Hello everybody and welcome to this week’s edition of RIPW Recap! A decent showcase from the guys in RIPW, with a few new matchups and hopefully some closer to some long running feuds.

RIPW Rivalry

Live From Boston, MA

Attendance: 127

Show Rating: 29

7l5GbTM.jpg4Jdyu7l.jpg

*This rivalry is really heating up and the fans were on their feet already.

*Unfortunately, the match enver happened as Hellion and Papa Swoll attacked each other before the bell and could not be separated!

*Again the backstage crew had to rush out and pull them apart. The match was declared a draw as it never officially started.

*Weird way to start a PPV but whatever, they are a part of SWF so weirder things have happened.

Rating: 42

sjwXSCF.jpgjmL9M40.jpg

*Willy and SoVen come out and Willy calls out Bryan Jewett saying he will give him one final shot, no matter the results, this is their final match. If Willy loses he promises not to challenge for the belt again.

*Bryan comes out and agrees to the match and stipulations.

Rating: 37

Match 1: RIPW USA Championship - Bryan Jewett vs Willy LaRoux © w/SoVen

*A solid match-up between these two that show they both have great futures ahead of them.

*Bryan looked strong showcasing his all-around skills.

*Willy kind of reminds me of Rogue, sly, do whatever possible to win, and that isn’t a bad comparison for Willy either.

*Bryan looked like he had the match won and was setting up for his finisher, the Fisherman’s Suplex (he really needs a new finisher with a good name), when Willy hit a low blow in front of the ref! What a lackluster way to end this feud!

*Bryan Jewett defeated Willy LaRoux in 15:06 when Willy LaRoux intentionally got disqualified.

Rating: 26

*Muscle Outlawz get an extended entrance, they come out in matching blue and yellow outfits and dance, and hype the crowd all the way to the ring.

Rating: 31

Match 2: Muscle Outlawz vs Southern Comfort

*A solid 6 man tag match, that featured a lot of power sports, and straight up brawls.

*Zap and Zeke were definitely the weakest links, but their charisma and entertaining personas will help them go far.

*Southern Comfort continues to look amazing as a dominant stable, but was matched by the power of Muscle Outlawz.

*Southern Comfort (Hank Whitman, Samson Sharpe and Hoss Hadley) defeated Muscle Outlawz (Whole Lotta Marvin, Zap Powerson and Zeke Cromstock) in 15:23 when Hank Whitman pinned Zeke Cromstock with a handful of tights.

Rating: 23

Match 3: Stevie Stanley vs Zharnel Zephaniah

*While the crowd was kind of here for this one, I bet this was probably a bathroom break for many.

*The crowd popped when Zharnel took a nasty elbow and looked like he may have fractured his cheek bone, but he kept on fighting, refusing to stop the match.

*Zharnel Zephaniah defeated Stevie Stanley in 11:33 by pinfall with a Knock Out Left Hook.

Rating: 18

Match 4: RIPW Tag Team Championship - The Diaz Boys vs The Magic Boys

*The crowd was pumped for this match, and the Diaz Boys got a huge cheer when they came out.

*The Diaz Boys continue to impress, and I can’t imagine them staying in RIPW for much longer, they are simply too good to be in RIPW.

*While the Magic Boys looked solid and like a well oiled machine, they simply did not have the answer to the sheer power and destructive force of the Diaz Boys

*The Diaz Boys defeated The Magic Boys in 15:15 when James Diaz pinned Kingsley Christopher with The Doomsday Device. The Diaz Boys make defence number two of the RIPW Tag Team Championship titles.

Rating: 32

qeA3Pj4.jpgfYSKUY8.jpgAl4E2ny.jpgzA9EI0j.jpgTSZiJ18.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/sjwXSCF.jpg[/img/jmL9M40.jpg

*Infamous attacked the Diaz Boys and Bryan Jewett tried to make the save, but SoVen knocked him out. Infamous stood tall to end the segment.

Rating: 35

BysFoqI.jpg vs qHjyWOY.jpg

Main Event: RIPW Championship - Forrest Ratzloff vs Warwick Good ©

*While not as good as the Tag Team Championship match, this was still a solid match, with decent wrestling by both Forrest and Warwick.

*Forrest continues to rely mostly on his power and Warwick continues to showcase his improving all around abilities. His bad ass gimmick works really well as he comes across as a no nonsense character.

*Warwick Good defeated Forrest Ratzloff in 15:23 by pinfall with a Face First Suplex. Warwick Good makes defence number two of the RIPW Championship title.

Rating: 30

BysFoqI.jpgqHjyWOY.jpg

*Basic post match celebration that solidifies Warwick as a babyface.

*Forrest holds up Warwicks hand and then walks out of the ring to give Warwick the spotlight to end the night

Some of my show write-ups coming up will be basic like this because I got completely ahead of myself in my game and just want to catch up sooner rather than later. I am already booking in July (just finished Supreme Challenge, and realize how far I am behind. Thanks for reading everybody!

Hello everybody and welcome to this week’s edition of The Supreme Coverage. Before we get to the show let’s get the big news out of the way: The Crippler just announced that he signed an exclusive contract with USPW and will be leaving SWF in 30 days! TCW does not resign Robert Oxford. Rogue’s SWF contract is up and there is another massive bidding war! We can only assume that SWF is not happy with The Crippler leaving, and rumor has it that SWF has had to speed up some plans now that he is leaving. It is also probably safe to assume that despite Rogue’s age, SWF will pull out all stops from losing him too.

Hello everybody and welcome to this month’s edition of The Supreme PPV Coverage with yours truly. Just one quick update, Marshall Dillon picked up an injury on a house show and therefore will be unable to defend the tag team titles at Awesome Impact. Instead SWF decided to move the match to the Pre-Show and let the three other teams battle it out. Since it is SWF I doubt the match will mean anything or lead to a title match, but only time will tell.

Rating: 71

Main Show

-A good start to Awesome Impact with Emma spending some time hyping up Primus and Dominic and how they are going to destroy Faith and Old Glory.

Rating: 77

m3V3f70.jpgY3nhMpj.jpg vs 2gJjFSq.jpg02HxjBS.jpg

Match 1: Faith and Old Glory vs The Chase Agency

-Not the best match in the world, but better than what Primus and Dominic were doing before this.

-Matty and Patriot are being criminally underutilized and keep racking up loses, while they did get some offense in, Primus was the real star of this segment and the main focal point of the match.

-Primus Allen and Dominic DeSousa defeated Faith & Old Glory in 15:29 when Primus Allen pinned Matty Faith with a Running Powerslam.

Rating: 67

Ik54olt.jpg vs A53irZY.jpg

Match 2: Lenny Brown vs Rogue

-This was a good match that pitted the rising star in Lenny Brown vs the opportunistic veteran in Rogue.

-Rogue reminded the fans that he may not be young anymore, but he still knows how to take advantage of his opponent and the ref.

-I think SWF did the right call, with Rogue’s contract up and there being uncertainty if he is going to sign, Lenny winning makes the most sense. Plus Lenny is a future main event draw for SWF.

-Lenny Brown defeated Rogue in 16:28 by pinfall with The Star Treatment.

Rating: 79

2RwMBcV.jpg vs RbYWoRz.jpg

Match 3: Mikey Lau vs Charger Siaki

-What should have been a basic throw away match, this was added at the last minute when Marshall got injured, actually turned into one of the best matches of the night.

-Mikey really showed all this doubters that he can work with anybody and get a great match out of them.

-Charger did get some power offense in, but SWF really needs to figure out what to do with him, as he is treading water bad and is on the verge of being a non-threat whenever he fights.

-Mikey Lau defeated Charger Siaki in 9:47 by pinfall with a Dragon Whip.

Rating: 76

UH9lCnd.jpgyeacnzI.jpgcXaFo1B.jpg

-Haley talks to Krissy and Brandon, Krissy promises that Brandon will be back to his usual self starting next week.

-Nothing special here, Krissy continues to do most of the talking while Brandon tries to look as menacing as possible.

-SWF continues to tease tension between these two with subtle mannerisms when one of them is talking.

Rating: 62

TLGPDtl.jpg vs 0LojNUr.jpggIDNSod.jpg

Match 4: Joey Morgan vs Spencer Spade w/Dulce

-Now don’t get me wrong this was an overall decent match, but for me it was kind of a let down when looking at the two competitors in the ring.

-Joey did wonder in again reminding the fans that he deserves to be pushed so much more than he is and should be in the World title picture.

-Spencer got in a lot of solid offense but couldn’t put away the veteran several times. His arrogance got the best of him, when he taunted and kissed Dulce instead of putting Joey away after a Supreme Stunner.

-Joey Morgan defeated Spencer Spade in 15:52 by pinfall with an Empire Spiral.

Rating: 73

9PREQDs.jpg vs 18AFFD8.jpg

Match 5: Angry Gilmore vs Atom Smasher

-Despite being well past his prime, Gilmore proved everybody wrong again when he had another great match with Atom Smasher.

-Even though Atom Smasher is a heel, he still gets some good pop for his explosive offense, and the crowd really eats up everything he does. I hope SWF doesn’t turn him face anytime soon, he is such a better heel.

-These guys beat the crap out of each other for just over 20 minutes and both looked like they could lose the match at any moment.

-Atom Smasher defeated Angry Gilmore in a Last Man Standing match in 20:09 when Angry Gilmore could not beat a ten count after a Mushroom Cloud.

Rating: 75

BmFwRhv.jpg

ChqegXS.jpg vs wdZ6TOB.jpg

Match 6: NA Title Match - ZWB vs Des Davids ©

-Another solid match that gave ZWB some spotlight again, too bad it was against Des who is too hot right now to lose.

-While Des needs to drop the title and move onto the World title picture, I don’t think now is the best time, as there is too much going on in the world title scene that Des just isn’t at that level yet.

-SWF made the smart move here keeping momentum on Des, and ZWB may have lost you have to think he gained some fans as he really gave it his all and looked like a star out there.

-Des Davids defeated ZWB in 15:56 by pinfall with a Quarterback Sack. Des Davids makes defence number eight of the SWF North American title.

Rating: 70

UH9lCnd.jpg0LojNUr.jpggIDNSod.jpg

-Haley catches Spencer before he leaves; Spencer is pissed, and says Joey was lucky, and it won’t happen again.

Rating: 82

cDvdRnH.jpg vs SSHq3Rs.jpg

Match 7: The Crow vs The Crippler

-Not sure how I feel about The Crow and I think his arrival was done way to hasty, but from what I have heard it was all because The Crippler is leaving.

-The news broke before the PPV so that kind of hurt the match some as everybody knew The Crow was going to win.

-Despite knowing this, this match was really good and they worked together phenomenally.

-The Crow defeated The Crippler in 15:32 by pinfall with a Future Shock.

Rating: 79

9LZa2iD.jpg vs pREJQb3.jpg

Match 8: Valiant vs Hollywood Bret Starr

-This right here was the match of the night! You read that right, Valiant and Hollywood put on the match of the night.

-These guys tore the house down, and Hollywood used the Cage to his advantage every chance that he got.

-Valiant made a great comeback towards the end of the match and the crowd (my included) really believed that he was going to win the match. But Hollywood, showed his resolve and countered a V-Split, with a low blow.

-Hollywood Bret Starr defeated Valiant in a Cage match in 17:51 by pinfall with a Hollywood Hammer.

Rating: 82

-Nothing really special about this segment, it was a simple hype package that showcased the battle between Scythe and Rocky.

Rating: 71

YgvAews.jpg

N8w4YYW.jpg vs YJ25LAR.jpg

Match 9: SWF Heavyweight Championship Rocky Golden © vs Scythe

-An exceptional match that really showed that Scythe is indeed on the same level as Rocky!

-Rocky played the comeback hero more than normal as Rocky is rarely the underdog due to his size, but Scythe made him the underdog.

-Scythe’s strength, size, and agility only adds to his monstrous demeanor.

-Rocky hit his 6 moves of doom on Scythe, but when he picked him up for the Rocky Road, Scythe struck back and left the crowd speechless!

-Scythe defeated Rocky Golden in 15:31 by pinfall with a Choke Slam. Scythe makes defence number two of the SWF World Heavyweight title.

Rating: 79 (I forgot to give Rocky the title back in the game so that is why he has two title defenses)

wuEAXgY.jpgN8w4YYW.jpg

-The feud that everybody wants was finally set in motion!!!!!

-After the match Remo stomped down to the ring, at first he shared a brief stare down with Scythe, but Scythe left the ring with a smirk on his face.

-Remo helped up Rocky and even “brushed” him off a bit before he kicked him in the gut and hit a devastating Destroyer, leaving Rocky lying helpless on the mat to end the PPV!

I want to thank everybody for has been reading and commenting since I started this diary. I am going to be putting this on hold for a while as I have ran out of motivation (and some other personal issues) to write up the shows, but continue to copy the show results, as I have booked up until September. I do plan to bring this diary back in the future.

My other diary is going to continue still.

Again thank you to everybody for the support!!
