MATCH 7 Evil Intent © vs. The Freedom Family (w/ Agueda Alonso) This is a No Disqualification match for el Campeonato de Parejas OLLIE No DQ seems like it gives a big advantage to Evil Intent since they have a whole stable with them, but I think the herores will overcome the odds to win this, since another loss puts them pretty dead in the water. MATCH 6 Galactic Force (Extraordinario Jr & Space Invaders) vs. Nico Lopez & Phoenix Cuatro You seem pretty high on Phoenix Cuatro, so I think they'll be the edge here with one of the space invaders taking the fall. MATCH 5 Captain Lucha vs. El Critico The Captain is on his way up, while El Critico is on his way down. MATCH 4 Dragon Americano, El Hijo de Espada Roja & Mr. Lucha III vs. Felipe Caballero, Mario Heroic & Phoenix II Tough call, but I can't pick Phoenix II to win anything. MATCH 3 Elsa Calvo & Ursula Saez vs. La Hija del Diablo & Purple Viper I probably shouldn't bet on Calvo given her record so far, but I'm doing it anyway. MATCH 2 Disturbed © vs. North Star Jr This is a "Disturbance" match for el Campeonato de Mexico OLLIE A really tough match for me to call here. I guess I'll go for Disturbed since it's his match type and I'm picking title changes in the other two championship matches. MATCH 1 The American Cobras (w/ Emilia Reyes) vs. The Canadian Daredevils vs. El Pavo Real and Laberinto Jr © This match is for the COTT World Tag Team championships I didn't even know El Pavo Real and Laberinto Jr were a team, let alone champions. Tiberious Posted May 15, 2020 Share Posted May 15, 2020 Main Event Hysteria Hysteria's actually crazy over in Mexico from his time in EILL, and solid enough in the ring to deliver as a main event rudo. I think Flores's bad luck continues as he takes a second big loss. Match 4 Captain Lucha & Mario Heroic Hard to bet against two of your top babyfaces. Match 3 La Hija del Diablo Velvet Suarez is new, and I think she's going to be looking at the lights for a bit while the fans get used to her. Match 2 The Canadian Daredevils I don't see Evil Intent getting another title shot for awhile given how long they feuded with the Freedom Family, so I think the babyfaces score an upset win to help legitimize them and perhaps give them a new program. Match 1 North Star Jr. Now mystery opponents are tempting, but North Star Jr will look like a bit of a chump if he loses his title on the next TV show after he won it. While I might not respond to all of your messages, I read them all and appreciate your engagement. Thanks also to everyone who has been reading so far and those who have taken part in the predictions (especially when I forget to give you the text so you have to write them all out yourselves!). </p><p> </p><p> In terms of the future of this dynasty, I have played and written almost up to LuchaSlam - I'm really excited for that show, it's going to be interesting to say the least.</p><p> </p><p> After that, things will change a little. I've found it very time consuming to write out all the details of every LuchaLunes show and while I've enjoyed it immensely (and it's been a great learning experience), I don't think I'll be able to keep it up. At the moment I'm not that busy, but long term there's no way I'll have the time or energy to maintain it without burning out.
