Game won't launch

TEW 13 and TEW 2020 worked fine even had the excluded them from my antivirus but after I try to run them in admin mode admin pop up appears it loads for a bit but it does not start either game tried reinstalling TEW 2020 but it did not help either. Kind of lost hope

I have the same problem on both my computers. I think it has something to do with a new Windows update but I can't seem to fix it. There's another thread here where Adam talks about it, but I can't seem to fix it based on his advice.

On a slightly related note, TEWIX seems to work just find, but I need to get back into 2020 to convert my save game to a database for conversion.

Have you altered your DEP settings, as indicated in the FAQ?

DEP kind of fixed it but now this is the problem

Right click on your Desktop -> Properties -> Settings, and click Advanced. You will see a place to set your DPI, make sure it is 96.
