Magister369 Posted July 3, 2006 Share Posted July 3, 2006 I had a cage match and i noticed that even after i had my opponent down with no energy/momentum left i still couldnt leave the cage for the win, i kept hitting the attempt to leave button but nothing happened. is this a glitch/bug or am i doing something wrong? btw my opponent finally left the cage and won the match Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Trashbear Posted July 3, 2006 Share Posted July 3, 2006 I believe you have to hit a finisher to be able to leave, and then the finisher's chance of pinning someone becomes your chance of escaping. For instance, if the chokeslam gives you a 70% of success, you'd then have a 70% of escaping. I believe you have to attempt to escape immediately after using your finisher, so don't beat the guy up more, just do the finisher and hit the bricks. Or chainlinks. Whatever.
