NietoDeRey Posted November 12, 2021 Share Posted November 12, 2021 On current patch most new gens generate with less than 50 chin, it makes the game world pretty stale because the new gens cant compete because they get knocked out too easily. Adam Ryland Posted November 12, 2021 Share Posted November 12, 2021 Chin strength is done on a probability curve; less than 15% would get assigned less than 50. As it involves randomness you may get a freak set of results where a batch of fighters come out with unusually low scores, but overall you'll always end up with the majority scoring over 65 - you can test this yourself just by using the character generation tools.
