NJPW - The Beginning of Wrestle Kingdom

(Sorry if you read some grammar errors and stuff, Im Portuguese, but i will try my best!)

 

4th January 2007 - where happened the first ever Wrestle Kingdom show, a show loved by almost every true wrestling fan, the "Wrestlemania" of NJPW, and the "Wrestlemania" with actual good matches.

 

August 2006 - Shane McMahon is tired of his father decisions over the family company (WWE) and after a huge discussion between them, Shane decides to leave WWE and with his money and help from other rich people, he goes after a TRUE Wrestling company to takeover his father: he finds that company on NJPW, and bought it, with 10,000,000 dollars on his pocket, we will see what he can do. He arrives at a good time: The next show of NJPW will be G1 Climax, the "Royal Rumble" of NJPW, and he announces that the winner of G1 Climax will face the IWGP Heavyweight Champion at the Tokyo Dome 4th January Show - the debuting Wreste Kingdom.

I created two titles and one tournament for this company, also, NJPW Lions Gate will feature a weekly PPV, so that can make the talents to work more and evolve more. The titles i created for this company are the NEVER Openweight and the NEVER Openweight 6-Man, i know that this titles are from the main roster of NJPW, and I am going to make this titles come to the main roster, but i pretend to create a storie behind that move, like a invasion or something like that, would be interesting.</p><p> </p><p>

After the G1 Climax, it was announced that Minoru Suzuki would return to the company, and on the Hiroshi Tanahashi interview post match, Suzuki attacks the winner out of nowhere and says that he deserves to be in the Wrestle Kingdom Main Event, even if he didnt compete in the G1 Climax, challenging Tanahashi for a match at Destruction for that spot.</p><p> </p><p>

On the pre show, Black Tiger ( Rocky Romero ) appears with the mask in his hands, saying that he doesnt give a **** about being Black Tiger, and he his a champion that deserves to show his face, and people who use masks are pussys, Jushin Thunder Liger appears and says that some masks have more prestige and honor that some people faces, and challenges Rocky Romero for a title shot at the event.</p><p> </p><p>

In a really good match, Hiroshi Tanahashi survives the brutality of Suzuki in a chaotic match of 24 minutes. During the match, we had Tenzan and Chrono trying to attack Tanahashi but Shinsuke Nakamura appeared and protected Hiroshi, Tenzan and Chrono couldnt do anything and returned to backstage.</p><p> </p><p>

In a 32 minute match, Brock Lesnar defeated Nakamura with help from Tenzan and Chrono, after the match, the three started to attack Nakamura, but Tanahashi appeared even without the doctors permittion and made the save, but Brock Lesnar used a F5 on the Japonese Top star, sending a message.</p><p> </p><p>

The Super Jr. Tag Tournament will take place in November, the winner will face the IWGP jr. Tag Team Champions at the Tokyo Dome, Ryusuke Taguchi has been trying to find a good partner to help him to enter and win the tournament: he finds Katsuyori Shibata, a Fighting Machine, and for an entire month, he is always bugging the MMA Specialist to join him, Katsuyori accepts but makes one condition: If Taguchi defeats him in a singles match, Shibata joins him.</p><p> </p><p>

After the chaotic ending of Destruction 2006, Shane McMahon says that Brock Lesnar will defend his title at King Of Pro Wrestling 2006 in a Triple Threat match, against Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Chrono.</p><p> </p><p>

After the annoucement of Brock Lesnar not defending the belt at Power Struggle, HIroshi Tanahashi comes to the ring and says that he is always ready to fight and he puts the Spot at the main event of WK on the line, against who wants to face him: the man who appears his Nakamura, and after a 24 minute match, Tanahashi defeats his rival.</p>

After a 5 minute match, Shibata wins against Jado, Gedo tried to attack Shibata during the match but Taguchi arrived in time, after the match, Gedo and Jado says that without Shibata, Taguchi is just a loser, and they leave laughing, saying that the match at Wrestle Kingdom will be easy.</p><p> </p><p>

After a dramatic 26 minute match, Team 3D defeats Suzuki and Giant Bernard, winning their spot at Wrestle Kingdom for the IWGP Tag Team belts, but after the match, Suzuki says that he and Bernard also deserve a match at Wrestle Kingdom, because they defeated the champions, setting up a Triple Threat Tag Team Match at WK.</p><p> </p><p>

Brock Lesnar appears and announces his tag partner: <strong>Naomichi Marafuji</strong>, and after a good 29 minute match, Naomichi pins Nakamura to win the match. After the match Nakamura says he is tired of losing and challenges Naomichi for a match at Wrestle Kingdom for a #1 Contender match for the IWGP Heavyweight belt, Marafuji accepts.</p><p> </p><p>
