i effin rule Posted October 24, 2020 Author Share Posted October 24, 2020 Someone in the Discord asked about the progress of this mod, so I figured I'd post my response here as well. About 90% of the data is done. Once that is completely finished I'll need to run some saves and fix any issues that pop up. Even though the data is near complete, I'm still a long way off on the rendering and assigning of images. Unfortunately, that takes the most time. I've finished up all the non-wrestlers, masked workers, and most of the women, but still have a ways to go on the men. I've tried to think of a way to help speed things up by crowd soucing the assigning of images, but haven't come up with a good idea yet. Still working through rending and assigning renders. Below is a breakdown of what is left to do for those. Needing Renders Assigned Men: 337 active workers, 362 total. Plan on playing a save once I get to 1980. Pretty close to finished on the images. Still a ways off, but once I have important data in and cleaned up, I'll start some beta testing and quality control with volunteers. Happy to announce that I am 100% done with assigning images. Still, a lot of things to clean up and I want to add a ton more workers, but getting the 795 renders assigned was a big hurdle. I'm still working on new workers, title pics, cleaning up, etc, which has left deep playtesting on the back burner. So I decided to release an alpha version of the mod, as multiple eyes are better than my two distracted ones. Please remember that this is far from the finished product. There will definitely be issues and things will need to be fixed, so if you see something, say something. Also, due to the nature of this mod and how it was created, there isn't a whole lot of flavor to the bios. If while playing you develop a cool narrative for someone that doesn't change history, feel free to share it and I might make it canon. You are welcome to post things here or in the discord.
