PFElton Posted August 3 Share Posted August 3 When giving a "My Way Or The Highway" ultimatum, workers that choose to walk out are being treated as fired by the game; they hold a grudge, and their friends take morale penalties as if they were arbitrarily released. I think this affect should be lessened or eliminated, seeing as the terminated workers are choosing to leave under their own volition. goldendragon Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 I'm not sure. It makes sense they'd hold a grudge as they're annoyed enough to leave a paid job. Friends morale would also take a hit as they lose a buddy backstage.
