Sandbox Mode and Game World "Draft"

I'd like to make two suggestions:

First, while playing a 1992 mod, I got the idea to recreate the actual booking of WWF at the time. In past games this was basically impossible due to the 28-day calender. The things preventing me from doing so accurately for more than just a short time, is basically the possible unavailability due to contracts, workers walking out, not wanting to lose etc. Would it be possible to create a game mode that gives the player access to the whole pool of workers at all times and force book whatever we want, despite creative control or similar obstacles? Would anyone besides me even be interested in something like this?

For the second suggestion, I'd like a way to remove all contracts during an ongoing game, maybe exept for champions (or make it an option). I imagine adding this as a cheat would be the most fitting. This way , it could be done in any interval a player wants.
