Halloween Havoc 1995

 

In front of a sold-out crowd of 20,554 at the St. Paul Civic Center in St.Paul, MN, the show begins with Hulk Hogan (world Champion) arguing with Ric Flair (A Rating)

 

Cactus Jack, for no apparent reason, is attacked by the Giant (C rating)

 

n a good match, Sting defeated The Giant in 17:35 by pinfall with a Diving Crossbody. Sting makes defence number 6 of his WCW United States Championship title. (B Rating)

 

In a decent match, Randy Savage and Lex Luger defeated Harlem Heat in 23:26 when Randy Savage defeated Stevie Ray by submission. Randy Savage and Lex Luger win the WCW World Tag Team Championship titles. (B Rating)

 

In a decent match, Jeff Jarrett defeated Chris Benoit in 19:27 by submission with a Figure Four Leglock. (C Plus Rating). This is the debut of Jeff as he recently signed a contract with WCW after booker Dave Meltzer suggested to Trump the services of Jeff.

 

In a bout that had decent wrestling but didn't have much heat, Diamond Dallas Page defeated Rey Misterio Jr. in 17:51 by pinfall with a Diamond Cutter. Diamond Dallas Page makes defence number 2 of his WCW World Television Championship title. (C Rating)

 

In an exceptional match, Hulk Hogan defeated Ric Flair in 28:24 by pinfall with a Leg Drop. Hulk Hogan makes defence number 8 of his WCW World Heavyweight Championship title. (A Rating)

 

Overall, the show was rated a B+; and increased popularity in 17 regions. Trump was quoted as saying "I loved the show, I think my investment will work out."
