Is there any way to view teams that are offering you a job? Things like last seasons standings, rosters, things like that. Hard to take a job just on the school's name.

You can go see the same team pages you see for your team. Look at the bar right on top of the team info at the bottom of the screen. At the far right, there's one spot that says Select Team. From there you can set the current team you are viewing to any team in the game. Then the links like Team Info and Roster and such that you normally use for your team will now work with the team you selected. Just don't forget to put it back to pointing at your current team (if you don't take the job!).

If I was going to suggest an improvement, I'd say let a double click on a team name ... from either standings or from a message, for example do the same thing as the "select team" control.
