BoringPhil Posted June 30, 2020 Share Posted June 30, 2020 Hey all, So I randomly came across FBPB a couple of weeks ago and decided to try it out, so far it's been really addictive! I've been messing around with different things you can do in the game and I've decided to do a historical replay with a few tweaks for my own fun, and I thought a diary thread would be a good way for me to keep track of what's going on in my game. What I'm going to do is take the current 30-team format and go back to 1946 with the historical database, simming everything without any coaching or involvement from me and seeing how it all shakes out, which teams do well over the years, where the game's legend players end up playing and so on. Every season will be 84 games with historical modifiers turned on. For anyone who wants to follow along, I'll probably post weekly updates for each season starting from 1946-47 to track standings, scoring leaders etc. Feel free to leave feedback as I play and see how far I can get!
