MikeSc Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 I wanted to post this to see if I was the only one experiencing this. My young workers have stalled on their top row stats since I believe 1.17. They keep gaining Psych, Consistency, etc., but their top row stats stop going up if the top end of the reading is in the 60s. As a for instance, I have a 22 YO "Striker" style guy who has been 56-64 for 8-months to a year in Brawling. This while consistently being in matches with people in the mid to high 70s and a few matches a month with guys in the 80s and 90s. I don't know that it is exactly at 28. It seems to apply to 23,24 and 25 as well. I don't have any 26 or 27 year olds to make the comparison on. I do know that anyone 28 and over seems immune to this. Which makes me think there is some kind of soft cap for really young workers to simulate them having to grow up before they can be really, really good. My concern is that the rate of stat progress might make them "secondary" guys well into their 30s if that is a built-in part of the system. Is this some system that mirrors the way Pop cap used to go up based on age/experience and being in highly ranked matches? Is it something weird going on in my game? Is it a bug?
