Editable coaches in single player mode

For those of us that prefer to take their time and methodically play the game with "current" or "real-life" rosters, it would be excellent if we had the ability to edit coach names/attributes, etc. I would love to beat ol' Bobby Stoops, send Mike Leach to the Jack Daniel's distellery with a loss, out-recruit Yellow Teeth Mack Brown, shut down Darth Visor's offense, send Joe Pa to go choke some more officials, tack on another big-game loss for Lies Miles, and sent Phat Phil back to Knoxville in search of some more doughnuts. :D
