FankuKaibutsu
This issue has existed as long as talent sharing has been around. If you and a company you have talent sharing with have the same worker under a non-written contract, a third party can come in and sign that worker to a written contract, and neither of the talent sharing companies can stop it because offering that wrestler a written contract would be considered 'stealing' the other companies talent. If a written contract is offered to a talent shared by two(or more) companies, those companies should be able to offer them a written contract to stop them from getting poached.
