benjirino Posted August 15 Share Posted August 15 When signing someone and the owner refuses a high wage demand, would it be possible to add an "appeal to owner" option? In my head, acceptance would depend on your relationship with the owner, and if they approved of higher wage demands, you would get a new owner goal that the worker in question should be a certain amount of pop by a certain date to show you are fulfilling your promise.
