GoldenBrady
I think it would be good when using a combination of pre-taped and outside broadcast in the angle settings, to be able to use people who are not available due to working elsewhere. As in theory with the pre-tape option, I should be able to record something for a show a day or two ahead. If it's a bit too gamey to do it while booking the show, being able to pre-book the angle on a day the worker would be available would be good
thadian
I agree. The angle was probably taped early in the day, or days before the event in question. Not to mention Satellite Interviews, where a worker isn't even present in the building, but "appears live".

Maybe a preset of options (the important one being 'Pre-Taped') could automatically ignore if a worker is available when the angle is aired. Making it 'pre-booking only' accounts for stuff like recording it backstage during/after a show when the worker was there, the worker recording something elsewhere and sending you the video, or even the booker digging out footage from previous shows from the archives. I don't think you should be able to magically pull a pre-taped segment out of your hat when booking 'live' (the day of the show). You never recorded it, the worker is not there (and presumably doing something else, like working another show), so it's not realistic to have or quickly record a video on the spot.
