Basically, if my owner is counting the pennies on every deal I offer, it seems a bit weird they would let me offer so much on worker bonuses. A cap on that based on owner behaviour would be good, but maybe change the system so that you have a monthly/yearly 'budget' for bonuses. Do you blow your year's budget on making one Main Eventer happy, or do you strategically use your bonus budget to cheer up your midcard? Makes the current system less exploitable, and also makes incidents more impactful as you may have to use budget you weren't expecting to help worker's morale, if you even have any left at all.
