How about, when approached with a creative idea, sometimes you'll get workers coming up with ideas for a new catchphrase that you can debut in an angle? If it goes well, they gain the "Hot New Catchphrase" attribute, but if not, then the rating gets a penalty? Same with an idea for a new spot in a match, "Hot New Move" could be added if it succeeds, the match suffers if it fails.
