jaymeetee
I would love to see the ability for developmental companies to sign talent on developmental deals on behalf of their parent company. As we’ve seen over recent years, the WWE higher ups (especially Vince McMahon before his exit) has had zero input when it comes to the signings that are made at the performance center/NXT, instead opting to pick from the pool of talent that has been already developed by the system for main roster call-ups. Recruitment (bar the exception of a few major names) has instead been delegated to Triple H and now Shawn Michaels running NXT. This would add a whole new dynamic to saves as developmental companies, with the goal of building a fruitful roster who you can develop and proudly watch go on to bigger things. This could be optional within the agreement between the companies.
WWF87
I just want them to handle their own roster again; I don't remember when or why it changed. I'll send workers, but I'd like the AI to manage all the other roster requirements.
franticloser
If you own the company (as in you started it or bought out another) you have to control that because you are the final say in those decisions. If you enter a relationship with another company to be your development company, then they handle it. I'll say that Vince or at least talent relations new who was getting hired. Vince was hands off witb the creative aspects though.
