I was thinking about giving TEW2020 another go after going back to 2016 for various reasons (this being one of them) I’m sure I read somewhere that the penalties weren’t as harsh now, but is this still a problem in game? shawn_waters Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 It just means the fans expect minimums in certain stats, depending on your product (like hardcore products tend to require at least 50+ in hardcore, brawling or charisma), or something like that. Usually, the workers that trigger those warnings aren’t going to be at the top of your card anyway and will improve over time, so you’re probably better off sticking with the penalty instead of cutting them loose. Just keep them away from your main event/important matches and you’ll be fine. Penalties and low match ratings are generally ok and won’t ruin your show (unless they’re completely abysmal). If you really don’t want those messages then, you’ll have to fire the worker instead of waiting for them to improve. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
