Being able to respond and act on emails that we get from workers would be neat. Like a few canned response options such as: Act on the suggestion - "You're right, I'm going to do what you're suggesting." Gives options to admonish, fine, or even fire the subject of the complaint. Agree but take no action - "Perhaps you're correct but we can work on that." Respectfully Disagree - "Sorry you feel that way" Tell Them Where to Stick It - "Uh this is a Women's fed, I don't care if you think Demelza Wade is 'too small', Steve DeColt."
