So, you can't buy out everyone, or even anyone, in the demo because they won't have been in debt long enough to feel like now's the time to be bought out. A lot depends on how old the company is and the personality of the current owner. Size is a factor, too. Larger companies are going to be given more leeway; "Well, it's been a bad month, once they get a better TV deal, they're SURE to turn things around."
