We begin the new year with a press conference with President of Talent, Ietsuma Hisamatsu and a group of fighters, who are as follows, Hassan Fezzik, Terron Cabal, Joaquim Fontes, Carlos Da Guia, Norach Van der Capellen, Ichisake Miyagi, Palmer Lette, The 8 competitors of the Super Heavyweight tourney, Lefter Oktay, Atep of Indonesia, and Go Yamamoto. They also announced the first event for the year: ALPHA-1: Fezzik vs. Cabal III

<strong>Curt Kitson</strong> beat <strong>Ryosei Sakamoto </strong> by a vicious armbar late in the first round </p><p> </p><p>

The headliner of the prelims, <strong>Caca de Andrade </strong> beat <strong>Edson Edmilson </strong> in a moderate upset by a KO Kick in round 3.</p><p> </p><p>

In a brutal war, <strong>Rafael Van Der Moot</strong> beat <strong>Affonso Villar</strong> by a one shot KO in round 1. Rafael now has a serious chance of a title shot </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Ari Peltonen </strong>beat <strong>Lefter Oktay</strong> by unanimous decision. Both went at it throwing It all out there. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Syed Tan</strong> mauled <strong>Xie Ming</strong> to a unanimous decision. Not a good luck for Xie.</p><p> </p><p>

In tonight's Co Main Event. <strong>Carlos da Guia</strong> regains his belt by defeating <strong>Joaquim Fontes</strong> by TKO in the rough of Round 1 </p><p> </p><p>

And in the Main event of the evening,<strong> Hassan</strong> <strong>Fezzik</strong> was dethroned once more as <strong>Terron Cabal</strong> took the title from him after bulldozing him in the first 30 seconds. The crowd for the first time in ALPHA 1 history boos the winner during his speech. He says he has done his country proud and will destroy anyone else in his way.</p>

"Mr. Hisamatsu, Who should we expect for post show fighter interviews?" </p><p> </p><p>

"Well. We can confirm that Carlos and Fontes will be here. Tan, Van Der Moot, Musako and there opponents will be there. Cabal and Fezzik will not be there. Fezzik has been taken to the nearest hospital, and Cabal and his team a rushing to there private jet."</p><p> </p><p>

"What's next for Cabal??"</p><p> </p><p>

"His first title defense of course!" </p><p> </p><p>

"Who impressed you the most?" </p><p> </p><p>

"Probably Masuko. Man that kids great! Kitson and Van der Moot also did good. Caca with a KO of the night as well. </p><p> </p><p>

"Who did the bonuses go to? </p><p> </p><p>

"Kay. KO goes to Caca. Da Guia vs Fontes won FOTN, and Sub went to Munakata. Thank you for your time."</p>

<p>ALPHA-1 announced there next show: ALPHA 1: Katou vs Asavonic II. The main event is, of course Jin Katou vs Zvonimir Asavonic. Yamada is to make his return but his opponent is undecided. </p><p> </p><p>

ALPHA also announced some new signings. They signed <strong>Chuck Dooley</strong> and <strong>Evan Gardner</strong>. We wish the best for both.</p><p> </p><p>
