way to the back and says; "I'll beat you Van Dam, I'll beat you ya' sonuva bitch!" Joey Styles reminds us to tune into Cyberslam on Sunday as Hardcore TV fades to a close.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

EXTREME CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING PRESENTS

CYBERSLAM 2001

"This is EXTREEEEEME!" The usual opening welcomes us to the annual Extreme Championship Wrestling Internet Fans' convention, Cyberslam! The camera pans around for a few minute as the ECW faithful throw their fists into the air in anticipation, they cannot wait to see what goes down tonight at Cyberslam. The camera pans around the renovated bingo hall, Viking Hall before settling in the centre of the ring to where Joey Styles stands with a microphone in hand. The fans chant "EC-Dub" at the top of their voices as Styles formally welcomes us to the show.

Joey Styles: Welcome to Cyberslam two-thousand-and-one!

The fans pop.

Joey Styles: Tonight, here at ECW's annual Internet Fans' Convention, we have a huge night of action planned for you, the fans. In fact, in tonight's main event we will witness the culmination of the long battle between Jerry Lynn and Rob Van Dam. Also, the ECW Championship will be on the line as the "Man-Beast" Rhino makes his first Pay Per View title defence against The Sandman and Steve Corino in a triple threat match! All this and more will go down tonight. But that's enough of me, let's get on with show!

Styles leaves the ring and takes his position at ringside with Cyrus. The setting of the arena is practically the same as ECW's Hardcore TV, but a little more done up; it still doesn't quite fit the view of a pay per view event, though.

Styles and Cyrus hype the night up at ringside. Cyrus says that we will witness Jerry Lynn defeat Rob Van Dam once and for all. Then, the music of the 'Insane Luchadore' Super Crazy fills the arena.

Guido Maritato (w/ Big Sal & Tony Mamaluke) vs. Super Crazy

Crazy enters the ring and plays to the fans a little, remember, this is the "Internet Fans' Choice" match up. The fans wanted to see these two competitors go at it. Out next, to a chorus of "We want Pizza" chants emerges 'Little' Guido Maritato, who apparently his now going by that name, along with Sal E. Graziano and his partner in crime Tony Mamaluke. Maritato enters the ring. He and Super Crazy circle each other before finally locking up to kick off the first match of the evening.

Guido slaps in a quick headlock on Crazy, it doesn't last for long though as the Insane Luchadore battles out out of it with a series of blows to the mid-section. Crazy then turns, hooks Guido's arms from behind and pulls him over into a Backslide; ..1...2..., Guido gets the shoulder up. Guido runs under a clothesline, stops and rolls Crazy up with a School Boy; ...1...2., Super Crazy kicked out. Both men return to their feet and square off as another "EC-Dub" chant culminates. The two lock up again. Crazy shoves Guido into the ropes and on the return he goes for a front dropkick, but Guido clings onto the ropes for dear life. Crazy climbs to his feet clutching his lower back and receives a clothesline from the FBI member! Crazy hits the mat hard with his upper-back. Guido goes into the ropes and comes off with an elbow, landing on the throat of Super Crazy. Into the cover; ...1.., Super Crazy kicks out.

Guido pulls Crazy up from off the mat and sets him up for a backdrop. He lifts him up, but Crazy flips over Guido's shoulder and slaps in a waste-lock. Crazy then lifts Guido up high into the air, falls back and hits him with a backdrop of his own! Super Crazy quickly looks the leg; ...1...2.., Guido kicks out. Both men return to their feet with Super Crazy in control. Crazy hits Guido with a kick to the gut and Irish whips him into the ropes. Crazy follows up with a big kick, but Guido evades and Crazy hangs himself on the ropes! The fans let out a "ahh" and so does Super Crazy! Guido goes under Crazy's legs and lifts him onto his shoulders. He steps away from the ropes and receives a huge hurricanrana! Guido was looking for the powerbomb but Super Crazy made him pay with an hurricanrana! Guido gets up and runs towards Crazy, but straight into a big arm drag. Guido gets up and does the same again, runs into another arm drag from Super Crazy! Crazy keeps hold of Guido's arm and puts him in a arm bar. Guido sits on the mat, trying to devise a strategy to get out of the hold. Guido let's out a little scream. Crazy gets up and runs towards the ropes and on the return he hits Guido with an hard dropkick to the back! The impact is loud. Guido returns to his feet clutching his back. He turns around and Crazy puts him in a arm wrench, on that same arm he had the arm bar locked in on earlier. Crazy backs off into the corner as Guido pleads for mercy. Super Crazy goes up top, walks along the ropes and leaps off with a leg lariat, still holding Guido's arm! Guido falls to the mat awkwardly. Super Crazy could have knocked him out! Crazy quickly goes for the cover; ...1....2..., Guido kicks out. Crazy returns to his feet as Guido sits up. Crazy backs off into the ropes and flips over Guido, grabbing his head and hitting a modified neckbreaker! Guido goes down and jolts back into the mat. Crazy points to the corner, runs over and leaps up top. He turns and looks to Guido, who lays prone on the mat. Crazy leaps off the top rope with a huge leg-drop, and lands on Guido's throat! Guido kicks his legs into the air on impact, it's got to be over here.

Super Crazy covers Guido; ...1...2..., NO! Mamaluke pulls the referee to the outside just in time! The referee turns around and begins to argue with the FBI members. Crazy gets up and sees this. He backs off into the ropes, runs towards the others and leaps off the top with a big plancha and takes out both Big Sal and Mamaluke! The fans roar with approval at the high risk move and a "EC-Dub" chant breaks out. Crazy gets up clutching the back of his head and slides back into the ring. Guido his still down. Crazy walks towards him: Small Package; ...1...2...3!

Little Guido was playing possum all along! He rolled Super Crazy up into a small package and got the three count!

Winner: 'Little' Guido Maritato

Match Rating: 77%

Crazy gets up and looks around, he doesn't know what happened. He can't believe it. The referee raises Maritato's arm high into the air as the FBI get up on the outside, clutching their heads. Guido climbs out of the ring and leaves with Sal and Mamaluke. Meanwhile, Crazy continues to argue with the referee; he cannot believe what happened.

At ringside Cyrus says that Little Guido simply outsmarted Super Crazy. Joey reluctantly agrees, saying that Guido did outsmart Super Crazy, but perhaps it would have been different if the FBI didn't get themselves involved in the match up as Super Crazy had Guido down for the three after that Top Rope Leg-Drop. Cyrus shuns Styles' claims as Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger emerge from behind the curtain along with Simon's manager Dawn Marie.

Simon & Swinger (w/ Dawn Marie) vs. "Any Tag Team in the World"

The threesome make their way down to the ring as Cyrus rambles on about how they are the three most underrated individuals in Extreme Championship Wrestling. The fans don't really seem to care about Simon and Swinger, instead they direct their attention to Dawn, who wears a low cut skirt. The male fans shout "Show us your tits" at Dawn. Dawn rolls her eyes at their 'ignorance' and enters the ring along with Simon and Swinger. Simon takes a microphone and begins to speak amongst the "show us your tits" chants.

Diamond: Simon has a major problem! Simon's problem is all of you morons! Simon demands that you give him respect! Simon says give Swinger and Dawn Marie some damn respect! Simon knows that a lady doesn't deserve that kinda' treatment from, especially from you idiots!

Academically, the "Shut the **** up" chants begin.

Diamond: No! Simon will not shut up! You shut up! Simon has had enough of you! Simon is sick to death of you!

Simon begins to nod as the fans boo. Dawn takes the microphone and the "show us your tits" chants flare up again.

Dawn: You people sure are ignorant. First of all, you don't appreciate a women with uhh.. Um..

Dawn doesn't know what to say.

Dawn: Great.. Business assets!

Cyrus comments on how Dawn as got another pair of great assets, which haven't got a thing to do with business.

Dawn: Yeah, that's right. And you don't appreciate the greatest tag team in the world today, Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger!

Simon and Swinger both jump up and down, nodding in agreement with Dawn.

Dawn: And that's why they are making a tag team to any tag team in the world today! Any tag team from down south or up north, any team in the world who think they are good enough to take on my team of Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger! So I say bring it on!

And that's exactly what happens. Drowning Pool's "Bodies" fills the arena. The fans don't know what's going on until a few moments later when two absolute behemoth's emerge from the back. We can't get a clear shot of our face, but Joey goes ballistic at ringside. He can't believe what he's seeing. Then, the two men step out of the darkness and reveal themselves.

Styles: HEY! That's KRONIK! Bryan Clarke and Brian Adams from WCW! OH MY GOD! KRONIK ARE IN ECW!

KroniK slowly make their way down to the ring as Simon and Swinger stop in the dead centre of the ring looking noticeable worried. Dawn Marie quickly escapes the ring as the two monsters slide under the ropes. Simon and Swinger quickly attack Adams and Clarke with a pair of clotheslines, but both KroniK members duck. Simon and Swinger turn and get planted with a pair of huge, simultaneous lariats! Adams pulls Swinger to his feet and throws him into the corner. Adams and Clarke then link up, with Clarke Irish whipping Adams right into Swinger, crushing the ECW regular with a turnbuckle clothesline. Swinger staggers forward.. WHAM! Straight into a SuperKick from Bryan Clarke! KroniK are dismantling Simon and Swinger here at Cyberslam 2001! Swinger rolls to the outside and onto the hard outside floor.

Meanwhile, in the ring Simon his slowly coming around. He turns around and gets knocked back down to the mat via a massive boot to the face from Brian Clarke! Adams goes to the outside, under the ring and pulls out a table. The fans begin to chant "EC-Dub" in a patriotic wrestling moment as Adams slides the table into the ring. Clarke sets it up as Adams re-enters. Adams points to the fans shouts "CASHIN' CHECKS 'N BREAKIN' BACKS, BABY!" Adams and Clarke both grab the advancing Simon Diamond via the throat, lift him up into the air and send him crashing through the wood with the High Times double-chokeslam! Clarke does the honours and covers the broken Simon Diamond as the referee leaps down to the mat to count the pin; ....1....2....3!

Winners: KroniK

Match Rating: 66%

Dawn crawls into the ring and towards the broken Simon Diamond, who lays amongst the broken shards of wood. KroniK just stare down at Dawn. Dawn doesn't realise and begins to pull the shards from beneath Simon. She looks exceedingly worried. Suddenly, Clarke reaches down and grabs her via the hair. This generates some heat from the fans, but mostly cheers and "EC-Dub" chants. Clarke spins Dawn around and plants her with a sit-out Spinebuster onto a piece of the broken table! Oh my! KroniK have made a huge impact tonight here at Cyberslam! The two then head to the back, having carried out their intentions and destroyed Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and Dawn Marie.

We cut to a brief transmission which basically as the sole purpose of hyping up Hardcore TV, which you can catch every Friday night on America One.

We return to see Cyrus standing in the ring with a microphone in hand.

Cyrus has his usual smarmy look on his face. The fans jeer him, he just looks at them with a look of disgust on his face, shunning them. He raises the microphone which he holds up to his mouth and begins to speak.

Cyrus: What gives you MARKS the right to boo me?

The boo's naturally get louder. Cyrus smirks.

Cyrus: Be quiet, nobody wants to hear your senseless whining. In fact, we don't care what about you think because at the end of the day, you Neanderthal's know nothing. Let's face it, your limited brain capacities can't handle a lot.

Cyrus pauses. The "Shut the **** Up" chants start.

Cyrus: Anyhow, without further adieu; I, Cyrus, present to you the best wrestler in this company, the most underappreciated and underrated man in this business, the New F'n Show.. JEEERRRYY.. LYNN!

After a few moments "Scapegoat" by Fear Factory hits and the "New F'n Show" himself makes his way from beyond the curtain. Lynn walks down to the ring and gets a few "Jerry" chants from the fans. Lynn talks trash to them and the chants soon transform into boo's. Lynn audibly says "I'm gonna beat your bitch RVD!" Lynn enters the ring and walks up to Cyrus. The two exchange a few words as the music cuts. Cyrus nods, smirking as Lynn backs away.

Cyrus: We're gonna' get straight down to business tonight. You see, tonight is the night where Jerry Lynn finally beats his duck and pins Rob Van Dam in the middle of the ring. Tonight is the night where Jerry Lynn defeats Rob Van Dam once and for all in the main event! Tonight is the night where Jerry Lynn finally takes his place in the ECW main event!

Lynn nods in agreement with Cyrus as the fans hostilely tell him to "shut the **** up."

Cyrus: Ugh. Troglodytes!

Lynn nods in agreement with Cyrus, which warrants some "Jerry sucks" chants.

Cyrus: Over the last month or so, since Guilty as Charged, myself and Jerry Lynn have been making your life a living hell. In fact, you began to duck our challenges because you fear Jerry Lynn! You fear the greatest athlete in this company! You fear the man who puts ordinary people like yourself and all of these fans to shame! Isn't that right, Rob? You didn't wanna' face Jerry Lynn at Cyberslam? It's too late, you have to! You have to go one on one with my TREMENDOUS client, the Whole F'n Show.. Jerry Lynn, ain't that right, kid?

Cyrus smirks as Lynn steps forward and takes the microphone. He gestures for the camera to zoom in, and it does.

Lynn: Come here, listen! Over the last few years I've made Rob Van Dam, I made him what he is. I made him the Whole ****in' Show, but tonight will be different. Tonight will be the night where I BREAK Rob Van Dam and cement by status as the (Does the thumb taunts mockingly) New - ****in' - Show!

Lynn smirks.

Lynn: Rob, you've outdone me all your career. You've had everythin' handed to you on a place. I guess that's what you get when you suck Heyman off. I've never done that and I've always lived in his shadow, I've always lived in your shadow! I've been forever known as the guy who did the job to Rob Van Dam. I've been forever known as the guy who RVD beat the night prior. There was no exception at Hardcore TV on Friday. You out-did me again, Rob. You out-did me! Things will be different tonight, though. Things will be a damn lot different and so will the outcome of the match. You won't be seeing Rob Van Dam with his arm high in the air. You won't be hearin' the referee say "Here is your winner, the Whole ****in' Show" .. No, no. In fact, you'll be hearin'; "Here is your winner, the NEW ****ING SHOW!" THE NEW ****IN' SHOW.. JERRY LYNN!

Lynn tosses the microphone out of the ring and intensely leaves. Lynn looks as though he's going to explode. Cyrus looks shocked as he enters the ring and goes to ringside and takes his place next to Joey Styles.

Segment Rating: 79%

Joey questions whether Cyrus actually believes that Lynn can beat Van Dam. Cyrus says that Joey his just like the rest of these troglodytes, he underappreciated Jerry Lynn. Cyrus says that Lynn can get the job done. Styles replies smarmily saying that Jerry Lynn has got a "lot of jobs done" in his career.

ECW Tag Team Titles: Doring & Roadkill © vs. Da Baldies

The challengers, the gangsta-like Spanish Angel and Tony DeVito of Da Baldies make their way out from the back first and eventually enter the ring. Cyrus says that if Roadkill decides to mess with Da Baldies, they'll set him straight via ramming one of his chickens up his ass. DeVito and Angel enter the ring and wait for a few moments until "Super Bon Bon" by Soul Coughing hits, signalling the entrance of the ECW Tag Team Champions Danny Doring and the "Angry Amish" Roadkill. The Tag Team champions race down to the ring, slide under the ropes and the action is on.

DeVito runs and lays into Roadkill with a series of rights and lefts as Spanish Angel goes to work on Doring. Angel knocks Doring into the ropes and proceeds to Irish Whip him across the ring. Doring runs back at Angel and receives a knee to the gut. Doring goes tumbling over Angel's knee and lands flat on his back. Across the ring we see Roadkill pounding away on Tony DeVito in the corner. Roadkill steps back before almost crushing DeVito with a big body splash in the corner. DeVito staggers forwards and gets clotheslined over the top rope and out of the ring by Roadkill. Roadkill turns around and goes after Angel with a clothesline, but Angel ducks under Roadkill's arm. Roadkill almost runs into Doring but manages to just in time. Angel spins the Angry Amish around and plants him with a quick DDT in the centre of the ring. Angel crawls over Roadkill, into the cover; ...1...2.., kick out.

Doring climbs to his feet and goes up onto the top rope as Angel goes for another quick cover attempt with Roadkill still down; ...1...2..., Doring breaks it up with a flying Leg-Drop from the top. Angel hits the mat face first and Roadkill pushes him off of him. DeVito re-enters the ring with a chair in hand. Doring turns and gets stabbed in the mid-section with the chair. He naturally doubles over, and takes an immense chair shot to the back from DeVito. DeVito drops the chair and sets Doring up for a DDT, but the 'Dastardly' one pushes DeVito away and into a quick Powerslam from Roadkill, into the cover; ...1...2.., broken up by Angel. Doring launches a Super-Kick at Angel, but it gets blocked. Angel then reels Doring in, still holding his leg and plants him with a quick Spinebuster, into a sunset flip; ...1...2..., broken up by the 'Angry Amish' Roadkill.

Roadkill picks the chair up and stalks Angel with it. Angel returns to his feet and gets waffled with a big chair shot to the skull! Angel's still standing. Angel begs for more; this man his obviously quite not "all there" in the head. DeVito sneaks up behind Roadkill and hits him with a low blow. He then leaps up to his feet and hits him with a quick DDT! Angel goes up top, waits for a few moments and comes flying with a big Suicide Headbutt! This one's got to be over! Angel covers Roadkill; ...1....2..., Roadkill kicks out! How did he manage that?! Da Baldies pull Roadkill to his feet and set him up for a Double DDT. However, the attempts are thwarted by 'Dastardly' Danny Doring who hits Angel in the back with a chair shot. Angel turns and receives another chair shot to the skull, which busts him open and knocks him down to the mat! DeVito releases Roadkill and turns to Doring. Doring kicks DeVito in the gut and springs him around straight into the "Lancaster Lariat of Lust" from the Angry Amish Warrior! Roadkill quickly bundles himself over DeVito as Doring keeps Angel at bay; ..1...2....3!

The Tag Team Champions have done it! They've defeated Da Baldies to return their titles.

Winners: Doring & Roadkill

CW staggers towards the steel barricade. Dreamer, now on the apron, leaps off and clubs CW in the back with a double axe-handle! Dreamer walks towards the barricade and calls for a chair. One of the fans, the original ECW Sign Guy, obliges and hands the "Innovator of Violence" the steel. Dreamer turns to Anderson and lines him up for a chair shot, but his attempts are thwarted via a kick to the gut from CW. Dreamer drops the chair. Anderson then lifts Dreamer up and runs towards the steel ring-post, driving Dreamer back-of-the head first into the steel! CW lets go of Dreamer and the "Innovator of Violence" falls down to the mat. CW picks the steel chair up and lines Dreamer up for a chair shot. Dreamer slowly climbs to his feet as CW swings the chair, but Dreamer evades and CW smacks the ring post with the steel! Anderson drops the chair and turns around to Dreamer. Dreamer hits him with a quick jab to the gut before hitting him with an hard uppercut to the face. CW falls against the apron. He eventually begins to stagger forward, and ends up on Dreamer's shoulders! Dreamer then proceeds to drop CW throat first onto the steel guardrail! CW bounces back and falls onto the hard floor. He falls back into the apron, but tries to fight back; showing some tremendous resilience. CW then smacks Dreamer with another huge chair shot to the face! Oh my god! Only in ECW. Dreamer still gets back up. CW moves behind him, opens the chair up and slaps Dreamer's head into the gap. He then begins to close the chair! Oh my ****ing god, he's choking the life out of Dreamer with the steel chair! Dreamer struggles, moving around and trying to get Anderson to release the hold.

CW begins to scream at Dreamer; "Give up! GIVE THE **** UP!"

Dreamer declines. Dreamer will not give up. CW then slams the chair down into the ground, using it as a sort of guillotine. Dreamer screams in agony as he removes the chair from around his throat. Meanwhile, Anderson goes under the ring and pulls out what appears to be a ring of barbed wire. Styles lets out an "Oh My God" as Dreamer staggers around. CW throws the barbed wire into the ring before running up and kicking Dreamer in the gut. CW then goes to Irish Whip Dreamer into the barricade, but it is reversed and the "Enforcer" goes plummeting into the steel! Dreamer slides back into the ring. CW eventually follows.

Dreamer begins to squeeze even tighter, but CW just will not give up! CW gets his foot onto the ropes and tries to use them as a vault of some sort, but Dreamer won't let go! CW his in agony, he's in pure agony. Then, Dreamer steps side-wards and drops Anderson with the DREAMER DRIVER! Oh my god! If this was a normal match he would have had it won, but he has to make Anderson quit! Dreamer picks up the ring of barbed wire and makes his way towards Anderson.. LOW BLOW! Low Blow from Anderson out of pure desperation! Anderson gets up and whips Anderson into the ropes, SPINEBUSTER~! WHAT IMPACT! Dreamer bounces off the mat in agony. Anderson gets down onto his knees and picks the barbed wire ring up. Anderson proceeds to stick it into Dreamer's forehead, ripping the flesh! Blood drips down Dreamer's face, but he still will not give up! Moments go by and Dreamer, now bleeding profusely his still conscious! Anderson releases the barbed wire and climbs onto Dreamer's back! He's going for the CW Camel Clutch! NO! Dreamer counters with a drop toe hold, sending Anderson throat first into the bottom rope! We go to ringside ahead of the second of tonight's triple main event match. Joey Styles hypes the upcoming match, saying that all three of these men (Rhino, Corino & Sandman) have a purpose; the ECW World Championship. Cyrus bluntly says he doesn't care who walks out of the ECW Arena with the gold, as long as it isn't The Sandman because he's "Past It".

ECW World Title Match: Rhino © vs. The Sandman vs. Steve Corino

We start things off with the music of the "King of old School" Steve Corino. Corino walks down to the ring warily, receiving many "Don't Comeback" chants from the ECW fans. Corino tells them to shove it and enters the ring as Dope's "Debonair" hits; signifying the entrance of ECW's psychotic double champion, the Man-Beast Rhino! Rhino makes his way out from the back tugging on his hair and pounding on his chest with both championships around his waste. Corino "gulps". He looks afraid, unsurprisingly. Rhino roars and then quickly slides into the ring, climbs to his feet and goes for a clothesline; but Corino ducks. Rhino turns around and Corino his halfway out of the ring! Corino drops to the outside and shakes his head, he doesn't want any of the Man-Beast, and rightly so. Corino paces around the ring as Rhino drops his title belts. The referee picks them up, raises them into the air and now we're just awaiting the entrance of The Sandman. Rhino leans over the ropes and begins to mouth off at Corino, but his quickly cut short via an hard Singapore Cane shot to the back of the head! It's The Sandman! Sandman takes it to Rhino with a series of hard Cane shots as Corino smirks on the outside. Sandman pulls the cane back, and then pulls the trigger; releasing a vicious cane shot on Rhino! Rhino falls back into the ropes as Corino climbs up onto the apron.

Sandman turns and notices Corino, he swings with the cane but Corino ducks. Sandman turns and Rhino kills him with a sick looking clothesline! Sandman goes down to the mat as Corino drops off the apron again. Rhino points to the outside, looking rather agitated. He then climbs through the ropes and hops off the apron; going after Corino! Corino almost shits a brick when he sets his eyes on Rhino. Corino turns and begins to run away from Rhino. Rhino gives chase and runs after Corino. He turns the corner and runs straight into a clothesline from the King of old School! Rhino doesn't go down, instead he's merely knocked back, giving Corino a few more seconds to escape the grips of the ECW World and Television champion. Corino goes to slide into the ring, but Rhino grabs him via the leg and yanks him back out. Rhino his about to deliver further damage but his cut off with a baseball slide to the face from The Sandman! Sandman slides out of the ring, showing no fear. He hits Rhino with an hard right to the face, knocking him into the barricade. He then turns to Corino and decks him with an elbow the face. Rhino stumbles forward, after hitting the steel barricade and stumbles into a drop toe hold from The Sandman; Rhino hits the barricade face first! He bounces off awkwardly as Corino climbs back up to his feet. Sandman misses with a short-arm clothesline, turns around and receives a kick to the gut from Corino. Corino then goes to smack Sandman's head against the apron but Sandman blocks and smacks Corino's head against the apron. Corino bounces off and then gets thrown back into the ring by Sandman.

Sandman goes under the ring-apron and pulls out a table. He sets it up as Rhino slowly begins to climb up to his feet. Sandman turns to Rhino and knees him in the gut. Rhino doubles over and Sandman sets him up for a suplex; Rhino blocks. Rhino then quickly turns around and Suplex's Sandman through the table! Sandman lays amongst the broken wood! Oh my god, Rhino just broke Sandman in half! Rhino turns and sets his sights on Corino who stands in the ring. Rhino hops onto the apron and Corino dashes towards him, trying to knock him off but Rhino blocks with a shoulder to the gut of Corino. He then re-enters the ring and goes for a clothesline, but Corino evades. Rhino turns and gets a quick kick to the gut. Corino goes for a DDT, but Rhino pushes him into the ropes. Rhino waits and jolts Corino over him with a back body drop! Corino goes crashing down to the mat. He returns to his feet, clutching his back and walks right into a big Arn Anderson-esque Spinebuster from the Man-Beast! Rhino covers Corino; ...1....2.., Corino kicks out. Rhino pulls Corino back up and sets him up for a Piledriver, but Corino counters with a massive back body drop! Rhino goes crashing down to the mat. He climbs back up to his feet quickly and walks right into a OLD SCHOOL KICK! Rhino falls back down to the mat and Corino covers; ...1...2..., Rhino kicks out. The Sandman re-enters the ring, still shrugging off the effects of been put through that table by Rhino. Sandman picks the Cane up and goes to cane Corino, but the King of Old School evades and Sandman smacks the advancing Rhino! Sandman turns back to Corino and receives a kick to the mid-section. Corino then hooks Sandman up and plants him with the Old School-Plex! Into the cover; ...1...2..., Sandman kicks out. Corino lifts him back up but gets shoved away. Sandman reaches down and picks the cane up and on the return he clocks Corino with an hard cane shot to the skull! Rhino his up. He spins Sandman around and almost beheads him with a huge clothesline! Holy shit!

Rhino goes to the outside and retrieves two tables. He slides them both back in the ring as Cyrus says that Rhino wants to kill someone tonight. Rhino re-enters the ring too. He sets one of the tables up in the corner, propping it up against the turnbuckle and sets the other one up at the other corner; but normally. Rhino raises his arms into the air as Corino climbs to his feet. Corino notices Rhino and quickly slides out of the ring; grabbing a chair for reinforcement. Corino walks around on the outside, looking a tad worried. Then, he plucks enough courage up and quickly slides into the ring as Rhino grins. Corino drops the chair in the ring and just stands, staring at the Man-Beast. Corino slowly walks around the ring; GORE! GORE! GORE! RHINO JUST GORED CORINO THROUGH THE ****ING TABLE! WHAT IMPACT! Corino his down and out. The King of Old School lays in a disgruntled heap. Rhino begins to mouth obscenities at him. Rhino turns and walks right into a DDT from The Sandman! Sandman has just laid Rhino out. He quickly covers, we could have a new champion; ...1...2...., kick out! Sandman pulls Rhino back up and also picks the cane up. Sandman begins to cane Rhino unmercifully, but the Man-Beast won't go down! SNAP! The cane breaks over Rhino's head! Rhino falls back against the ropes. Sandman then picks the chair up and sets it up in the middle of the ring. He gestures for Rhino to come and get him and the Man-Beast accepts. Rhino walks towards Sandman and right into a drop toe hold onto the chair! Oh my god! Sandman has it won! It's over! We're gonna' be seeing the crowning of a new ECW World Champion right here! Sandman covers Rhino; ...1....2..., NO! NO! How the hell did Rhino kick out?! Rhino's a survivor! Sandman climbs up to his feet in disbelief and receives a dropkick to the chest from Corino! Rhino puts Corino in his place with a shot to the gut before going back up. Rhino sits on the top rope and throws Corino over his shoulder. Holy shit, he's got bad intentions on his mind! Rhino looks down at the table as he stands up on the second buckle. Sandman slowly climbs to his feet. PILEDRIVER FROM THE TOP AND THROUGH THE ****ING TABLE! HOLY SHIT! RHINO COULD HAVE KILLED STEVE CORINO! Corino his down and out! Rhino has this one won. He quickly covers Corino, it's over it's got to be; ...1....2...., NO! CORINO KICKED OUT! HOW THE **** DID HE MANAGE THAT?! Rhino gets up looking astonished. He notices Sandman climbing to his feet on the other side of the ring. Rhino sprints towards him and levels him with the GORE! Winner: Rhino

Match Rating: 76%

Rhino climbs to his feet as Sandman slowly crawls back into the ring. Rhino takes both of his title belts and walks past Sandman while holding the title belts gloriously; perhaps rubbing it in a little on the "Hardcore Icon". Joey Styles says that he may not like Rhino or what he does, but he did extremely well to have beat Sandman and Corino in that match. Cyrus says that he never doubted the Man-Beast. Speaking of doubt, in tonight's main event it will be Rob Van Dam, one of the most overrated performers in the company in Cyrus' opinion, taking on perhaps the most underrated performer in the "New F'N Show" Jerry Lynn; again, in Cyrus' opinion.

Main Event: Jerry Lynn vs. Rob Van Dam

"Walk" by Pantera hits and the fans immediately greet the "Whole F'n Show" Rob Van Dam with a HUGE pop. Van Dam walks down to the ring, slapping a few hands on his way as the "Manager of Champions" Bill Alfonso jumps around blowing his whistle frantically and rather annoyingly. Van Dam nonchalantly does the thumb taunts before leaping up onto the apron and climbing into the ring one more time. Alfonso follows, still blowing his whistle. Rob does his custom spinning kick before things begin. Then, "Scapegoat" by Fear Factory hits and so do the boo's as the "New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn emerges from the back. Lynn walks down to the ring with a look of purpose on his face. He's ready to fight. Lynn hops onto the apron and Alfonso climbs out of the ring. Cyrus continually hypes up his man Jerry Lynn. Lynn climbs through the ropes. He and RVD then engage in an intense stare down. Van Dam does the thumb taunts as Lynn stands with his hands on his hips. Both of these men obviously dislike each other.

Then, the bell rings and the two nemesis' circle each other. They then tie up. Van Dam takes control with a side headlock but Lynn pushes him into the ropes. Lynn then takes Van Dam down with a swift arm drag. Both men return to their feet but things are different this time as RVD takes Lynn down with an arm drag of his own. Both men return to their feet and soak up the applause from the fans. Van Dam does the thumb taunts, turning his back on Lynn. Lynn strikes with a forearm smash to the back, knocking Van Dam into the ropes. Rob turns and Lynn knocks him over the top with a clothesline! Lynn turns his back and does the thumb taunts mockingly to the dismay of the avid RVD fans; however, unknown to Lynn, Van Dam hangs onto the ropes and proceeds to skin the cat~! Lynn turns around and receives a hard SuperKick to the jaw! Lynn goes flying back into the corner and Van Dam follows up with a series of shoulder thrusts. He does a back flip and then goes for another, but Lynn moves and Rob hits the steel! Lynn rolls Van Dam up with a quick school boy; ...1...2..., Van Dam kicks out. Both men return to their feet and Lynn Arm Wrenches Van Dam and places his left arm behind his back. Lynn then lifts him up with a backdrop, but RVD flips over and pushes Lynn into the ropes. Van Dam puts Lynn in a waste lock but the "New F'n Show" escapes with a series of elbows to the face. Van Dam turns with his hands on his face. Lynn moves up behind him and hits him on the left shoulder, the shoulder he damaged when he missed the shoulder thrust. Lynn hits Van Dam with another blow to the shoulder and then sets him up for a German Suplex, he spins around and connects! Lynn quickly bundles himself over Van Dam; ..1...2, Van Dam kicks out. Cyrus says that Lynn, like the true superstar he is, his in total control. Van Dam sits up and Lynn puts him in a arm lock. Van Dam moves around and climbs up to his feet; Lynn does also, still applying the lock. Van Dam wriggles is way out of the hold and puts Lynn in a arm lock of his own. Lynn also counters and sends Van Dam into the ropes with an irish whip. Lynn follows up with a clothesline but RVD goes under his arm. Lynn turns and receives a huge dropkick to the chest, which sends him tumbling over the top rope and out of the ring!

Lynn falls back into the barricade. Van Dam looks and then runs over to the ropes as Alfonso blows his whistle. Van Dam then leaps over with a summersault plancha and he lands on Jerry! Both men are down on the outside! "RVD" chants start as Alfonso applauds, blowing his whistle. Van Dam eventually climbs back up to his feet and brings Lynn up with him. Van Dam hits Lynn with a kick to the mid-section before going for a spinning kick, however Lynn ducks; RVD turns and gets taken down via a clothesline from Lynn! Lynn turns his attention to the wooden time keepers table. He grins like a Cheshire cat as he throws the ring bell off the table and to the floor. The announcers scatter as Lynn pulls the table in closely. He lifts Van Dam up and spreads him out on the table. Lynn then hops up onto the apron and goes up onto the top rope. He looks around at the ECW fans who boo him and mouths the words; "I've gotta do it! I've gotta beat him!" Lynn then leaps off with a huge elbow drop, but Van Dam rolls out of the way and Lynn goes crashing through the table! The "You ****ed Up Chants" begin as Lynn lays amongst the broken shards of wood. Alfonso helps Van Dam up, they then both roll the broken Jerry Lynn back into the ring. Van Dam follows and goes for the cover; ...1....2...., Lynn kicks out! Styles goes on about how if we were up North or down South the match would be over right now.

Alfonso takes a steel chair and throws it into the ring. Van Dam picks the chair up as Lynn slowly climbs to his feet. Van Dam throws the chair and Lynn catches. Van Dam goes for the Van Daminator but Lynn ducks. Van Dam turns and his met with an hard chair shot to the skull! Van Dam goes down! That surely worked against Rob Van Dam there! Lynn drops the chair and pulls Van Dam up. He sets him up for a DDT and backs off into the corner. Lynn goes up onto the second buckle and springs off, connecting with a Tornado DDT! Lynn covers Van Dam; ...1...2...., Van Dam kicks out! Lynn pulls Van Dam back up. This time he sets him up for the Cradle Piledriver, but Van Dam counters with a back body drop! Lynn climbs to his feet clutching his lower back. Van Dam then leaps up into the air and almost beheads Lynn with a spinning kick! Van Dam looks down at Lynn, who lays in the exact centre of the ring. Van Dam picks the steel chair up and slaps it over Lynn's chest. Van Dam then goes up top, does the thumb taunts and his about to fly but CYRUS grabs Van Dam's foot! The fans jeer chanting "**** You" Cyrus loudly. Van Dam kicks Cyrus away, buying Lynn enough time. Lynn runs towards the corner but also receives a kick to the face. Van Dam then leaps off the top rope with a huge Martial Arts Kick, connecting with the jaw of the New ****in' Show! Van Dam looks down at Lynn, who his out cold. He's out of it! Van Dam his about to cover.. WHAM!! DOUBLE DDT FROM DA BALDIES! Van Dam is out of it! Da Baldies quickly climb out of the ring and leave as Cyrus applauds on the outside with a HUGE grin on his face! Lynn climbs up to his feet, he doesn't know what's happening. He reaches down and pulls Van Dam up, he then lifts him up.. CRADLE PILEDRIVER~! It's over, it's got to be! Lynn covers; ...1....2....3! IT'S OVER! JERRY LYNN HAS DONE IT!

Winner: Jerry Lynn

Match Rating: 85%

Lynn looks overwhelmed. He falls down onto his knees in rejoice! He cannot believe it! Nor can Styles!

Joey Styles: OH MY GOD! THOSE BASTARDS! Da Baldies and Cyrus cost Rob Van Dam the match! Jerry Lynn has done it, all thanks to Cyrus and his little entourage!

So rating one star in a diary is a common thing?....good job to whoever is doing this...maybe even bash in the diary if you guts, if you hate it say it straight to me, if you can't then you are most probably a handicap, we clear? did you get what I'm sayin'?

Don’t worry too much about the star ratings, I’ve seen diary’s pick up 5 star ratings before the first show has even been posted, take it with a pinch of salt and just have fun writing what you’re writing....for the record I like what I’ve read so far, my only criticism (and it’s a minimal one) is that you posted your shows super quick, I hadn’t actually had chance to finish reading your TV shows before the PPV was posted or I would have predicted/commented myself.....but that’s probably just sour grapes because it takes me about 10 days to write one show let alone a months worth <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

" Cyberslam : The Aftermath "</p><p> </p><p>

At Cyberslam last Sunday we witnessed shocks, surprises and blood. In the night's main event we saw Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn go at it, with Cyrus and Da Baldies interfering to give Jerry Lynn the much needed victory. It as been confirmed that on Hardcore TV all four men, Cyrus, Jerry Lynn and their entourage, will be in attendance and will undoubtedly have something to say about Lynn's controversial victory.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We saw blood. Tommy Dreamer and CW Anderson battled it out in a vicious "I Quit" match. CW Anderson tried but failed to make Dreamer quit, as he (The Enforcer) was the one saying those fateful words at the end of the bloodbath. He had no choice. Like any true competitors, both Tommy Dreamer and CW Anderson will be in action on Hardcore TV when they go on opposite teams in this weeks Hardcore TV's main event.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Speaking of Main Events, Dreamer's men will be two men who went at it at Cyberslam in Rhino and The Sandman. Rhino and Sandman battled it out along with Steve Corino in a triple threat match which saw the "Man-Beast" walk out with the gold intact. We know that Rhino and Sandman don't see eye-to-eye, but will they be able to work together along with Dreamer to take on Steve Corino, Justin Credible (The New Impact Players) and CW Anderson? Find out on Hardcore TV!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Also at Cyberslam we witnessed the huge debut of former World Championship Wrestling superstars Brian Adams and Bryan Clarke, collectively known as KroniK! KroniK made a huge impact by beating the team of Simon and Swinger with ease, dominating them and destroying them. "Cashing checks 'n breaking backs" if you will. How will Simon and Swinger react to their defeat? Will they even be able to make it on Hardcore TV? In fact, will KroniK be in attendance after the huge impact they made at ECW's official Internet-Fans convention Cyberslam?</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Find out on what is set to be an action-packed Hardcore TV<span>.</span> </p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

<p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><em>ECW Hardcore TV</em></span></strong></p><p>

2nd March 2001</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Your Hosts:</strong> Joey Styles & Cyrus 'The Virus'</p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

"This is Extreeeme!" plays through the arena as we are treated to the custom opening video montage. The montage shows clips of last week's Cyberslam with Jerry Lynn pinning Rob Van Dam in the ring after delivering the Cradle Piledriver; Tommy Dreamer making CW Anderson quit and of course we are shown footage of Rhino pinning Steve Corino in the centre of the ring to retain the ECW World Championship. The footage then comes to an end and we pan around the infamous ECW Arena.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The camera shows the avid ECW fans chanting “EC-Dub” at the tops of their voices in anticipation of the first Hardcore TV of the month of March; the Hardcore TV entitled “Cyberslam: The Aftermath”. We get our usual introduction from Joey Styles who kindly welcomes us to Hardcore TV on America One. He hypes up tonight and informs us that we will be seeing Simon and Swinger going up against Hot Commodity as well as a huge six-man tag main event as the ECW World Champion Rhino teams up with “The Innovator of Violence” Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman to take on the team of the New Impact Players and CW Anderson.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<em>“Scapegoat” by Fear Factory</em> then hits as Styles heads to ringside. Out from the back emerge the entourage of Cyrus ‘The Virus’, Jerry Lynn and Da Baldies.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans jeer relentlessly, chanting “You Screwed Rob” at the tops of their voices amongst many “**** You” chants. Da Baldies mouth obscenities at the fans as Cyrus hops onto the apron and steps through the ropes; holding them down for Lynn. Lynn enters the ring and takes a microphone as the music cuts. Lynn tosses the microphone to Cyrus as Da Baldies enter the ring. The fans can’t help but boo this foursome, and rightly so. If it wasn’t for Da Baldies and Cyrus; Rob Van Dam would have defeated Jerry Lynn.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Boo all you want, it isn’t gonna’ change anything! It’s not going to change the fact that Jerry Lynn, the New F’n Show, pinned your beloved Rob Van Dam in the centre of the ring last Sunday at Cyberslam! All o’ you marks saw it with your own “four-eyes”, haha, you all saw Jerry Lynn pin Rob Van Dam for the one-two-three!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans respond with unanimous jeers and “**** You Cyrus” chants. Cyrus just grins and continues.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Your booing isn’t going to change a thing! Not a single thing and it’s great! It’s great that Jerry Lynn did what he intended to and defeated Rob Van Dam at Cyberslam! All way through the last month, the month of February, Jerry Lynn and I told all o’ you troglodytes what was gonna’ happen but you refused to believe! You morons doubted us and we proved you wrong! We proved to you that Jerry Lynn is indeed the “New F’n Show!”</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus continues to grin as Spanish Angel and Tony DeVito nod in agreement with him. Lynn just stands back in the corner, absorbing the heat.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Set you’re your eyes, all four of ‘em, onto these two men; Tony DeVito and Spanish Angel, Da Baldies!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans greet Da Baldies with jeers. Angel and DeVito lean over the ropes at opposite ends of the ring, mouthing the words “**** you” at the fans.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Ignore them guys, they’re obviously uneducated, after all, they’re from this pit of waste.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus begins to chuckle as Lynn steps out from the corner. Cyrus ignores the fans and their chants and turns his attention to the man who was victorious at Cyberslam, the man they call Jerry Lynn.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Now then, ECW’s saviour.. The New F’n Show, no wait; The WHOLE F’n Show has a few words for you! So show him some respect, put your hands together and give a warm welcome to Jerry Lynn!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Lynn smirks as Cyrus hands him the microphone.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> I told all of you that I’d beat Rob Van Dam, and guess what I did? I beat his ass one-two-three in the middle o’ the ring! I did what I couldn’t do; I beat the odds and beat the man I couldn’t beat! I beat your little hero Rob Van Dam! I beat him! I BEAT HIM! Me and Rob Van Dam have a lotta’ history, he’s always outdone me but not anymore! NOT ANYMORE! I ascended into greatness at Cyberslam when the referee raised my arm high into the air! I for filled my promises, put up with your shit and got the job done. I jumped over every obstacle, no matter how big, and finally beat Rob Van Dam in the middle of the ring! None of you people could a’ changed that, Rob Van Dam couldn’t change it, Bill Alfonso couldn’t change it.. NOBODY can change it! It’s done, it’s over and I, Jerry Lynn, am now the Whole ****in’ Show! I, Jerry Lynn, am Mr P-P-V! I, Jerry Lynn, am Extreme Championship Wrestling!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Lynn hands the microphone back to Cyrus as the “**** You Jerry” chants grow to extremes. Lynn steps back into the corner as Cyrus takes back the microphone.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> And now, myself, Jerry Lynn and Da Baldies will leave you troglodytes with the footage you’ll all be sure to adore! We’ll leave you with footage of Jerry Lynn beating your beloved **Cyrus does the thumb taunts mockingly** Rob – Van – Dam at Cyberslam! Roll the footage, morons!</em></p><p> </p><p>

The screen is engulfed by the footage. Van Dam his about to cover the fallen Jerry Lynn.. WHAM!! DOUBLE DDT FROM DA BALDIES! Van Dam is out of it! Da Baldies quickly climb out of the ring and leave as Cyrus applauds on the outside with a HUGE grin on his face! Lynn climbs up to his feet; he doesn't know what's happening. He reaches down and pulls Van Dam up, he then lifts him up.. CRADLE PILEDRIVER~! It's over, it's got to be! Lynn covers; ...1....2....3!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Segment Rating:</strong> 77%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We go to a “Living Dangerously hype” package. When we return we see Chris Hamrick, Elektra, EZ Money and Julio Dinero; Hot Commodity standing in the ring ahead of the upcoming match as Cyrus takes his place at ringside.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Hot Commodity vs. Simon & Swinger</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Swinger starts things off with Julio as Simon sells his injuries at the corner. Swinger hits Julio with an arm drag and then pulls him back up, sends him into the corner and crushes him with a turnbuckle clothesline. Swinger then sets Julio up for a powerbomb but it’s cut off via a EZ Money chop-block to the back of the legs of Swinger. Swinger goes down and the double-team ensues. Hot Commodity hit Swinger with a double dropkick as Simon races into the ring. Simon hits Julio with a kick to the gut and then hits EZ with a forearm smash. Simon turns back to Julio and finds himself in a small package; …1…2.., kick out. Julio pulls Simon up and sends him into the ropes with an irish whip. Hamrick grabs Simon’s legs and takes him down! Diamond hits the mat face first, allowing Julio to go up top and hit Simon with a big leg-drop to the back of the head. Cover; …1…2.., Swinger breaks it up. Swinger lifts Julio up and hits him with an hard knee to the face. Julio bounces off awkwardly and goes down to the mat. EZ Money goes up top and leaps off with a cross body, but Swinger catches and Body Slams EZ down to the mat. Swinger lifts EZ Money up and sets him up for a powerbomb, he lifts him up onto his shoulders but then falls backwards… KRONIK~! KroniK hit Swinger behind the legs, knocking him back! Bryan Clarke and Brian Adams are here! Adams reaches down and lifts Swinger up, he sends him into the ropes and hits him with a flying lariat on the return! Oh my god! Julio gets up, turns around and staggers into the HIGH TIMES! Simon gets up, notices Adams and Clarke and wisely gets out of the ring and heads to the hills as Hamrick pulls Julio to safety! KroniK have made another HUGE impact! Adams calls for the microphone as the referee throws the match out.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Adams:</strong><em> Look at that! Look at it! Look at the destruction we’ve caused! Me ‘n Bryan are in ECW to cash more cheques.. ‘N break more backs, that’s what we’re all about baby! We’re all about destruction ‘n domination! We DEESTROYYYED-ah Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and Dawn Marie at Cyberslam! We proved that we have NO LIMITS! No ****ing limits! We came out here tonight and destroyed Swinger, EZ Money and Julio Dinero because we have no ****ing limits! The only limit we have is the sky, but we still can fly!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The ECW fans begin to cheer KroniK for their pure display of destruction; ala Sid Vicious back in 1999, but not as much as Sid was as over as hell back in the time. Adams, pointing at the back, continues.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Adams:</strong><em> We want gold! Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill, you two have what we want! So how about it guys? You two are a pair of men LIVING DANGEROUSLY! You two are the men unfortunate enough to be holdin’ the prize we want! And we’re gonna’ get it! We want the Tag Titles ‘n we wan’ ‘em at Livin’ Dangerously! Whad’ya say? Are you in? Or are you a pair o’ ****in’ pussies?!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Adams throws the microphone out of the ring. He and Clarke then pause as we go to ringside. The fans actually love the arrival of the former WCW superstars, surprisingly.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Joey Styles says that KroniK are in ECW, obviously, and they are all about cashing cheques and breaking backs. Cyrus says that Adams and Clarke are pair of Neanderthals and that if they ever tried anything with Da Baldies they’d get their asses handed to them. Styles disagrees and the music of the New Impact Players hits.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The “King of Old School” Steve Corino comes out from the back along with his partner in crime, “Not just the coolest, not just the best..” Justin Credible. Corino and Credible pose on their way out from the back. Corino is heavily bandaged due to his chaotic match with Rhino and The Sandman at Cyberslam. The two men enter the ring as the fans greet them with the chants they’re accustomed to; “Go the **** away!” Corino smirks and takes a microphone. He steps into the centre of the ring and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Rhino, you got lucky! You got hella’ lucky at Cyberslam! You cost me my big chance, in fact, you could say I lost my big chance but like a true competitor, I, the King of Old School, will bounce back! In fact, get the hell out here now ‘cause I’ll take the title from ya’ in front o’ all these morons! In front o’ all these idiots who call themselves “fans”. Pfft, more like assholes! So yeah Rhino, get the hell out here so I can take the title I truly deserve, so I can take MY title.. The ECW World Championship!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Suddenly, Credible snatches the microphone from the hand of Corino, Corino looks shocked as Credible raises the microphone to his mouth.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Credible:</strong><em> Hey, take it easy there Steve; you’re gonna’ blow a fuse.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Credible smirks as Corino scowls.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Credible:</strong><em> You lost your chance at the title buddy, so go ta’ the back of the line and wait; it’s my time to shine! It’s my turn to get a title shot!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Credible nods with a huge grin on his face. Corino nods in agreement as he takes the microphone back off Credible.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> Yep, it sure is Justin! It’s your turn to get a shot at the.. TV TITLE!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans respond with a little laughter. Corino nods with a huge grin on his face as Credible shakes his head. He snatches the microphone back off Corino.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Credible:</strong><em> HEY! I deserve a World Title shot!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Corino shakes his head and snatches the microphone back away from Credible.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Corino:</strong><em> No ya’ don’t, I’ve got the World Title scene covered, alright man?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Credible snatches the microphone back.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Corino and Credible both turn to the ramp in shock as Dope’s “Debonaire” fills the ECW arena to their dismay. Credible turns and <strong>RHINO</strong> kills him with a sick looking clothesline! Rhino came through the crowd! Corino turns and low blows Rhino. Credible gets up. He and Corino then begin to wail on Rhino, beating him into the corner. Then, the crowd erupts into loud cheers as “The Innovator of Violence” <strong>Tommy Dreamer</strong> runs out from the back with a Singapore Cane in hand! Dreamer canes Credible on the back of the head, knocking him down to the mat. Corino turns and also receives a cane shot to the skull! Dreamer turns around.. <strong>SPINEBUSTER~!</strong> Hey! That’s <strong>CW ANDERSON</strong>! Anderson just hit Dreamer with a huge Spinebuster! Rhino returns to his feet and falls back into the corner due to being hit with a big right from “The Enforcer”. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Sandman drops the Singapore Cane and irish whips Anderson into the ropes. Anderson comes flying back but misses with the attempted clothesline. Anderson turns and receives a kick to the gut from Sandman. Sandman then goes for a DDT but Anderson pushes him straight into a Super-Kick from Credible! Credible just laid the “Hardcore Icon” out with a vicious Super-Kick to the jaw! Sandman goes down to the mat but gets straight back up, to where he his greeted via a elbow to the face from Anderson! Rhino then charges out of the corner.. <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> What a Gore to CW Anderson! Anderson goes flying to the outside! Rhino then turns and his hit with a kick to the gut from Credible. Credible then lifts Rhino up, setting him up for the “That’s Incredible” but Dreamer hits him from behind in the back to break it up! Credible drops Rhino as Dreamer lifts him up onto his shoulders.. <strong>SPICOLLI DRIVER~!</strong> Dreamer points to the sky, dedicating the move to the late Louie Spicolli (R.I.P). He then turns and Corino goes for the Old School Kick but to no avail as Dreamer blocks; spins Corino around and <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE! </strong>It’s all over! It’s got to be! Rhino covers Corino; …1…2…, Kick out! Rhino lifts Corino up and throws him into the corner. He then charges in and hits him with a shoulder thrust. At the other side of the ring we see Justin Credible and CW Anderson taking it to Dreamer, but The Sandman soon evens up the odds. Sandman clotheslines Credible over the top rope. Sandman follows him to the outside and the two ensue in a brawl. Dreamer picks up the Singapore Cane and waffles CW over the head with it but CW fights back and lifts Dreamer up and then drops him throat first onto the ropes! Dreamer bounces off the ropes awkwardly and falls straight into a sick looking lariat from Anderson! Anderson turns Dreamer around and locks him in the <strong>CW CLUTCH</strong> submission hold! Anderson mouths the words “Quit you Bastard” but Dreamer was never the listener. Dreamer refuses! He won’t give up! At the other side of the ring Rhino disposes of Corino, throwing him over the top rope and to the outside; to where he lands on Justin Credible! Rhino then breaks up the submission, perhaps saving Dreamer. Rhino throws Anderson into the ropes and connects with a HUGE <strong>GORE~!</strong> Rhino quickly covers Anderson; …1…2…3!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The heels head to the back, all looking hurt as Rhino, Dreamer and The Sandman stand tall in the ring. Sandman calls for a Budweiser and gets what he wishes for. Sandman then goes face to face with Rhino. The two go nose to nose and exchange words as we go to a brief commercial.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

When we return Joey Styles informs us that in tonight’s main event we will see <strong>Rob Van Dam</strong> go up against both of Da Baldies in an Handicap Match! Cyrus says that he got the match signed and it’ll be TREMENDOUS for him to see RVD get pummelled once again. As Cyrus and Styles argue about whether RVD can beat both of Da Baldies, “Walk” by Pantera hits so I guess we’re going to find out.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Da Baldies vs. Rob Van Dam</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Van Dam starts things off into the ring with Spanish Angel. Van Dam takes control with a series of kicks to the mid-section. He then Irish Whips Angel into the ropes and follows up with a Cross Body, into the cover but Angel rolls through and returns to his feet. The two men then square off; Van Dam then turns to the crowd and does the “Thumb taunts” much to their delight, beginning the “RVD” chants. Angel runs towards RVD looking frustrated and straight into a drop toe hold! Angel bounces face first off the mat as DeVito races into the ring. RVD climbs to his feet and connects with a shuffle side-kick to the face of ‘Da Baldy’. DeVito goes down and rolls to the outside as Angel returns to his feet. Angel connects with a huge clothesline, knocking Van Dam down to the mat as DeVito takes a steel chair. DeVito enters the ring with the steel as Angel lifts Van Dam up. Angel throws RVD into the corner and follows up with a massive clothesline. Van Dam staggers forwards and walks straight into a chair shot from Angel! Cyrus continually puts Da Baldies over as the best team in the company, despite losing to Doring and Roadkill at Cyberslam. The two “gangsters” then lift Van Dam up and set him up for a Double-DDT, but it’s not to be as RVD fights out of it! Van Dam pushes Angel into the ropes and smacks him with a Spinning Kick on the return! <strong>DeVito picks the chair up and walks straight into a Van Daminator!</strong> The Whole ****in’ Show just levelled Tony DeVito with the Van Daminator! Styles lets out an “OH MY GAWD” as Cyrus climbs to his feet. Van Dam picks the chair up and throws it at Angel. Angel catches. However, <strong>Cyrus</strong> hops onto the apron and intervenes. Van Dam turns and pushes him off and to the outside floor! <strong>Van Dam turns and his cracked over the head with the chair!</strong> Angel has this one won for Da Baldies! <p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><em>ECW Hardcore TV Preview</em></span></strong> 9th March 2001</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Last week on Hardcore TV the whole ECW locker room were plunged into a state of shock as Jerry Lynn, the man who defeated Rob Van Dam at Cyberslam, seemingly turned his back on Cyrus 'The Virus' and Da Baldies. The night started off in celebration as Lynn and co came down to the ring and gloated about how Jerry Lynn finally managed to defeat Rob Van Dam at Cyberslam, but as the night ended things changed. During the main event, which was an handicap match with Da Baldies taking on Rob Van Dam, Spanish Angel looked as though he had Van Dam down for the three after Cyrus' interference but none other than the "New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn broke the count up, took both of Da Baldies out and aided Van Dam in getting the victory to the shock of every ECW fan in the world. How will Cyrus and Da Baldies respond to this on Hardcore TV? How will Rob Van Dam respond? Will Lynn explain his actions? Find out on Hardcore TV this Friday Night on America One!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Also on Hardcore TV we saw the New Impact Players argue between themselves on who would take on the World & Television Champion Rhino for the World Title. Then, Rhino himself came out and took it to both of them. And then came Tommy Dreamer to even up the odds. Before we knew it we were in the middle of a six man tag match with Rhino teaming up with Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman to take on the team of the New Impact Players and CW Anderson. Rhino and co walked out the victors after the "Man-Beast" finished CW Anderson off in the ring with the Gore! This week on Hardcore TV we'll see two long-serving ECW superstars Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman take on the "New Blood of ECW" in CW Anderson and Justin Credible! Dreamer has a lot of history with both Anderson and Credible, so you've got to wonder what will go down in that match especially with The Sandman in the equation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Also on Hardcore TV last week KroniK interrupted Simon and Swinger's match with Hot Commodity, destroying both teams and making an open challenge to the Tag Team Champions Danny Doring and the "Angry Amish" Roadkill. Will the Champions respond? They have a perfect opportunity to do it as Brian Adams of KroniK takes on Tony Mamaluke of the FBI in singles action! If Mamaluke gets the win it'll surely put the FBI back into the Tag Team title scene; but you've got to be sure that KroniK will want to make Mamaluke another one of their victims.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

All this and a lot more is set to go down on Hardcore TV, so tune in and join the Hardcore Revolution!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;">ECW Hardcore TV</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p>

9th March 2001</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Your Hosts:</strong> Joey Styles & Cyrus 'The Virus'</p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The broadcast kicks things off with highlights from last weeks Hardcore TV event, from when we saw Jerry Lynn do the unbelievable and destroy both of Da Baldies in the main event, giving his long time nemesis the "Whole F'n Show" Rob Van Dam the victory in the handicap match. Highlights are also shown of the impromptu six-man tag team match which saw The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer and Rhino get the victory over The New Impact Players and CW Anderson when Rhino pinned Anderson in the middle of the ring.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Then, we go to the ring for our usual formal introduction from the man himself Joey Styles. Styles hypes up the night and says that tonight we will see The Sandman and Tommy Dreamer team up to take on the team of CW Anderson and Justin Credible! But first..</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Brian Adams vs. Tony Mamaluke</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Brian Adams comes out along with his partner Bryan Clarke, who accompanies him at ringside. Mamaluke brings Little Guido and Big Sal as his back-up. The two try a test of strength and Mamaluke is no match for Adams. Adams throws Mamaluke down to the mat. Mamaluke does a backwards roll and returns to his feet. He gets up and runs straight into a clothesline from Adams. Adams then lifts Mamaluke up, kicks him in the gut, sends him into the ropes and slams him down hard with a Powerslam. Into the cover; ...1..2..., Mamaluke jolts his shoulder up from off the mat. Adams lifts him back up and receives a dropkick to the back from Guido! Clarke races into the ring and chases Guido away in comedy fashion as Mamaluke rolls Adams up with an inside cradle; ...1...2.., Adams powers out. Mamaluke jumps up onto the top rope, he then flies with a crossbody but Adams catches him and hits him with a sit-out scoop slam! Adams covers Mamaluke; ...1...2..., broken up by Guido! The fans respond with loud "**** you Guido!" chants. Adams gets up looking pissed, unsurprisingly. Guido gets up and runs towards the ropes but gets a huge hand wrapped around his throat! Bryan Clarke then lifts Little Guido Maritato high into the air and slams him down hard with a vicious Chokeslam! Guido bounces off the mat awkwardly and rolls to the outside as Mamaluke climbs to his feet. Mamaluke's in no man's land. He turns around and walks straight into the <strong>HIGH TIMES</strong> Double-Chokeslam from KroniK! Adams then hooks the leg and the three count is academic.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winner:</strong> Brian Adams</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 73%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Adams and Clarke share a high five in the ring, before pacing around and playing to the "EC-Dub" chanting fans. Suddenly, <strong>Danny Doring</strong> and <strong>Roadkill</strong> begin to walk down the ramp with the Extreme Championship Wrestling Tag Team championships in hand. The two stop at the bottom of the "ramp way". Adams and Clarke don't take their eyes off the champions, who stand outside of the ring. 'Dastardly' Danny Doring calls the microphone and the time-keeper hands it to him. Doring then looks at the two behemoths who stand inside the ring, gulps and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Doring:</strong><em> So you two wanna' shot at me 'n the Angry Amish at Livin' Dangerously, huh? You've got it! You barge inta' this company and demand title shots, fair enough because you're gettin' 'em. But after Livin' Dangerously we'll forget about you, because at the after show party myself and many, many chicks are gonna' be BANG.. BANG.. BANGIN'!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Doring simply smirks. Well, that was random. We then go back to ringside as the champions leave with the titles in hand.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

At ringside Styles says that one of, many great, matches as been signed for Living Dangerously! In fact, it will be an event off the charts. Styles says that the lack of Cyrus at ringside is pleasant, but he's sure that the man with the biggest mouth in wrestling will show up sooner or later. And he's right, as <strong>Cyrus</strong>' music fills the arena and the boo's ensue. Some "Go Away" chants begin too, but Cyrus simply ignores the fans and continues on his way down to the ring. The fans continue to verbally slaughter Cyrus as he takes a microphone; but like the "gentleman" he is, he simply ignores them.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> You troglodytes never cease to amaze me with your ignorance, stupidity and blind markishness but today I will do myself a favour and ignore all of you Neanderthal's and get down to business; Jerry Lynn!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus nods, looking rather bemused as the fans chant "**** You" at him at the top of their voices.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Last week Jerry Lynn, last week you really surprised me. We started the night off in celebration but it ended in despair! You cost my TREMENDOUS clients Tony DeVito and the Spanish Angel a chance at stardom; you cost them their match with a man we both hate, you cost them the match with **Lynn does the thumbs mockingly** Rob - Van - Dam.. Why? I demand an explanation, Jerry! I want to know why you turned your back on Da Baldies and why you helped the chief of troglodytes Rob Van Dam out last week on Hardcore TV. Why'd you do it Jerry?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Lynn doesn't reply, he doesn't come out from the back as Cyrus waits anxiously. Cyrus begins to pace around the ring looking frustrated, chanting "Jerry!" at the top of their voices.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> C'mon Jerry, just give me an explana--</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans cut Cyrus off, chanting "Shut the **** up" at him.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> No, you shut up! Show me some damn respect rather than being mere, disgusting animals! As I was saying.. **The boos only get louder** .. As I was saying before I was ever so rudely interrupted by you animals.. Jerry, I want an explanation and I want it n--</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Suddenly, "Scapegoat" by Fear Factory hits and the "New F'n Show" <strong>Jerry Lynn</strong> trots out from the back with a look of determination, a look of purpose on his face. Lynn walks straight down to the ring as the fans chant his name loudly. Lynn climbs onto the apron and then through the ropes. The music cuts as Lynn stops in the corner, awaiting for more of Cyrus' words.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Jerry, pal, buddy; can you please explain to me WHY the hell you beat down Angel and DeVito on Hardcore TV?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Jerry just snatches the microphone away from Cyrus and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Explain? Ain't it simple Cyrus? I thought you were s'posed ta' be smart, but you obviously ain't. I told you to keep outta' my business at Cyberslam! I told you to keep yourself 'n Da Baldies out of my match with Rob Van Dam 'cause I wanted ta' prove that I could beat him fairly; but guess what? Like ever the asshole you had ta' stick your nose in! Sure, I got tha' victory but I wouldn't a' if it weren't for you, Angel and DeVito. I don't appreciate that.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Cyrus reclaims the microphone and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> Jerry, Jerry.. Calm down. You've always been my number one priority and I had to look out for you. Yeah, sure, you wouldn't have won the match if it weren't for myself and Da Baldies. In fact, you wouldn't have had a prayer against RVD if it wasn't for me and Da Baldies!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Oh shit. Cyrus has dropped himself right in it. Jerry steps out of the corner, mouthing the words "Oh, is that right" at Cyrus. Cyrus quickly raises the microphone up to his mouth and begins to continue.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Cyrus:</strong><em> I didn't mean that! **the "you ****ed up" chants continue** SHUT UP! Jerry, what I'm trying to see is that me, you and Da Baldies are a unit. An effective, cohesive unit! We work together and get the job done, that's the way you are! You shouldn't have stuck your nose in Da Baldies' business last week, you should have handled things differently. You should have been civilised about it and not like each and every one of these troglodytes in the ECW Arena tonight!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The boos get louder. Lynn smirks and takes the microphone.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lynn:</strong><em> Maybe you're right, Cyrus. Maybe I can't beat Rob Van Dam by myself, but I sure as hell would rather try than have you ****s tryin' ta' help me!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Lynn quickly strikes Cyrus with a kick to the gut, dropping the microphone! "OH MY GOD!" exclaims Styles as Lynn lifts Cyrus up, perhaps looking for the Cradle Piledriver but the celebrations are cut short by <strong>Da Baldies</strong> who strike Lynn in the back with a double forearm smash! Lynn releases Cyrus and begins to fight off Da Baldies! Lynn scores with a clothesline on Angel, he then goes for a Dropkick on DeVito; but it isn't meant to be as DeVito steps out of the way. Cyrus then sneaks up behind Lynn and hits him with a low blow! The fans boo loudly, chanting "**** You!" at Cyrus' and his entourage! Cyrus has just turned on Jerry Lynn! Lynn goes down, naturally. Then, Da Baldies line him up for a Double DDT.. NO! Broken up by <strong>Rob Van Dam</strong>! Van Dam is saving his long time enemy Jerry Lynn!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Van Dam connects with a Spinning Kick on Angel. He then takes a chair from the whistle blowing Bill Alfonso, throws it up and DeVito foolishly catches; <strong>VAN DAMINATOR~!</strong> Cyrus heads to the hills in shock as Van Dam and Lynn lock eyes in the centre of the ring. The two enemies have formed a unity to take on Cyrus and Da Baldies! They have a common enemy and must unite to rid ECW of them!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from a Living Dangerously hype transmission and go to ringside, to where Joey Styles is seated; alone. Styles goes over the nights happenings so far. He reaches the subject of Jerry Lynn and Rob Van Dam's "common enemy" but his cut off via Alice In Chains' "Man in a Box", the entrance music of the "Innovator of Violence" <strong>Tommy Dreamer</strong>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>CW Anderson & Justin Credible vs. Tommy Dreamer & The Sandman</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We start things off with Justin Credible and The Sandman in the ring. The two lock up, exchange blows but nothing else comes of it as in typical ECW fashion "all hell breaks loose" and Anderson rushes into the ring to give his partner of this evening the upper-hand. Anderson clocks Sandman with a clothesline but gets hit with a clothesline via an incoming Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer lifts Anderson up, tosses him over the top rope and to the outside. Dreamer follows. Dreamer lifts Anderson up and goes to Irish Whip him into the steel barricade, but Anderson reverses and sends Dreamer crashing into the steel! We see Credible and Sandman going at it back in the ring. Credible has found himself with a Singapore Cane in hand due to Francine, who is accompanying him at ringside. Credible lines Sandman up and waffles him with the Singapore Cane! Sandman falls back into the corner. Credible then charges towards him but gets a boot to the face. Sandman then picks the cane up which Credible dropped, wraps it around his throat and sets him up for the White Russian Leg Sweep but it's not to be as Credible pushes him away. Sandman goes into the ropes and on the return he is flattened via a huge Thrust Kick to the jaw! Sandman goes down to the mat in a heap, giving Credible the chance to cover; ...1...2..., kick out. Anderson, with a chair in hand, rolls Dreamer back into the ring. Anderson throws the chair over the top rope and re-enters. Anderson picks the chair up and lines Dreamer up for a chair shot, and connects! Dreamer goes down to the mat in a heap; giving Anderson the chance to take it to him. Anderson drops a quick elbow to the back of Dreamer. He then turns him around and locks him in the <strong>CW Clutch!</strong> Dreamer screams in agony as Anderson keeps the hold locked in, shouting the words; "Quit you ****er! QUIT!" Dreamer opts not to! He won't give up. At the other side of the ring Credible lifts Sandman up and goes for the "That's Incredible", but Sandman drops down behind, lifts the cane up and flattens Credible with the <strong>White Russian Leg Sweep!</strong> Anderson isn't paying attention, he roars for Dreamer to quit but it's not happening. Sandman quickly covers Credible, the referee counts; ...1...2...3!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Tommy Dreamer & The Sandman</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 74%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Sandman gets up, having won the match for his team and kicks Anderson in the face; forcing him to release the hold! Dreamer struggles to climb up to his feet and Anderson turns, straight into the <strong>Spicolli Driver!</strong> Dreamer and Sandman, "Team ECW", have laid both of their opponents out in the ring! Sandman goes to the outside, takes a beer and proposes a toast to Dreamer. The two men celebrate with each other as we go to yet another break.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from the commercial and are greeted via Strain STH's "Simon Says". Out from the back comes <strong>Simon Diamond</strong> along with his lackey <strong>Johnny Swinger</strong> and the lovely, but yet ditzy <strong>Dawn Marie</strong>. Simon walks down to the ring wearing his robe. He climbs through the ropes and into the ring as the fans continuously jeer him. Simon smirks and takes a microphone to the dismay of the avid ECW fans.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon Diamond:</strong><em> Simon says.. **The fans chant "Shut the **** up" unmercifully** NO! Simon will not shut up! Simon says that you morons should getta' life 'n shut up yourselves! Simon has something to say, something real important! </em></p><p><em>

</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The chants continue; infuriating Simon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon Diamond:</strong><em> Simon is a blue chipper! Simon WILL make it big here in ECW, like it or not! Simon WILL make something of himself whether you idiots like it or you don't! Simon wants some gold in ECW and Simon will get it! Simon says that he wants the TV title! Yeah! Simon doesn't have a death wish, Simon just wants gold to prove all of you people who doubt Simon wrong!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Dawn and Swinger nod in agreement with Simon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon Diamond:</strong><em> Simon doesn't care whether Rhino is the TV Champion, the World Champion or even the Pope! Simon doesn't give a damn! Simon will no long be under-appreciated! Simon will no longer be a joke! Simon will be serious and you will see Simon as that! Simon no longer has Dick Hertz by his side, Simon has someone better; Johnny Swinger! Simon also has the girl and none of you have! All you have are whores and pimples!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The "Shut the **** up" chants academically continue. Simon just smirks arrogantly, absorbing the heat.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon Diamond:</strong><em> As Simon was saying before he was ever-so-rudely interrupted.. **The boos just keep pouring in** SHUT UP! As Simon was saying; he wants to make an impact here in ECW! Simon wants ta' take out the champion! Simon wants Rhino, and Simon wants him NOW!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

You never get what you wish for, but in this case you do as Simon goes down in the centre of the ring.. <strong>GORE! GORE! GORE!</strong> What a Gore from <strong>Rhino</strong>! Rhino came through the crowd and made Simon pay! Swinger goes to attack Rhino but his killed via a sick looking clothesline! It looks as though we have ourselves an impromptu TV title match up right here on Hardcore TV!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rhino pulls Diamond up and throws him into the corner with a hard Irish Whip. Rhino follows up and crushes Diamond in the corner with a clothesline. Simon staggers forwards and walks straight into a drop toe hold from Rhino. Rhino pulls Diamond back up and sets him up for a Piledriver, but Diamond counters with a huge back body drop! Rhino goes crashing down to the mat as Diamond begins to foolishly celebrate; turning his back on the Man-Beast. He pays for it. Diamond turns and his met with a kick to the gut from Rhino. Rhino then props Diamond's head between his legs and lifts him up for a Piledriver, he then falls down to the mat and connects with the move! Diamond folds him in a heap! Rhino has this one won; surely! Suddenly, <strong>Steve Corino</strong> and <strong>Justin Credible</strong> race out from the back, both holding steel chairs! Rhino turns around as the two men slide under the ropes and into the ring. Corino and Credible hop onto the apron and distract Rhino. Rhino goes to smack the New Impact Players but the two drop off the apron just in time. Rhino turns and gets scooped into the air by Simon; SIMON SERIES~! Rhino bounces off the mat due to the face-first slam. Simon covers him; ...1..., kick out! Simon can't believe it. He turns his back and begins to argue with the referee; insisting on the three. ECW Hardcore TV Preview 16th March 2001

Uo4SNKi.jpg

We witnessed the shocking crowning of a new Extreme Championship Wrestling Television champion last week on Hardcore TV when Simon Diamond beat the odds and defeated the World Champion, and then TV Champion Rhino in what was a chaotic encounter. It looked as though Rhino had Simon down for the three when the bell rang due a huge Gore; but to Simon's aid came the New Impact Players. Corino and Credible provided the distraction which bought Simon time. They then intervened when Rhino had Simon down again, this time they took him out; allowing Simon to pick up the victory which could sky-rocket his ECW career! We know that Simon Diamond himself will be in attendance next Friday night, but what will the new TV Champion have to say for himself? You can be sure that the ECW faithful will not appreciate his attendance.

Also, how will Rhino react to losing the gold? What will he have to say to Simon, Corino and Credible? Find out on Hardcore TV!

Also, last week on Hardcore TV we saw Tommy Dreamer team up with The Sandman to take on the team of CW Anderson and Justin Credible. Anderson arguably cost his team the match when he tried to make Dreamer quit when he had him down for the count. While CW was trying to make Dreamer quit, The Sandman flattened Credible with the White Russian Leg Sweep to get the three count. We know that the CW Anderson / Tommy Dreamer situation is far from dead. Will it continue this Friday on Hardcore TV?

Also, last week we saw Jerry Lynn tell Cyrus exactly why he turned on Da Baldies. Then, Da Baldies attacked with aid from Cyrus only. Rob Van Dam ran out from the back and saved his former nemesis to the delight of the fans. This Saturday on Hardcore TV the situation will be put to an end as Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn team up together to take on Da Baldies, who will of course be accompanied via Cyrus 'The Virus'. What will happen as Jerry Lynn and Rob Van Dam team up? Will they put their rivalry aside and beat their common enemies in Da Baldies? Find out this Friday on America One!

One match as already been confirmed for Living Dangerously as Doring and Roadkill agreed to put their Tag Team championships on the line against the behemoth's KroniK! Who will walk out victorious at Living Dangerously? Or more importantly; what will these four men do to each other to give their team the advantage?

Some matches have already been confirmed for Hardcore TV, including;

Hardcore TV Main Event

Rob Van Dam & Jerry Lynn vs. Da Baldies

Super Crazy & Nova vs. Hot Commodity (w/ Chris Hamrick & Elektra)

So remember; tune in and join ECW and the Hardcore Revolution!

</p><div style="text-align:left;"><p> <strong>Your Hosts:</strong> Joey Styles & Cyrus 'The Virus'</p><p>

<strong>Location:</strong> Viking Hall (ECW Arena), Philadelphia, PA</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We open things off abnormally this week. Instead of the usual video montage to recap the previous weeks events, the music and Joey Styles' formal introduction, we get something much different; <strong>Simon Diamond</strong>. The robed Extreme Championship Wrestling Television champion stands in the centre of the ring with the title swung proudly over his shoulder. He looks ever so smug and ever so proud of himself. <strong>Dawn Marie</strong> stands beside Simon and gets her fair share of chants, albeit "show us your tits" chants. Dawn just stands with her hands on her hips as Simon raises the microphone up to his mouth and begins to speak.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Simon did it! Simon did the impossible and beat Rhino one-two-three in the middle of the ring! Simon proved all of you morons wrong and there ain't a thing you can do about it! Ain't life great?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans begin to chant "shut the **** up" at Simon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Simon is no longer a blue chipper, Simon is now the ECW Television champion, a bonafied ECW superstar! Simon did what others failed to and beat Rhino in the middle of the ring! Simon showed no fear and took the ECW TV championship from under Rhino's grasp! Sure, Simon might've pissed Rhino off but Simon has the gold so it doesn't matter! Simon's right, right Dawn?</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The ditzy Dawn Marie nods in agreement with Simon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Dawn:</strong><em> Right!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Simon nods with a huge grin on his face, gloating.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Simon's always right! Simon was right when he told all of you people that he'd take out Rhino and Simon did just that! Simon beat him! Simon beat the champion, therefore due to the laws of logic, making Simon the best wrestler in ECW!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans continue to boo Simon loudly, chanting "shut the **** up" at him and chanting "show us your tits" at Dawn.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Simon is a hardcore legend! A hardcore icon! Simon is the leader of the "hardcore revolution", like it or not. Simon is the man destined to lead ECW into the new era and nobody, NOBODY, can stop Simon! Simon is better than each and every ECW superstar in the back, and Simon will prove that! Simon will defend the Television championship RIGHT NOW.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The fans actually pop for this. Simon then begins to sell the Gore which he received last week via clutching his ribs.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Right now because Simon is a fighting champion! Simon is the best in E--</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>sleep with one eye open</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Simon almost shits a brick as Metallica's "Enter Sandman" fills the arena. Simon looks around the ECW arena as the fans cheer and chant "Sandman" loudly. Then the camera pans around to the crowd to where we see <strong>The Sandman</strong> standing next to the barricade with a cigarette in his mouth, a can of beer in his hand and a Singapore Cane in the other. Simon locks his eyes on The Sandman, nudges Dawn and begins to point at the Hardcore Icon with a scared look on his face. Sandman steps over the barricade as the music cuts. Simon quickly raises the microphone to his mouth, after almost dropping it due to the nerves.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Simon:</strong><em> Sandman.. Sandman! Simon was about ta' say that he isn't as hardcore as you!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Sandman just smirks as he stubs the cigarette out on the steel barricade. He then walks over to the apron, hops up onto it as Simon continues to panic. Simon backs off towards the ropes as the cane baring climbs into the ring much to the delight of the fans. Simon almost shits a brick as Sandman walks towards him, staring him down. The Television Champion proceeds to quickly shrug the belt off his shoulder, catch it and swings it wildly at the former ECW Champion! Sandman ducks the "title shot". Simon turns and receives a swift cane shot to the skull! Simon falls back into the ropes, still clinging onto his title for dear life. Then, Sandman runs up and "clotheslines" him over the top rope with the Singapore Cane! Simon goes tumbling over the ropes and to the outside!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Then, the "Hardcore Icon" leans over and picks the microphone up as Dawn and Simon regroup.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Sandman:</strong><em> Simon .. Sandman has a problem! That problem is YOU! You come out here runnin' ya' mouth, talkin' smack when you can't back it up. Your a pussy. Simon, you ain't no Hardcore legend like you claim ta' be and I wanna prove it. You beat Rhino in a FLUKE. You only won 'cause Corino 'n Credible brung' there sorry asses out from the back ta' help ya' .. Ta' cost Rhino the match.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Simon, if you keep on runnin' your mouth you're gonna' get'cha self inta' a spot o' trouble .. In fact, you already are. Ya' see Simon, I want that TV title. I wan' it to keep me company until I take the World title off Rhino .. And I wan' it as soon as possible, at Livin' Dangerously! Simon, you've got no choice .. You've gotta' defend the title sooner or later, 'n Livin' Dangerously would be the PERFECT time to do it!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Sandman drops the microphone and salutes the fans with the cane as Joey Styles lets out an high pitched "OH MY GOD!" from ringside. Simon and Dawn both look shocked as Simon holds his championship close to his chest with a look of fear in his eyes. He doesn't want to lose that TV title, but his reign may come to an abrupt end when he goes up against The Sandman at Living Dangerously!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Hot Commodity (w/ Hamrick & Elektra) vs. Super Crazy & Nova</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We start things off with Julio in the ring with Nova. Nova takes Julio down with a quick backslide, into the two count. Both men return to their feet and square off; getting a round of applause from the fans. Then, Julio strikes with a cheap superkick to the jaw! Nova goes flying into Hot Commodity's corner. Julio follows up with a turnbuckle clothesline and then tags in EZ Money. EZ goes up top and grabs Nova, who stands on the mat against the corner, into a reverse DDT position. EZ then flips over and connects with the "Diamond Dust"! Nova bounces off the mat and EZ goes for the cover. Super Crazy immediately rushes into the ring to break it up, and succeeds on the two count. Crazy lifts EZ up and takes him down with a quick German Suplex. Julio goes up onto the top rope and flies with a cross-body, but to no avail as Super Crazy side steps him! Julio bounces off the mat, turns and walks straight into a double dropkick from Nova and Super Crazy! Julio stumbles back into the ropes. Nova follows up and clotheslines him over the top. Julio falls to the outside and against the steel barricade. Then, Super Crazy goes on a run and dives over the rope rope with a huge summersault plancha and connects with Julio, knocking him down on the outside! Back in the ring we see Nova turn around to where he sees Chris Hamrick and EZ Money. Money pulls Nova in and connects with the <strong>Bank Roll</strong>! Hamrick goes up top and waits for a few moments. He then flies with the <strong>Confederate Crunch</strong>! What a top rope leg-drop from Hamrick, he landed right on the throat of Nova! It's got to be over! Hamrick rolls out of the ring as EZ Money rolls into the cover; ..1...2..., BROKEN UP! Super Crazy came off the top rope with a leg-drop to break up the count, landing right on the back of Money's head! Money appears to be out of it, cover; ..1...2...3! Super Crazy and Nova have done it!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Super Crazy and Nova</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 67%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Super Crazy and Nova raise each others arms high into the air. Then, Crazy leaves to the back - leaving Nova to play to the fans a little more. Nova does the "cup-ear-with-hand" motion. Nova gets a nice pop, he then turns.. <strong><em>SMACK!</em></strong> Chair Shot to the skull from Julio! Julio turns Nova around as EZ Money goes up top. Money then leaps off and connects with a huge splash to the chest of Nova! Money gets up and picks the chair up; putting it over Nova's face! Oh no! The fans begin to chant "**** You" loudly as Hamrick goes up onto the top rope. Styles squeals for mercy at ringside .. <strong>CONFEDERATE CRUNCH TOP-ROPE LEG-DROP ONTO THE CHAIR, ONTO NOVA'S FACE!</strong> Hamrick bounces off the chair and just gets up, smirking. Hot Commodity and Elektra then embrace in the centre of the ring as we go to a "Living Dangerously - HYPE" transmission.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We return from the transmission to hear <em>Korn's "Got the Life"</em> playing in the background. The camera pans around to where we see <strong>CW Anderson</strong> standing in the centre of the ring with a microphone in hand. The fans heavily chant "**** you C-Dub" at Anderson. Anderson just flips them off, raises the microphone up to his mouth and begins to speak as the music cuts.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> No no.. **** YOU!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The boos keep on rolling in.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> I'm here ta' say somethin' whether you jackasses like it or not. I'm here ta' say that Tommy Dreamer got hella' lucky last week when he managed to SUUUURRRRIIIIVE the CW Clutch. He managed to survive the most devastating hold on this business. He managed to keep awake while Sandman took out Justin Credible. So be it? I still wanna' make you quit, Tommy Dreamer. You're old. You're past it! I am the new generation here in ECW, not you! YOU'RE THE PAST, TOMMY DREAMER! You should a' quit like your good buddy Louie Spicolli.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The boos are almost deafening. Anderson is really disrespecting the late Louie Spicolli.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> Touched a nerve, have I? You assholes didn't gia' shit about Louie Spicolli when he was walkin' on God's Green Earth, but when he died, rest in pieces, you seem ta' treat him like some ****in' legend. Louie Spicolli was never a legend. Louie Spicolli was exactly like Tommy Dreamer, a ****in' failure!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Oh god. Styles tries to condemn this, saying sorry on behalf of ECW as trash flies into the ring. Cyrus his speechless for once. Anderson just dodges the trash and continues.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Anderson:</strong><em> **** you! **** you! Louie Spicolli was nothin'! NOTHING! Get it inta' your thick skulls! Get it inta' your thick ****ing skulls, okay? Louie Spicolli isn't a legend! You wouldn't give a shit about Spicolli if he was here still. **The "**** you" chants get louder** Louie Spicolli, like Tommy Dreamer, is everything which is WRONG with ECW! They both have somethin' in common; they are both overrated pieces o' shit where as I, CW Anderson, get SHIT!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

CW then does the "CW Cut Throat" motion .. Here comes <strong>Tommy Dreamer</strong>! The "Innovator of Violence" slides under the ropes and into the ring. CW turns and his met with a stiff right to the face from Dreamer. Dreamer goes to Irish whip Anderson but pulls him back in up onto his shoulders. CW and Swinger begin to put the boots to Dreamer. Wait! <strong>Spike Dudley</strong> hits the ring! Spike runs and hits Swinger with a clothesline. It looks as though we have ourselves an impromptu match!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Anderson spins the Towel Boy around and drops him on his head with a sick looking slam! Towel Boy bounces off the concrete floor awkwardly and blood begins to gush out from the back of his head. In the ring Dreamer nails Swinger with the chair. He then turns to the ropes to see Towel Boy laid out on the floor, clutching the back of his head. Dreamer looks puzzled. Then, Anderson leaps onto the apron and hangs Dreamer throat first onto the ropes, using them as some sort of guillotine! Dreamer bounces off backwards and falls down to the mat. Anderson climbs through the ropes and Spike attacks from behind. Spike goes to work on Anderson with a series of lefts and rights. He then sets him up for the Acid Drop, but Anderson holds him, spins him out and breaks him in half with a huge Powerbomb! Spike bounces off the mat and Anderson goes for the cover; ..1...2.., kick out! Swinger gets up and so does Dreamer. The two begin to exchange blows. Dreamer takes control with a kick to the gut and sets Swinger up for the Dreamer DDT but Swinger pushes him away, straight into a <strong>SPINEBUSTER~!</strong> From Anderson! Then, to add insult to injury, Anderson points down to the mat and begins mouth off, disrespecting Louie Spicolli - saying that he was everything which was wrong with ECW! Anderson says he is the future and Dreamer is the past! Then, Anderson runs up and kicks Dreamer in the face. Dreamer's head goes down as Anderson mockingly raises his arms. The trash and boo's both fly into the direction of the man who calls himself "The Enforcer".</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

We then go elsewhere.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The camera pans around to reveal the dark, dull backstage corridors of Viking Hall. The corridors are almost lined via a blue light, so it appears. Then, the camera starts to move faster like the camera man is running. We are heading straight towards a red locker room door. We hear disgruntled screams which get louder when we get closer. Then, the door swings open to reveal <strong>Rhino</strong> holding <strong>Francine</strong> via the air. The twisted World Champion then proceeds to throw Francine into the wall with power! Francine crumples down to a heap on the floor.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jack Victory</strong>, whom stands at the other side of the locker room, runs towards Rhino and hits him with a clubbing blow to the back. Rhino just soaks it up and scoops Victory up. Rhino then proceeds to piledrive Victory down onto the hard concrete floor!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Victory bounces off the concrete and into a broken heap as Rhino turns to the camera with a look of intensity spread wide upon his face.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rhino:</strong><em> Justin Credible .. Steve Corino .. CREDIBLE! CORINO! You both ****ed with the wrong guy. You both ****ed with me and you'll both regret it! I'm gonna' ****in' kill you! I'm gonna' rip your heads off! I'm gonna' make you BOTH bleed, I'm gonna' make you both suffer.. I'm gonna' torture you! TORTURE YOU BOTH! You cost me my TV title and now he will cost both of you your LIVES! **Rhino begins to nod with a sadistic expression on his face** In fact, I'm gonna' get the job done at LIVIN' DANGEROUSLY! I'm gonna' **** you both up on the twenty-fifth of February.. No wait, I'm not. **Rhino begins to shake his head* Why wait? I'm gonna' KILL you both the next time I see you!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rhino begins to nod his head as if to say "Oh yes I am".</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rhino:</strong><em> In fact, I'm gonna' kill whoever the **** gets in my way! Whether it be Sandman, whether it be Dreamer, whether it be CW .. I don't give a ****, 'cause the next person to cross me is gonna' get KILLED!</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Rhino nods his head before storming out of the New Impact Players' locker room, leaving the scene of the crime where both Francine and Jack Victory lay out in a heap on the concrete floor. Then, we hear loud screams from the corridors and cries of "Oh no! DON'T! PLEASE! NO!" as we switch to a commercial.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Da Baldies (w/ Cyrus) vs. Jerry Lynn & Rob Van Dam (w/ Bill Alfonso)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We return from the commercial to where we see Spanish Angel and Tony DeVito standing in the middle of the ring with their manager Cyrus constantly hyping them up from ringside. Then, "Walk" by Pantera hits and out from the back emerges the "Whole F'n Show" Rob Van Dam. Van Dam eventually enters the ring and does his famous pre-match spin kick as Fonzie blows his whistle frantically at ringside; jumping up and down looking excited. However, Van Dam is cut off. Da Baldies attack the former ECW TV Champion from behind with a double clothesline. Angel then lifts him and sends him into the corner. DeVito follows up with a clothesline. As he does we hear the familiar sound of "Scapegoat" by Fear Factory and the "New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn races out from the back to even up the odds. Lynn slides under the ropes and into the ring. He connects with a dropkick on Angel. He then runs and takes DeVito down with a clothesline. Cyrus basically puts Jerry Lynn down from ringside, saying that he will pay for turning on Da Baldies and him. Lynn connects with a clothesline on DeVito as Van Dam goes up onto the top rope. Angel climbs to his feet and eats a Martial Arts Kick from Van Dam! Van Dam does the thumb taunts. It looks as though Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn are in total control of this match up. Lynn turns around, he and RVD then go face to face. The two enemies begin to exchange words but get struck down from behind by Da Baldies, who are back up on their feet. Angel strikes Lynn with a Singapore Cane shot to the skull. Where the hell he got the foreign object from, I don't know. DeVito takes Van Dam down with a swift DDT and goes for the cover; ..1..., kick out! Jerry Lynn gets back up and runs up behind Angel, he then lifts him up and sends him flying with a German Suplex! Angel rolls out of the ring and to safety. At the other side of the ring we see <strong>Cyrus</strong> climbing through the ropes as Lynn knocks DeVito down with a Superkick straight to the jaw! Cyrus runs up and clobbers Lynn from behind with a forearm smash. Lynn turns around, having absorbed the blow, and Cyrus backs away. Cyrus pleads for mercy but ends up getting scooped up .. <strong>CRADLE PILEDRIVER TO CYRUS!</strong> Cyrus bounces off the mat awkwardly. Then, we see Rob Van Dam go up top! The fans cheer in delight as the "Whole F'n Show" dives across the ring and connects with the <strong>FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH on Cyrus!</strong> Van Dam climbs to his feet and does the thumb taunts over the broken Cyrus to the fans' delight. We see Angel re-enter the ring. <strong>He stumbles towards Van Dam and his met with a kick to the gut. Then, Lynn scoops Angel up and connects with the Cradle Piledriver~!</strong> Lynn hooks the leg and the three count is academic.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners:</strong> Jerry Lynn & Rob Van Dam</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating:</strong> 78%</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Da Baldies regroup on the outside as Cyrus lays flat on the floor; selling the Cradle Piledriver and Frog Splash. Joey Styles says that Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn's styles are similar, they are two great athletes and they sure as hell can get the job done in the ring. The two stare each other down as Hardcore TV fades to a close.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>
