Nightshadeex Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 I'm playing PGHW and have SAISHO as a child company. I know I can hire guys to PGHW contracts and send away to developmental. brat99 Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 So far,"Dev. Trainers" are not in the game as they were in TEW 1026 (also gone are Dev. aims). I haven't tested to see how workers will react, but you have the ability to send anyone to development, so it may me worth a try to hire a vet or two and send them to Saisho from the complete contract screen. Probably looking for the Japanese version of Ben Williams or Bob Casey.....they would need to have low enough pop to not be upset at being in developmental. The Rock Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 They will be upset, if they are "too big" for the Child Company, but you can send them down anyway. And you should do it.
