Purple Star Circus looked good and managed to get an advantage before Ramirez blind tagged himself in and (deliberately) botched a pin allowing Polvo to get the roll up.</p><p> </p><p>

Kijar did not realise how much Ramirez sucks and got the jist of the Main Event ending just not the result. I love Aiden and he's very important to my long term plan and I used the match ending to set up the next shows Main Event. </p><p> </p><p>

Annie does her best to make it a pure jigglefest for the perverts in the audience but a frustrated looking Melissa is having none of it and puts Annie away quickly and efficiently.</p><p> </p><p>

The settings of the fed require a Comedy match (at this point anyway) hence the Goldust/Truth match but I decided to reform Golden Truth and so having them dance away and the match just kind of not finish was the sort of surreal thing that works with those two guys as characters. Burlesque are a pet project of mine but at first at least they lack the competence to do much in ring and a DQ draw against the two PPA vets made sense. The early part of this fed was really about feeling things out and trying to make things work and not tanking badly. The next show is the last show of the first month bed-down period and I am glad to say the booking starts to get a bit less predictable pretty soon. </p><p> </p><p>

WS_X S_X Bomb 4 from Milan Italy

 

Pre-Show - Meet and Greets with WS_X talent

 

 

Golden Truth are in the ring and they run through some of their standard schtick with Truth being unaware of what city and country they are in and Goldust making double entendre responses about all the incorrect locales Truth mentions - the crowd laps it up

 

 

1 - Golden Truth def Valentine & Johnny McMetal, Heimo the Wildman & Juhana Karhula and Kristian Kurki & Big Machine - 6 Scandinavians walk into a wrestling ring must sound like the start of a joke and all 6 really were treated as such as they were here to make the veteran American team look good. The Big Machine's Lex Luger style gimmick was particularly annoying to the crowd and in wrestling any reaction is a good reaction.

 

 

The King of Sleaze Joey Ryan accompanied by Scarlett Bordeaux are out and Ryan goes through his usual work of generating as much heat as humanly possible by being an absolute dick. He wants a title shot

 

 

The Miz with Maryse are out to answer the challenge, The Miz talks about how he and Maryse were planning a romantic night out and he might do a Beckham and name daughter number 3 after the city she was conceived which hopefully will be Milan! First he has to deal with a guy who thinks the best place to use his genitals is the wrestling ring and not the bedroom … really? Really? ...REALLY!

 

 

In any other wrestling fed two vaguely stupid guys hosting a 10 minute fashion show featuring two burlesque dancers, two Japanese wrestlers and a couple of heavily tattooed women might seem strange and lose the crowd - in WS_X it not only worked it got a great reaction from the crowd. No interruptions, no storylines just pretty girls in pretty outfits - somewhere Jim Cornette is spinning in his grave (and he's not even dead)

 

 

2 Vincenzo Coccotti def Tsutomu Oosugi - Comedy Wrestling can be great when it's done well - this - well this was DOA. The two men had zero chemistry and their timing was all over the shop leading to a match that will long be remembered as having happened in much the same way farts happen - unpleasant and stinky.

 

 

Backstage Robbie E is chatting up Alicia Fox to some significant success - she kisses him on the cheek as she leaves and says she will see him after the show, afterward Jessie Godderz walks up to Robbie E and asks what's going on and Robbie says he's got a hot date after the show - Jessie is taken aback and replies he didn't know Robbie E swung that way but it's all good and if Robbie E likes that sort of guy … gal … whatever he's happy for him. ASUKA walks by on her way to the ring for her match and Jessie stares at her but as she walks away "Yeah I'm good with you being ... well y'know ... Robbie … more hot chicks like that for me Man" Robbie E just stares at him muttering something about being partnered with the dumbest man on the planet.

 

 

3 - ASUKA retains the Queen of Queens over Jamie Senegal - WS_X knows what it's doing with the Queen of Queens the matches are high octane affairs where the "girls" work their butts off to get the crowd buzzing and this was no different. ASUKA is a great young worker and she played well of Senegal's more comedic style in the kind of match nobody will remember next week but which they thoroughly enjoyed on the night.

 

 

4 - Cheerleader Melissa retained the NWA Women's title over Lizzy Valentine - Just on a month into it's history and the WS_X clearly knows what works and that's sadly putting women's wrestling back 30 years. Melissa is a great worker but so far what she has largely been called on to do is to carry good looking model slash actresses to reasonably entertaining simple matches designed to show off the girls looks. Lizzy Valentine is a great looking girl and that's all that she really needed to be here - that and to show the ability to lie on her back an stare at the lights for a 3 count.

 

 

5 - Nick Aldis & Associate w Mickie James retained the NWA Tag titles over Colt Cabana & Mr BunBun - Wrestling is terribly unfair, there was a time when PJ Black was known as Justin Gabriel and he was part of the hottest faction in wrestling and was pinning John Cena after hitting his beautiful finisher - the man was going to be a star. Today PJ Black is wearing a Rabbit head and taking the pin from Spud in a match in front of 1000 Italians more interested in Lizzy Valentines derriere in the last match than his high flying in this one. The work here was excellent and fast paced from 4 guys who in a just universe would have been biggish stars.

 

 

WS_X is a strange beast - Music & Lyrics perform a duet which once again proves that as singers they are good wrestlers - in the WWE someone would come out and interrupt them but that doesn't happen here, we cut to a quick backstage comedy skit by Drag act the Fella Twins then back to what could be a described as a musical performance by Deadlift Lolita (a large bearded Australian in a maids outfit and a small muscled Japanese girl) singing what could be described as J-Pop/ Death Metal fusion - a style that is as bizarre as it sounds, this is then followed by a multi platinum selling indie rock star come wrestling promoter singing one of his hits with a former WWE Hall of Fame Diva guesting on vocals. None of this should work and yet strangely it does. The crowd seems happy and somewhere Jim Cornette has assumed the foetal position as he realises this is what the NWA has become.

 

 

6 - The Miz w Maryse retained the NWA World title over Joey Ryan w Scarlett Bordeaux - A fast paced bout where the Miz avoided Joey Ryan's penile based attacks, Maryse prevented Scarlett interfering in the match resulting in a catfight that Joey clearly enjoyed right up until The Miz hit the Skull Crushing Finale on him whilst he watched the girls fight.

Led by Daniel Bryan & CM Punk PWG has reached Nationl size in the US joining Japans TSS and Canada's STAMPEDE as the big players in this new era of wrestling. European based WS_X has somewhat surprisingly turned a healthy profit and is experiencing significant love from it's fans with every show being considered awesome by the freaks and perverts in attendance.

 

In big news PROGRESS's Jack Swagger and DWA's Paul London have both signed deals to join STAMPEDE wrestling

 

WS_X has announced that it will be tweaking it's product and be less heavily reliant on in ring comedy based wrestling. Some have suggested the match in Milan Italy at the last S_X Bomb was so embarrassingly bad that Billy Corgan could no longer stomach having to book those sort of matches.

 

Santino Marella meanwhile continues to train people in his Canadian wrestling school.

<strong>1 - Nick Aldis & Associate retained the NWA Tag titles over Golden Truth</strong> - A match that unusually for the WS_X went over 15 minutes clocking in at 21 Nick Aldis managed to get the pin over R-Truth after interference by Mickie James. Goldust was clearly running the match and using his Ring General skills to guide the matches flow but his age and lack of stamina started to show near the end. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Pre-Show: Purple Star Circus, Deadlift Lolita, Dream Castle, Tokyo Pop and Renee Michelle & Reyna Obscura all defeated local talent

 

 

The Fashion Police gush about beign in the home of Fashion - Paris and then proceed to go ito their Fashion Show segment - this week starring Maz, Miranda, Yuki, Mina, Lizzy & Maryse who walk the catwalk in the latest (ridiculous) Haute Couture

 

 

1: Shazza McKenzie, Colt Cabana & Mr BunBun def Polvo De Estrellas, Pasion Crystal & Pimpinela Escarlarta - In a short comedy match the Exoticos tried gamely but the superior athleticism of their opponents saw them get an easy win. Mr BunBun hit his sweet looking spinning finisher and everything was right with the world until it wasn't … post match BunBun rose to his feet after hitting his finisher starign down at the fallen Pimpinela Escarlarta seemingly shaking with rage, Colt and Shazza approached him to celebrate but he just glared at them angrily and went to the side of the ring and demanded a microphone

 

 

''What the hell am I doing here … really what the HELL am I doing here. I followed my dad into this business and I worked my butt off and got signed to the biggest company in the world and I became the champion of their development fed. I was earmarked to be a big deal and then they launched NXT and that led to me being in the NEXUS and I was hitting that finisher you just saw on John freaking Cena and pinning his ass not once not twice but multiple times. I was a made man and the future was all there in front of me and all my dreams were coming true …. and then they didn't. My life became like a balloon with a small pin prick … slowly losing air and diminishing … then they put me in a Bunny suit and for a hot minute I thought I might get another shot and then what … nothing! Ever since I've wandered around plying my trade and it led me here and they wanted me to wear the bunny head and what did I say .. I said yeah … not because I wanted too … No … I said yes because it was that or nothing … NOTHING! So tonight I'm hitting my finisher on a veteran and I'm looking down at them and do y'know what I saw … I saw me in 10 years time. I saw me even more tired than I am today staring up at the lights after a curtain jerking comedy match after being pinned by some poor loser whose just happy to be one rung above me. Well screw that … screw this … I want more … I deserve more … I want to be competing for belts not begging for table scraps!''

2: Queen of Queens: ASUKA © def Yosuke <3 Santa Maria - ASUKA and her fellow Japanese worker Yosuke <3 Santa Maria came out of the gate hard here and flew about the ring in a fast paced back and forth entertaining contest that saw the champ eventually get the upper hand and retain her belt.

 

 

3: NWA Womens: Cheerleader Melissa © def Silvie Silver - Cheerleader Melissa worked hard to tell the best story she could against the limited in ring work of Silver who gained her spot thanks the fact she can cut a promo in French and they are in Paris. Silver is very pretty and that and her language skills were really all that were required of her here.

 

 

Jessie Godderz wishes Exotique the best of luck in their bout tonight … he turns to Robbie E

 

''Man they are two top chicks, going out in Cologne was a blast last night ... I got so drunk … I cant remember much of it but I must of danced a lot because my whole body was aching today and my throat is really sore.'' Robbie just stares at him.

4: NWA Tag: Nick Aldis & Associate w Mickie James def Exotique - An interesting bout saw Nick Aldis & Associate using their more humorous skills against a team that mixed fast paced Lucha moves with Diva style jiggly segments and constant German Suplex attempts by Exotique on Spud that looked more like something that might occur in the bedroom than the wrestling ring. Aldis spent most of the match flatly refusing to tag in and leaving Spud stranded in ring before finally accpeting a hot tag from Spud and running amok taking out both members of Exotique and finally tagging out and forcing Spud to make the pin on YeYe after Mickie protested loudly that ''No Husband of mine is lying on top of her!''

Before the bout Jessie Godderz comes out and says he loved the Fashion Show earlier but every one knows the home of Fashion is the Jersey Shore … The Fashion Police and the crowd are appalled … Robbie E looks even more embarrassed in his choice of Tag Team Partner than normal.

 

5: Fashion Police def The Bro-Mans - A fast paced bout with plenty of the sort of comedy spots these two teams specialise in and saw the worlds dumbest man Jessie Godderz take the fall.

 

 

Miz cuts a promo on being happy to be in the most romantic city on Earth with the most beautiful Woman in the world by his side and that may be they should name their next daughter Paris Milan Mizanin because he's got a feeling they will be having another beautiful daughter in 9 months time … Maryse asks about what they will call it if it's a boy and Miz says he'd never considered that but Paris is a boys name too like the guy in the Iliad who stole that Maryse lookalike Helen of Troy and launched a thousand ships so lets go with Troy Paris Mizanin if it's a boy.

 

 

6: NWA World: The Miz © w Maryse def PJ Black - PJ Black is a man on a Mission tonight nd he brings out all of his high octane offensive tricks in an attempt to win the NWA World title and achieve his destiny. He finally manages to get the upper hand and climbs to the top turnbuckle and sets sail with his finisher … only for The Miz to get his knees up and catch him in the mid-rift as he comes down. PJ writhes around in the ring in agony and a clearly struggling Miz manages to crawl over and hook the legs and get the pin to retain his title in what was clearly his toughest challenge so far.

No surprises booking wise (although plenty of character progression) at S_X Bomb which leads to a huge piece of news

 

WS_X moves from Small to Regional size. To celebrate and capitalise on this momentous news Billy Corgan announces that next week Cabaret will be from Oberhausen, they willthen be hitting Lisbon Portugal for S_X Bomb and next Sunday WS_X will host their first ever Event show and to make it really special they are crossing the English Channel and holding ''Welcome to the Pleasuredome'' live from the O2 Academy in Birmingham England! Not only that but at the next weeks Cabaret they are going to try to one up the World title match from this weeks S_X Bomb by having a 6 way bout.

 

Alpha: The rapid rise in size gave me confidence to start to experiment more during the first part of the grace period to see if I could really capitalise on the growth and the increasing popularity of some of the workers and you'll notice both the cards and perhaps the results starting to become more unpredictable from this point on.

People I have a couple of major announcements, firstly the Owners of WS_X want to welcome you all and thank you for your support - without you all we wouldn't have had the successful launch we've just had. To celebrate this Sunday we are going to hold our first special Event and to make it really special we are going to head over to Birmingham's O2 Academy for - Welcome To the Pleasuredome to give those people a taste of what we have to offer. We haven't forgotten our fans here though - so tonight we are giving you the biggest match in our history - 6 men are going to be competing for the NWA World title - and here they are now

 

 

Five of the men argue back and forth on the mic - R-Truth adds a few inane comments that seem to indicate he thinks it's for a new 48hr 7/11 title.

 

 

Cut to a semi-darkened room backstage - PJ Black is sitting quietly - when a gruff voice from someone off camera starts to talk to him

 

''Dont worry Man … Last week was a setback but it was just the start, you're destined for big things Man … Remember I've got your back … I've always got your back''

 

PJ looks over at someone ''Thanks …''

 

The Gruff voice answers ''Just remember that you make your own destiny … you know what you need to do''

 

 

The Door opens and Colt Cabana enters the room ''You ready … the match is on in a couple of minutes''

 

The camera reveals that PJ is alone in the room except for the Bunny head which is sitting on a chair facing him. PJ reaches for the Bunny Head and begins to put it on he answers but his voice is gruffer than usual ''Yeah … I'm ready'' as he pulls the head down over his face

 

 

 

1: Joey Ryan w Scarlett Bordeaux def Colt Cabana w Mr BunBun - Both men are known for their comedy stylings but underneath that there are some solid skills and they showed those here. The match ends with Scarlett distracting ref Mio allowing Joey Ryan to hit a low blow and then get a quick pin … then it all goes to hell! Mr BunBun hits the ring!!!

 

 

Mr BunBun proceeds to beat Joey Ryan viciously, busting Joey open ... the beating only ends when Scarlett throws herself on top of Joey screaming to BunBun ''Please stop … PLEASE STOP''

 

For a moment Mr BunBun looks like he's about to beat Scarlett too but then his shoulders slump and his whole body language changes - he meekly heads over to Colt who is still selling the low blow and helps him to his feet and they head to the back as Mio and Scarlett check on Joey

 

 

The Fashion Show - Queen of Queens edition. This week Breeze & Dango present the latest fashions fir for any PRIDE Parade - Candy Lee, ASUKA, Estrella Divina, La Chica YeYe & Harley Ryder all parade in skimpy sparkly showgirl outfits … Unholy Trinity comes out in an all back ghoulish number reminiscent of something Elvira would of worn in her heyday.

 

 

2: NWA Tag: Nick Aldis & Associate © def Kiss Cam- A fast paced match once again sees Aldis & Associate face off against a pair of Exoticos and once again that meant Nick Aldis showing reluctance to get in ring whilst Spud had to face two people. Eventually Aldis accepted the hot tag and clears house sending Sony Kiss to the outside and planting Jamie Senegal in the middle of the ring - he looks over to make the tag for Spud to make the pin but his smaller partner is selling on the outside. Nick looks over to Mickie who shrugs her shoulders and yells ''Go Ahead''. Aldis somewhat reluctantly makes the pin.

 

 

3: NWA Womens: Cheerleader Melissa © def Melanie Grey - Cheerleader Melissa wins yet another jigglefest - this time over the attractive German who had some strong local support.

 

 

4: Queen of Queens: ASUKA © def Candy Lee - A fast paced match saw the plucky New Zealander use her vast array of buttock based attacks to their utmost and score several near falls before ASUKA rallied to take the win

 

Post match the two girls bump fists in a sign of respect

 

 

5:NWA World: The Miz © def Elias, Aiden English R-Truth, Goldust & Jinder Mahal - A match that ebbed and flowed as all 6 men worked hard to tell a story of 5 men working over the champ. Each man took control in turn and looked to put the Miz away but one of the others would always come in to stop the pin. Miz meanwhile sold like the Brooklyn Brawler spending large parts of the match positioned to take a pin. The end sequence saw the 5 challengers brawling for several minutes whilst Miz continued to lie apparently unconscious in one corner of the ring. Jinder Mahal finally came out on top of the brawl dropping Goldust to be the last man on his feet. Before he could turn and return his attention to the Miz he was hit by a Skull Crushing Finale and ate the pin. Miz rolled out of the ring and was helped to the back by Maryse

In case anyone is wondering the first Season of WS_X will be finishing on the 1st Monday of 2020. Its the Saturday 2nd week of October 2019 for the next show. So it's about a 3rd of the way through that first period of WS_X's life. If people enjoy it then I will keep doing this beyond that because it's been fun so far.

 

The next card features no title matches and a lot of people who have been somewhat peripheral up till now so this ones going to be a lot less predictable

I can tell you're having a ton of fun with this save/diary. Once again, PJ Black stole the show for me, I really like where his character is headed.

 

Oh the game has been everything I dreamed it would be. Starting small but with decent money, no immediate local rivals and a permanent tv deal means I can just have fun with it. The Diary reflects the way the game has gone too with the initial grind of just trying to get the concept off the ground replaced as time goes on with something with more creative flourishes. The PJ Black stuff is really where that started. It's what I always wanted to do with him - and what he wanted to do in the WWE back when he had that terrible gimmick. People say PJ has no personality well now he's got one, or two … or maybe more. Hopefully people like seeing some of wrestlings more obscure workers getting a shot too. I haven't done one of these before and hopefully it will get better written as it goes along.
