Have you guys played the board Book It?

I came across this in an ad on Facebook today, and it looks interesting. I figure if anyone has played this and would know anything about it, the guys who play TEW would be my best bet.

The base game is 40 bucks and they have a 15 dollar expansion, which isn't that much but at the same time I don't want to spend 55 plus whatever shipping is to play it once and put it in my closet for the rest of eternity.

Worth it, not worth it? I don't know any more then what I read off their Facebook ad.

Huh... As a boardgamer I didn't even know this one.

The err... references are a little too obvious sometimes: Hexagon Dark? Jack Love? Sarah Starr? Andy Phenom? Kayley???

Never going to get it unless it has a solo mode, given none of my boardgamin' friends are into pro wrestling and the gameplay is apparently quite basic (and they're used to more advanced stuff).

I'd be intrigued to play a Wrestling version of MtG though, even so I'm not quite sure how that would look like or if that would even work, lol <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />. But I guess names like "The Phenomenal One" or "Undertaker" would work for MtG cards.</p>
