Formatting titles screen to match older versions

In TEW2020, I find the titles page much harder to read.

 

This mostly stems from how defences aren't their own separate cell any more, but on the same line as the timespan of the reign.

 

I liked it much better when the duration was one section, and the defences were off to the right. It was way more uniform and easier to distinguish between the entires.
