I'm looking specifically at "career woman" for Joshi promotions, but it would be a lot easier to mass edit personalities or other common attributes onto a group vs one at a time. You can mass add attributes or mass delete attributes. Search by workers working for them particular promotions. Then scroll down and add attribute "career woman" and hit mass edit.
