American Legion Hall was off to a hot start on this night as Kamaitachi battled Mark Andrews in a high-flying bout that was absolutely bonkers. Both Kamaitachi and Mark Andrews put their bodies on the line with death-defying dives and quickness that brought the entire crowd to their feet a few minutes in. Only one could prevail in this war, with that being Japan's Kamaitachi, who put Andrews away at 11:34 with a Canadian Destroyer.

The strikes echoed around Reseda when "The Dutch Destroyer" Tommy End fought hard against "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne. The playing field was pretty level between the two hard-hitters, but End had the Guerrilla experience on his side. After nearly coming close on a few nearfalls, Dunne fell victim to a bone-crushing Roundhouse Kick that signaled for the end of the match at 13:51.

After failing to win the 2016 Battle of Los Angeles tournament, Chris Hero was ready to get his career back on track against the masked maniac Pentagon Jr.. Both competitors exchanged stiff strikes in this battle for supremacy. Hero and Pentagon traded the momentum on multiple occasions, with Hero almost winning the match a few times - but in the end Pentagon slipped out of a Piledriver and connected with one of his own, package-style, to put away the wrestling veteran at 17:15 in a bout that Hero would certainly not be happy with.

Perhaps one of the youngest competitors to step into a Pro Wrestling Guerrilla ring, Tyler Bate looked to make an impression in his Reseda debut. His opponent, Bobby Fish, was all too happy to introduce the youngster to the company. The match went back and forth and came to a standstill when both men decided to compare mustaches - with the Guerrilla gang at ringside deciding that Bate's 'stache was better! This fueled Fish's desire to win even further, and he finally put Bate away at 12:02 with the Sleep with the Fishes!

After being overlooked for the 2016 Battle of Los Angeles tournament, Trevor Lee looked to release his frustrations on BOLA Winner Mark Haskins. Trevor Lee, the self-proclaimed "International Wrestling Star", almost got the shock upset at the sound of the opening bell with a quick rollup but Haskins managed to thankfully kick out! The two competitors fought hard for a victory but Haskins continued his train of momentum by picking up the win at 15:43 with the Painkiller.

Much like the Kamaitachi and Mark Andrews match earlier tonight, Fenix and Matt Sydal put on a lucha libre clinic with flips, kicks, and everything in between. Matt Sydal had the experience advantage over his masked opponent, but Fenix fought back with all of his might. These two put it all on the line and nearly broke themselves in half with a few dives into the sea of Guerrilla faithful. In the end it was Fenix who emerged victorious at 18:02 with the Fenix Driver to put the former WWE superstar away.

While this is Reseda and not Atlanta, this is where the big boys play. These two monsters of the PWG ring gave their all in a hard-hitting affair that had all of the Reseda faithful standing on their feet midway through the match. Cage seemed to overpower the taller Galloway at times and deadlift suplexed the Scot in and out of the ring multiple times. Galloway fought back and dropped Cage with the Claymore Kick at 16:21 to score the victory.

During the 2016 Battle of Los Angeles weekend, Chuck Taylor and Trent? managed to dethrone The Young Bucks to win the PWG Tag Team Championships - which marked Taylor's first championship win after a long tenure with the company. Tonight, he and his best friend, looked to defend those championships against both The Bucks and the makeshift superhero team of Will Ospreay and Ricochet. This elimination bout did not go the way the Best Friends wanted...

A few minutes into the match, Matt Jackson targeted the recently injured knee of Trent? and did not relent. After Nick smacked Chuck in the head with a steel chair, Matt locked in a Sharpshooter on the champion and forced the former WWE jobber to tap out at 4:02! The Best Friends were eliminated quickly into the bout and this meant we were guaranteed to have new PWG Tag Team Champions.

This left the world with an international dream match between The Young Bucks and the team of Will Ospreay and Ricochet. Spots everywhere got the Guerrilla gang at ringside to lose their minds at the wickedness displayed in the ring. Ospreay and Ricochet nearly had the match won with a Ricochet 630°, but Ospreay daftly refused to let Ricochet go for the cover - instead, Ospreay wanted to be the one to secure the pin. This dissension between the two super juniors caused their demise as the experienced Young Bucks fought back and managed to knock Ricochet out of the ring with a superkick party followed by the Meltzer Driver on Will at 21:23 to win the PWG Tag Team Championships for a record fifth time!</div>

Making their PWG debuts, the luchaduo of Flamita and Bandido wowed the Reseda crowd in this high-intensity bout against Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee. Earning a "Please Come Back!" chant, the relatively unknown Flamita and Bandido flew around the ring with ease but "Treverett" used their tag team experience to ground the masked marvels. While Flamita y Bandido gave it their all, Trevor Lee put an end to the match at 12:04 with a Small Package Driver on Bandido.

Chris Hero ain't nothing to f~ck with, and England's Tyler Bate found that out the hard way. An incensed Hero, who is still pissed at losing the 2016 Battle of Los Angeles tournament, hit Bate with strong style strikes that echoed around the world. Bate tried to fight back and looked impressive in his flurries, but Hero was too strong and put Bate down at 7:56 with three Piledrivers in a row followed by a Hangman's Elbow.

In a night of debuts, Keith Lee tried to make a name for himself in his first fight for Reseda fame. His opponent, Pentagon Jr., has been on a roll lately and made sure Lee's stay was a tough one. Both men chopped and kicked with great might, and Lee looked uber impressive with a huge tope to the outside, but Pentagon showed "cero miedo" at the end of the match when he finished things at 9:38 with a crushing Top Rope Styles Clash for the one-two-three.

While the other debutees tonight seemed to miss the mark of getting a 'W', former Ultimate Fighting Championship star Matt Riddle was ready to prove the world wrong. In this highly contested bout full of submissions and atlas-shaking strikes, Jeff Cobb was not ready to be overshadowed by the debuting Riddle. Riddle, however, managed to fight back in a MOTY contender and eventually put Cobb away at 13:43 with the Bro To Sleep! BRO!

Since winning the PWG Tag Team Championships for a record fifth time, The Young Bucks have claimed to be the VERY BEST tag team in professional wrestling today - as such, they invite any tag team to try and take their gold. Tonight's opponents consisted of Team Tremendous, Dan Barry and Bill Carr, who made their PWG return! Barry and Carr tried their very best against Matt and Nick Jackson, but The Bucks were simply too much to handle. Barry fell victim to the Meltzer Driver at 10:40, leading to another Young Bucks victory. Maybe their claim of being the best in the world is true?

Four of the best high-flyers in the world today stood toe-to-toe-to-toe-to-toe in the middle of the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla ring and delivered pure magic. With some unfinished business from Mexico, Dragon Lee and Kamaitachi started to brawl around the American Legion Hall which allowed Will Ospreay and Fenix to redefine the word gravity. Once all four competitors found themselves in the ring once more, dives took place as the Reseda faithful forcefully chanted "Fight Forever!" in this hellacious bout. As the match came to a speedy end, Dragon Lee and Fenix took each other out with a Spanish Fly off the stage onto chairs, which allowed Ospreay to finish Kamaitachi in the ring with a very 'Ricochet-esque' 630° from the top rope at 19:10.

Adam Cole, Bay Bay! While not the most popular competitor to step foot in Legion Hall tonight, Adam Cole was determined to walk out with a win against the former ROH Television Champion. Bobby Fish was ready for a right and brought one to the former PWG World Champion. After countering each other's movesets and exchanging momentum, it was Adam Cole who finally put an end to things at 14:32 with the Panama Sunrise.

ZACK SABRE JR. DEF. MARK HASKINS</div></div>

With his meteoric rise being well established within the confines of Reseda, California, Mark Haskins has rightfully earned this opportunity at the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Championship. The 2016 Battle of Los Angeles winner had a tough challenge across the ring in the form of Zack Sabre Jr., the winner of the 2015 Battle of Los Angeles tournament. The battle of Brits was an intense as could be from the opening bell, with the Guerrilla faithful at ringside invested at every moment brought forth by these two competitors.

This Match of the Year contender wowed many as Haskins and Zack traded offence back-and-forth in a match that saw neither man be able to fully grasp the momentum in their favour. Zack, ever cocky, mangled Mark's body with various submission maneuvers that would make any person cringe, but the always-intense Haskins fought back and nearly made Zack tap out to a Rolling Sharpshooter... but the champ fought out of it. The competitors duked it out some more until Haskins accidentally caught referee Rick Knox in the face with a running knee strike! With the referee down and both men on the mat in pain, this could have went either way...

... that is until revenge was struck...

Running out from the curtain was Chris Hero, who slid into the ring and began stomping away on the man who beat him for the 2016 BOLA tournament win. Hero, to a loud chorus of boos, picked Haskins up and dropped him on his head with a Piledriver - not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times to put an exclamation mark on his hatred. With Haskins out of it, Hero picked Zack up and dumped him on his head with a Piledriver as well! Both champion and challenger were out once again, but Hero carefully put Zack's arm over the fallen body of Mark Haskins and woke up the referee... one!... two!... "Not Like This!"... three!

The bell rung at 18:05 thanks to Chris Hero. Zack Sabre Jr. is still the PWG World Champion thanks to Chris Hero. Mark Haskins was screwed thanks to Chris Hero. The landscape of PWG may have changed forever... thanks to Chris Hero.</div>

As for the Hero/Haskins match - those guys need to fight each other after the last angle which means Osprey & Richochet win. Strangely I am starting to buy the Haskins thing - he needs to beat Hero first before getting another shot at the champ.
