He stared at his phones screen, he was going to have to make a call either to the backers to back out of the fed or to his friend to set the wheels in motion. I like to go High Concept with my Draft feds and for a long time I've wanted to do something using people like the Exoticos, Transwomen and assorted odd bods who people never use but who all have as RuPaul would say - charisma uniqueness nerve & talent. This one seemed as good a time as any. You will note that there are more than 40 people in my initial roster - that's because I traded away my first 5 picks for 15 later picks - I was never going to be commercial and wanted more depth rather than stars who would jump ship. Lets face it one look at Miss Mirandas pic tells you all you need to know. Heavily tattooed Bisexual Troublemaker Zahra Schreiber is a former NXT worker who lists Seth Rollins and Sonya Deville as former partners. She's too perfect for WS_X not to bring in. Jessica Love & AEW's Nyla Rose are two Transwomen who I didn't draft and picked up on PPA deals post draft. I created A Matter of Prides Lola Starr, Coco Mousse, Rocky Mountains Unholy Trinity and brit reality show star/ would be wrestler Harley Ryder for the Queen of Queens grouping - apologies if my terrible cuts hurt your eyes. Yuriko, Mariah Moreno (aka Amanda the Bloodthirsty Vixen) & La Diva Salvaje brought over from the Who and put on PPA's. Aging Exotico mainstays Pimpinela Escarlata, Polvo De estrellas & Pasion Crystal hired on PPA. I will leave some Women & Mens workers who appear a mystery till the shows. PS In the first post I cut and pasted LucianCarters STAMPEDE intro because I thought it was a decent way of setting up this particular world and having internal consistency in the Dynasties made sense to me. alpha2117 Posted September 26, 2019 Author Share Posted September 26, 2019 WS_X Cabaret 1 - live from Berlin Germany Preshow saw a packed undercard where 2 Cute (Mina Shirakawa & Yuki Kamifuku) Burlesque (Mamzelle Maz & Miss Miranda) J Crush (ASUKA & Candy Lee) Charlie Morgan & Jetta and Deadlift Lolita (Reika Sakai & Ladybeard) all defeated local talent The Show starts with The Fashion Show starring Tyder Breeze & Fandango who are about to present the latest fashions on the runway - before the first model can walk the catwalk though Nick Aldis & Associate appear and say they turned up tonight to be in a wrestling show not to see two preening peacocks present a bunch of fashions made by flamboyant men who want to make beautiful women look like clowns This leads to the first bout as the Fashion Police set out to prove they can wrestle as well as anyone - certainly better than some pint sized Uggo in a bow tie! 1: The Fashion Police def Army of 2 in a match dominated by Breeze & Dango who never let the Germans develop any real momentum Nick Aldis laughs and says he could do better in his sleep and he and his Associate head to the ring to face their opponents 2 Nick Aldis & Associate def El Classico (Carlos & Carlito) in what can only be described as a cakewalk. Aldis barely breaks a sweat handling the masked Swedes and never bothered tagging in his associate. Miz and Maryse are shown backstage before a ad break Miz TV with tonights 6 NWA Womens title contenders - Melanie Grey, Miss Mina, Katarina Waters, Alicia Fox, Cheerleader Melissa & Barbie Blank. The segment slowly degenerates from civil but catty conversation to a full catfight. Once order has been restored - ref Mio Shirai appears in ring and the match proper begins 3 - Cheerleader Melissa def Alicia Fox, Barbie Blank, Katarina Waters, Miss Mina & Melanie Grey to win the NWA Womens title - in a match where most of the competitors seemed more intent on not breaking a nail or messing up their hairdos an increasingly frustrated looking Melissa eventually snaps and runs riot before pinning Miss Mina using an actual wrestling move! Backstage Colt Cabana walks up to Scarlett Bordeaux and begins a slightly awkward flirtatious conversation which is quickly interrupted by the King of Sleaze Joey Ryan who tells Colt in no uncertain terms that Scarlett is a girl who needs a guy who knows how to work below the belt and that Colt's Rabbi probably went for one snip too much at his bris leaving him too short to keep a girl like her happy! Backstage Melissa is congratulated by members of the Womens Locker room includy Zahra Schreiber, Taryn Terrell, Yuna Manase, Yuka Sasaki, Shelly Martinez & Annie Social. Melina Perez approaches and gets in Melissa's face saying she's the star here and Melissa might have that belt but it's only going to be for a short time before she takes it from her. Absolute Andy to face the Miz for the Vacant NWA World title - the two go at it on the mic After the last ad break we are ready for our Main Event 4 - The Miz def Absolute Andy to claim the vacant NWA World title - In what was clearly the best match of the night the Miz ramps up the pace and uses Andy's relative lack of fitness to tire him out before nailing the Skull Crushing Finale to win the World title. Tonights show in Copenhagen, Denmark would be a big test though as he's give the Miz & Maryse the night off. WS_X S_X Bomb 1 - Live from Copenhagen Denmark 5 pre show matches saw The Fella Twins (Eddy McQueen & Rick Cataldo), 2 Cute (Kamifuku & Shirakawa), Burlesque (Miranda & Maz) Alicia Fox & Shazza Mckenzie and Shelly Martinez & Zahra Schreiber def local talent The show begins The Fashion Police and Nick Aldis & Associate appear and argue over who is going to win the Vacant NWA Tag titles tonight 1 - R-Truth & Deadlit Lolita (Reika Sakai & Ladybeard) def Polvo De Estrellas, Pasion Crystal & Pimpinela Escarlarta - In a match designed to amuse playing off Truths obliviousness of the gender of his 3 opponents and refusing to get in the ring against a lady and Ladybeard trying to explain the whole idea of drag to him whilst Reika did all the in ring work! It ended with the muscular pocket powerhouse Reika Sakai nailing a top rope move on Pimpinela Escarlarta for the pin. Backstage skit showing the womens locker room with Lita, Mina Shirakawa, Yuki Kamifuku, Zahra Schreiber, Alicia Fox and Velvet Sky that seems to be designed purely to show as much female flesh as possible. It cuts to a subtitled scene where Mio Shirai is complaining to Yuzuki about their ref outfits which consist of hot pants and tight striped tops. Yuzuki agrees and says that she wishes they showed off more flesh and says that if she brought out a vid in this outfit it would be way too conservative to sell. Cut to a scene where Charlie Morgan and Jetta talking are checking out a local LGBTQI mag to find the best club to hit after the show. Charlie says that shes fine with the one they choose as long as none of those Danish bitches try to take her girl. Miss Mina pushes by dancers Mamzelle Maz & Miss Miranda as they prepare to go on stage and the 3 argue. Miranda and Maz then head out for their Burlesque performance Queen of Queens title match set up between Nyla Rose, Jessica Love, Yosuke <3Santa Maria, Sonny Kiss, ASUKA & Candy Lee 2 - ASUKA wins the Queen of Queens from Candy Lee, Nyla Rose, Jessica Love, Sonny Kiss & Yosuke <3 Santa Maria - In a fast paced bout all 6 go out hard with a lot of near pinfalls before ASUKA finally manages to nail Nyla Rose and make the pin to become the first ever Queen of Queens! Backstage brawl between Melissa & Melina where plenty of clothing is ripped before they are pulled apart by Yuna, Yuka, Vyper, Silvie, Shelly & Annie After the ad break 3 - Blondetourage (Barbie & Taryn) def Vyper & Silvie - in a short jigglefest the only girl to show any real ability Taryn Terrell hits an athletic move and a quick roll-up on the stunned looking Vyper 4 - Nick Aldis & Associate (Spud) win the NWA Tag titles over the Fashion Police (Breeze & Fandango) - in a high paced match where all 4 men put in plenty of hard work the result was ultimately determined by an outside source when Mickie James(Mrs Nick Aldis) debuted and distracted Breeze allowing her husband to get the roll-up pin. N e a r l y Yeah she was great I signed her on a do anything contract so she does work in ring but she isn't keen on it. I wanted to give her a little run in the first few months even if I can't really push her much. Conceptually I wanted to push LGBTQI workers but ironically it's easier with the trans girls and Exoticos than the girls and guys because there are less openly out people in those categories that have made the mods. With my product it's really designed to slowly incorporate more of that stuff as it starts to assert it's identity, it's that whole Burlesque vibe where the sexual stuff is played up with a nod and a wink. The ankle thing with Charlie was a shame because she was so good , sad thing with wrestling is sometimes the good ones just get hurt early and are done too soon. His pic makes him look dour so characterisation as a wet blanket amongst the colourful characters made sense. Billy Corgan performs Dream Castle cut a promo about how they have both spent their lives looking for a place where they truly fit in and that here in WS_X they might actually have found that - Sonny Kiss, Jamie Senegal, Rick Cataldo & Eddy McQueen and Burlesque all walk by in the background during the segment and Castle notes that he's never in his life wondered if he might be too conservative before - he's almost feeling like a Young Republican at Burning Man. 4 The Bro-Mans (Robbie E & Jessie Godderz) def Dream Castle (Veleveteen Dream & Dalton Castle) to retain the NWA Tag titles - a high paced match between 4 skilled entertainers ended controversially when Nick Aldis & Associate interfered costing Dream a near certain pin on Robbie E whilst Mickie James distracted the ref Mio Shirai & Dalton Castle allowing non legal man Jessie Godderz to make the pin. Alpha: In case anyone is wondering - WS_X has a huge bloated initial roster - lots of people have been signed up on 3 month PPA deals as I throw stuff against the wall to see what sticks. I started at Small size so no downsides were asked for and I plan on using many of them in things like the pre-show and hope that a few of them pay off with tag teams or great gimmick ratings. I lucked out on my Burlesque girls for instance as they got an Excellent Chemistry as a team which means even though as wrestlers they make great dancers they are still getting good scores in skits and eye candy matches thanks largely to Miss Miranda's looks and tendency to wear as little as humanly possible. Weirdly enough a few generations back one of her family wrote Peter Pan. I was tempted to run the Burlesque girls under the outfits they have used in Lucha VaVoom but it seems like a waste - Sadly of course some of the others simply will find themselves back on the unemployment line in a few months time. The Women's angles are golden so far.
