Keeping Track of Title Reigns

Back in TEW 2016, I used to manually note down the days that a championship had been held for, and update it as the game progressed in a notepad app. I've yet to do this in TEW 2020 though, but I'm thinking of doing it.

 

Can people suggest different ways to note title reigns down? I know a few people have mentioned things like Google Spreadsheet and Excel, and I'm curious as to how that would work.

The game tells you how many days it's been held when you click on the title in the Title menu. It also tells you when the reign started, how many defenses have been made, and the last time it was defended.
