tiotom92
This seems a bit crazy considering that the WWF had 7 Hell in a Cell matches during the Attitude Era. Having the same issue with the weapons matches and inferno matches. This is not a database problem by the way, both the product (Attitude Entertainment) and the match (Steel Cell) are defaults. Also why do Elimination Chamber matches have a "very low" injury risk but Hell in a Cell matches have a "high" injury risk? It makes no sense! Historian
It has to do with the injury risk on the match. Steel Cell matches have high injury risk and thus that makes them dangerous so they get a penalty in Attitude Era products. It doesn't make them unusable, it just means the workers have to be really good to make it work. This holds true to even the Attitude Era, where there were some awful Hell in the Cell matches (kennel from hell, etc.) and ones that definitely weren't great. As for the second question, it comes down to individual interpretation, I think. You can alter the match injury risk if you think it should be higher.
