Somberjay
I just wanted to say thank you! I love your interpretation of the workers and the consistency of your cuts. So many of these are going directly into my game. Keep it up!
Scott Zodiac
Oh man, only just discovered your thread. I'm still 874 images away from completing the full CVerse from a host of contributors. How do you produce the renders? I cannot get mine to get the same smooth render look, and end up looking more realistic. Loving the work.

Once I hit on the style I was looking for, I just try to match the other renders to that style. I usually know it when I see it. I think having light on both sides of the face is a big indicator that it's going to be a good render. After that I resize and cut in Photoshop using the Smart Object tool. Definitely agree that it’s reignited interest in the game. Makes it a bit more immersive. I’ll try some “diffuse lighting” prompts.

There's a lot of discussion of process in the first few pages of the main AI render thread. I use a combination of Bing Image Creator, ChatGPT+, and Photoshop. I start with a prompt like: "30-year-old professional wrestler, white male, front-facing, white background, face evenly illuminated, bright diffuse lighting, 3d render." Then I fill in more specific details about the wrestler before the "front-facing" part, including hair, face, ring attire, etc. Usually I have to generate 20+ images before I get one I want to use. After that, I download it and upload it to remove.bg to get a transparent PNG. After that, I open the file in Photoshop and add it as a layer to the default Blank Background image in the CVerse People folder. I convert the worker layer to a Smart Object so I can resize it just the way I want it. My first renders didn't look great but using this workflow I've been getting better and better results. 1

I have all the PNG files saved. Not sure what I’ll do with them. If you have any specific ones you want to see I’m happy to post them.
