At the moment you get an email from a worker, saying you should strap a rocket to worker X, give someone promo time etc etc. These could maybe sit as a second page within the promises menu, but with an option to hide or delete them when they become invalid (pushing hard someone who has since become my promotion's champion of figurehead, for example).
