Not only would it help people who run adult-oriented companies to find the right person for the job, but also people who run a promotion that doesn't necessarily use an adult-oriented product, but still tend to hire pretty people (notably Jaguar Yokota and Rossy Ogawa for JDStar & Stardom, respectively for women in this case) so that we could semi-replicate idol promotions.
