Historian
SAISHO Formation Battle Tour Night #1 <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #000000; margin:10px;background: #c0c0c0; max-width:60%;box-shadow: 0 6px 12px ";"> Formation Battle Tour Night # in SAISHO Square, Sendai, Tohoku Region Sunday, Week 3, October 2020 128 Fans In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, European Dragons (Nigel Svensson, Lenny Mochin, Pavel Vanzycha and YL Aurelian Bradley) defeated Kenko Takemitsu, Quick Kick Nakao and The Diamond Dogs in 16:01 when Nigel Svensson submitted Jimmy Stratosphere with a Hyper Extension Arm Lock. YL Aurelian Bradley was the weak link, struggling to keep up with everyone else's in-ring performance. 49 After some recent struggles, it looks like the European Dragons are getting back in the winning ways. Nigel has been one of the most consistent wrestlers on the SAISHO roster and the injury to Billy Robinson definitely stalled his momentum, but Nigel could be a big gaijin star for SAISHO. In a decent match, Club Miwa (KAZ, Motoyuki Miyake and Iron Hyodo) defeated American Impact (PJ Strong, Dreadnought and James Diaz) in 15:47 when KAZ pinned PJ Strong with a Super Rana. 49 KAZ and Miyake both continue to be presented strongly with wins over the three physical young lions from American Impact. Iron Hyodo looks like he should be one of the franchise players for SAISHO. In a decent match, Aztec Prince defeated Hammer Hadley in 10:03 by pinfall with a Triple Powerbomb. 43 Aztec Prince is back on this tour and he scored a big win over the Young Lion’s Cup winner. Aztec Prince fits right in in SAISHO and his physical style combined with his mask makes him a very interesting competitor on the SAISHO roster. If he can be booked more frequently, he could be an important part of the roster. In a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Mizoguchi & Sekozawa defeated The Tokyo Mountains in 7:36 when Shiba Mizoguchi submitted Kawanari Enomoto with a Raised Crab. Shiba Mizoguchi carried the match in terms of in-ring performance. 33 In a superb match, Akira Arato, Gidayu Katou, Tobei Sugimura, Hirokazu Yamanoue and Irwin Gutmann defeated Zeshin Makioka, Azumamaro Shimizu, Ichiro Mitsukuri, Koyo Kinoshita and Ox Mastadon in 20:01 when Gidayu Katou pinned Ichiro Mitsukuri with a Lariat. In terms of in-ring work, Zeshin Makioka was head and shoulders above everyone else. 59 The main event saw all of SAISHO’s champions competiting on one side of the ring against some of their potential challengers. The challengers scored the important and impressive victory. Overall 57 </div>
