Ambitionz416
Hey! I'm on my first ever playthrough of TEW 2020. Using AEW with updated real life mods. Was curious if there was something better to do with bigger stars that you just dont want instead of simply releasing them. I dont really care for CM Punk or Sting (ya ya I know. I'm a Attitude Era baby. Punk + sting do nothing for me) However they are technically my biggest stars, would be dumb to just Let them go lol, was curious if there was something better to do with them. I'm not sure what their Stats are but I assume they have Decent if not great Entertainment Skills. IDK If your Product requires Storylines But I like stories so, Put them Storylines or feuds with people you want to get over. Use any excuse to get them in a promo for ratings and to get others involved seen. Also, I'm not sure about this but don't let them lose to someone too low on the pecking order unless Red Hot Momentum. It might just be me but I feel like it decreases the chance of the more popular guy losing lots of Pop but the lower guy not getting much.

I was just curious if there was some way to trade a worker to a company that im not buddy buddy with. I dont think that exists though. So i'll just have to keep them around to help me grow abit then let em leave
Jaysin
CM Punk should be able to work as a color commentator, but if not, try talking him into it with the talk to worker feature. He's shown to be a fairly good commentator. You could have him commentate dark matches just to give the matches a little boost from his skills
SanX
You let them go. Other options for you are authority figures, managers and commentators. Honestly, letting people go will improve your playthrough if you don't have plans for them. TEW has a very lenient system with morale so there is no way for someone to be unhappy and threatening to leave most of the time. In real life, people would probably leave, replicate that.
Zero
Release them. Never horde talent. It will kill your save

Have ground many of my saves to a halt by keeping guys around and sticking them in a fued just so they have something to do. Let them go. Once they're gone, you won't think about them.

I love the game world to be dynamic and with TEW 2020, you need to infuse life into it after year 2.
Matt_Black
Send them on vacation. If they're that big, you still want the money from merch sales.

As in when are they too good to use as Jobbers and should be let go?
Zero
I have none. If they are not going to be featured within six months, I cut. I usually rotate 10 jobbers, 6 Mid-card, and 6 upper/main event workers every six months or so. Keeps things fresh for my save and game world.
