I love seeing his, but I have no idea how he manages to run three or four saves (it seems, anyway) at a time. I can hardly find time to keep up one most of the time.

St.T

I have a formula for booking. I book two weeks of each save (two months for the 1920 game) and then move on. I always have six months booked out at a time. Having the summer off and no kids is a big help hah.

Appreciate the feedback though!

Between work and family commitments, I tend to have an hour or two most evenings to do "me stuff" (outside of the hour or so in the early evening I have a cigar...but that's a non-negotiable lol). I usually try to do some TEW stuff during that time.

I do enjoy my summers, and the kids are all upper-teens/lower-twenties now, so...they'll be out of the house relatively soon. :D

P.S.: On a side note, I love the tag team name Slaughterhouse Rules! ST

I wanted to give Flair to WCW, but they're too small for him, so I signed him to another 2 year deal. Speaking of WCW, their figurehead Magnum T.A. is in jail for 2 years after being convicted of perjury. They still haven't dropped him as figurehead.

In other news, Sgt. Slaughter died in a car accident a day after being put in a program with Hogan, which was to establish him as a main event player. Roddy Piper joined NJPW after they outbid us.

* Hogan came back from being in politics for 2 years in Dec 95. Started the nWo angle on the first Nitro of the year. Main Event of the Rumble was Hall & Nash vs Bret Hart, Sting & Lex Luger with a similiar situation occuring as to real life with Hogan returning as the 3rd Man and laying out Bret. Hogan won the Triple Crown at SuperBrawl VI in February setting up Champion vs Champion & Title for Title at WrestleMania XII against Bret, which he won, making him dual champion. I'll probably retire the Triple Crown Title for simplicity and bing it back should they be separated in the future. On TV Hogan will tag the Big Gold Belt with 'nWo' and destroy the Winged Eagle Belt.

How is the game at handling longer saves? Any issues with how the world plays out?

Good question, the game world does get extremely stagnant with promotions. I will typically create a "scenario" every three years where I create new alliances, add debt to promotions, create havoc, insert exodus of superstars from another promotion, destroy several medium-big companies, etc.

That makes the game world a little interesting. My biggest complaint is Japan. Once All Japan closed, New Japan basically become super stagnant, but are too big to fail at this point.

Meanwhile, NOAH, and several other promotions are hitting medium pretty quickly but losing cash. I keep funding them, hoping to get them over the hump but nothing happens.

Love the updates

Thanks man, likewise. Have played dozens of long term 1985 saves in TEW 2016 & 2020 so to make it a bit different, I played around with the editor with the idea that Vince never sold back the 6:05 show to Crockett at start of '85 and bought out JCP right before the first WrestleMania. Have been booking all TV tapings and PPVs in the arena's they happened in in real life and using all TV specials of both companies as they happened too (SNME, Clash's, The Main Event etc). Have also introduced the PPVs when they started in real life too (89 for Halloween Havoc, 93 for KotR etc) but had to draw the line once I got to 95, currently running 15 PPVs (Royal Rumble, SuperBrawl, WrestleMania, Spring Stampede, Slamboree, King Of The Ring, Great American Bash, Bash At The Beach, SummerSlam, Fall Brawl, Halloween Havoc, World War 3, Survivor Series & Starrcade) and have 3 Clash's left before they wrap up as SNME did in '92. Never bothered with some of the lesser JCP/WCW PPVs or In Your House shows. Have been enjoying it although as always, sometimes need a break away to regain enthusiasm.

Oh, and BattleBowl is just the name I used for the Tag Team equivalent to the King Of The Ring as I wasn't wanting to do the Lethal Lottery sillyness. BattleBowl finals held every year at Slamboree. :)

Cheers
