(Leader, Chief Enforcer, etc) Assuming the worker in that spot is competent or otherwise. I'd suggest having an explanation added to the in-game read me doc. Edit: Also yes, I do realize that you can click the various roles to get these descriptions, I just think having it in the searchable document would be a good idea.
