defjamforcutie Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 Would appreciate being able to see in the product features list how the AI-hiring rules would apply to that product and which style of workers the company would tend to look for or avoid entirely. Maybe this is something that's ingrained into the minds of folks who've been around since the beginning but as a newer player it's pretty opaque to me, and I'd find it really helpful to have that info represented in the handbook/editor both in terms of figuring out how to best populate a fictional mod as well as what am appropriate hiring approach would look like when playing the game. Interestingly, what pushed me to suggest this was seeing a created company with respectful wrestling never hire any technicians (over multiple saves). Definitely could have just been a string of weird luck, but it's got me really curious how the relationship between product and worker style functions under the hood.
