Why is it that when I am a part of an Alliance, I cannot sign a fellow Alliance companies worker to an Exclusive Contract because we have an "agreement" to not "steal" each others workers. Yet, they can sign my worker away to an Exclusive Contract? This is a weird double standard. How can they have an agreement with me so I can't steal their worker, but they can poach mine whenever they want? Is this a tech issue? If not can someone explain it to me?
