chm39
My apologies it isn't important actually. there are no penalties only bonuses. High SQ usually mean bigger stars if I'm not mistaken. For my big stars I hope to have someone with at least 90.
d12345
Well it is of the utmost importance in your absolute top guy figurehead. This I haven't confirmed but I also think SQ goes into Merchandise sales. Oh and of course if you have battles turned on than high SQ + high pop guys can win you a regional/area battle. Irish Wolf
Star Quality is also an indicator of how high the workers Pop cap can get. Every work is given a secret pop cap that they can get over just a little put only if you continually push you. One of the factors in determining this pop cap is SQ. So low SQ guys are likely to not have a high pop cap no matter how good their in ring skills are they may never reach the heights of popularity you expected. While high SQ guys are likely to have a high pop cap. Now its not hard and fast because its an RNG but it is something to take into consideration. Also, for clarification sake, this cap also changes as you play the game based on other factors as well. It is not a hard cap.

I’ve booked angles that got penalized because a worker didn’t have enough Star quality for the length of the angle
