Since I own them, I should be able to tell them how I want their production to be. I tried joining the game as the booker of said company, changing the level and leaving the game, but after a few days they just changed it again. My small child company with 43 popularity in their home region doesn't need Industry Leader production values, Professional live event experience and Cutting Edge broadcast quality.
